Abstract
【解決手段】制御弁48による燃料排出路C3の連通時、燃料が、アウタ制御室R2oから連通路47を介してインナ制御室R2iに流入し、インナ制御室R2iから燃料タンクTへ流出する。この燃料の連通路47内の流通により、インナ制御圧Pciとアウタ制御圧Pcoとの間に差圧が発生する(Pco>Pciとなる)。これにより、アウタ開弁時直後でのアウタ差圧が小さい値に設定され得、アウタ開弁時直後でのアウタニードル弁42の上昇速度が大きいことに起因する低負荷時での排ガス中未燃HC量の増大を抑制でき、且つ、インナ開弁時直後でのインナ差圧が大きい値に設定され得、インナ開弁時直後でのインナニードル弁43の上昇速度が小さいことに起因する排ガス中スモーク量の増大をも抑制できる。

Description
図1は、本発明の第1実施形態による内燃機関(ディーゼル機関)の燃料噴射制御装置10の全体の概略構成を示している。図1において、上述した図9に示した部材、部位と同じ部材、部位、或いは等価な部材、部位については、図9に示した符号と同じ符号を付してそれらの説明に代える。
次に、本発明の第2実施形態による内燃機関の燃料噴射制御装置10について説明する。図5は、この第2実施形態の装置全体の概略構成を示している。図5において、上述した図1に示した部材、部位と同じ部材、部位、或いは等価な部材、部位については、図1に示した符号と同じ符号を付してそれらの説明に代える。
Claims (6)
- 内燃機関の燃焼室に臨む先端部に第1噴孔と前記第1噴孔よりも先端側に位置する第2噴孔とを備えたボディと、
前記ボディ内に摺動可能に収容されて先端側で前記第1噴孔を開閉する筒状のアウタニードル弁と、
前記アウタニードル弁の内部に摺動可能に収容されて先端側で前記第2噴孔を開閉する棒状のインナニードル弁と、
前記アウタ及びインナニードル弁の先端側に設けられ、内部の燃料の圧力であるレール圧により前記アウタ及びインナニードル弁の先端側が開弁方向の力を受けるとともに、前記アウタ及びインナニードル弁の開弁状態にて内部の燃料が前記第1及び第2噴孔を介して前記燃焼室に向けてそれぞれ噴射されるノズル室と、
前記アウタニードル弁の背面側に設けられ、内部の燃料の圧力であるアウタ制御圧により前記アウタニードル弁の背面側が閉弁方向の力を受けるアウタ制御室と、
前記インナニードル弁の背面側に設けられ、内部の燃料の圧力であるインナ制御圧により前記インナニードル弁の背面側が閉弁方向の力を受けるインナ制御室と、
前記レール圧の燃料を発生する高圧発生部と、
前記高圧発生部と前記ノズル室とを接続する燃料供給路と、
前記燃料供給路と前記アウタ制御室又は前記インナ制御室とを接続する第1燃料流入路と、
前記アウタ制御室と前記インナ制御室とを連通する連通路と、
前記インナ制御室と燃料タンクとを接続する燃料排出路と、
前記燃料排出路に介装され、前記燃料排出路を連通・遮断する第1制御弁と、
を備えた燃料噴射制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の燃料噴射制御装置において、
前記第1燃料流入路は、前記燃料供給路と前記アウタ制御室とを接続するように構成された燃料噴射制御装置。 - 請求項1又は請求項2に記載の燃料噴射制御装置であって、
前記ボディと別部材であって前記ボディに一体的に固設され、前記ノズル室と前記アウタ制御室とを区画するピースを備えていて、
前記ピースは、前記アウタニードル弁のリフト量を制限するストッパを備えた燃料噴射制御装置。 - 請求項1乃至請求項3の何れか一項に記載の燃料噴射制御装置であって、
前記燃料供給路と前記インナ制御室とを接続する第2燃料流入路と、
前記第2燃料流入路に介装され、前記第1制御弁により前記燃料排出路が連通されているとき前記第2燃料流入路を遮断し、前記第1制御弁により前記燃料排出路が遮断されているとき前記第2燃料流入路を連通する第2制御弁と、
を備えた燃料噴射制御装置。 - 請求項4に記載の燃料噴射制御装置において、
前記第1制御弁と、前記第2制御弁とが一体に構成された燃料噴射制御装置。 - 請求項1乃至請求項5の何れか一項に記載の燃料噴射制御装置において、
前記第1燃料流入路には、第1オリフィスが介装され、
前記燃料排出路には、第2オリフィスが介装されるように構成された燃料噴射制御装置。
