Abstract
【解決手段】溶融金属めっき槽8から連続的に引き上げられる鋼帯2に対し、溶融金属めっき槽8上方で鋼帯2を挟んでその両面に対向配置したワイピングノズル3からガスを吹き付けて付着金属の厚さを制御する溶融金属めっき鋼帯の製造装置において、浴内サポートロール5上方の浴面下の鋼帯2の両側に、浴内サポートロール5の外周面の浴面側1/4以上を覆うように形成されたロール被覆部分と、その上方に配置され鋼帯に対向するように形成された鋼帯対向部分とを備える整流板1が鋼帯2及び浴内サポートロール5に非接触に設けられ、該整流板1の鋼帯対向部分はロール被覆部分の鋼帯側端部に接続されている。

なお、サポートロール周速Vrと鋼帯速度Vpは同期しており、鋼帯2と整流板1との距離Sおよび浴内サポートロール5と整流板1との距離Srはいずれも100mm以下、整流板1が覆っている浴内サポートロール5の外周面の浴面側円弧の長さLrはπD/4以上である。

Claims (4)
- 溶融金属めっき槽から連続的に引き上げられる鋼帯に対し、溶融金属めっき槽上方で鋼帯を挟んでその両面に対向配置したワイピングノズルからガスを吹き付けて付着金属の厚さを制御する溶融金属めっき鋼帯の製造装置において、浴内サポートロール上方の浴面下の鋼帯の両側に、浴内サポートロールの外周面の浴面側1/4以上を覆うように形成されたロール被覆部分と、その上方に配置され鋼帯に対向するように形成された鋼帯対向部分とを備える整流板が鋼帯及び浴内サポートロールに非接触に設けられ、該整流板の鋼帯対向部分はロール被覆部分の鋼帯側端部に接続されていることを特徴とする溶融金属めっき鋼帯の製造装置。
- 上記整流板のロール被覆部分と浴内サポートロールとの最近接距離が100mm以下であり、上記整流板の鋼帯対向部分と鋼帯との最近接距離が100mm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の溶融金属めっき鋼帯の製造装置。
- 上記整流板の鋼帯対向部分の最上部と金属めっき浴面との距離が100mm以内であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の溶融金属めっき鋼帯の製造装置。
- 鋼帯と整流板との最近接距離をS[mm]、浴内サポートロールと整流板との最近接距離をSr[mm]、整流板が覆っている浴内サポートロール外周面の浴面側円弧の長さをLr[mm]、整流板の鋼帯対向部分の長さをL[mm]としたときに、Lr*Sr≧S*Lを満足することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の溶融金属めっき鋼帯の製造装置。
