Description
(1)溶融金属浴から連続的に引き上げられる鋼帯を挟んで対向して配置され、出口から前記鋼帯に向けてガスを吹き付け、前記鋼帯の両面のめっき付着量を調整する一対のガスワイピングノズルと、
前記ガスワイピングノズルに前記ガスを供給する供給機構と、
前記供給機構から前記ガスワイピングノズルに供給されるガスの温度を変更可能なガス温度調整機構と、
前記鋼帯の幅方向端部近傍の鋼帯延長面上に配置され、前記一対のガスワイピングノズルから噴射されたガス同士の衝突を回避するバッフルプレートと、
前記バッフルプレートの少なくとも片面に設けられた温度センサと、
前記温度センサの出力に基づき、前記ガス温度調整機構を制御する制御部と、
を有することを特徴とする溶融金属めっき鋼帯の製造装置。
前記温度センサの出力に基づき、前記ガスワイピングノズルに供給されるガスの温度を制御しつつ、前記溶融金属浴から連続的に引き上げられる鋼帯に、前記一対のガスワイピングノズルから前記ガスを吹き付け、前記鋼帯の両面のめっき付着量を調整することを特徴とする溶融金属めっき鋼帯の製造方法。

Claims (7)
- 溶融金属浴から連続的に引き上げられる鋼帯を挟んで対向して配置され、出口から前記鋼帯に向けてガスを吹き付け、前記鋼帯の両面のめっき付着量を調整する一対のガスワイピングノズルと、
前記ガスワイピングノズルに前記ガスを供給する供給機構と、
前記供給機構から前記ガスワイピングノズルに供給されるガスの温度を変更可能なガス温度調整機構と、
前記鋼帯の幅方向端部近傍の鋼帯延長面上に配置され、前記一対のガスワイピングノズルから噴射されたガス同士の衝突を回避するバッフルプレートと、
前記バッフルプレートの少なくとも片面に設けられた温度センサと、
前記温度センサの出力に基づき、前記ガス温度調整機構を制御する制御部と、
を有することを特徴とする溶融金属めっき鋼帯の製造装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記温度センサで測定された温度が予め設定した所定範囲から外れた場合に、前記ガス温度調整機構を制御して前記ガスワイピングノズルに供給されるガスの温度を変更して、前記温度センサで測定される温度を前記所定範囲内に収める請求項1に記載の溶融金属めっき鋼帯の製造装置。
- 前記バッフルプレートと前記鋼帯の幅方向端部との最短距離が、1mm以上10mm未満である請求項1又は2に記載の溶融金属めっき鋼帯の製造装置。
- 前記バッフルプレートの前記溶融金属浴の浴面からの高さを可変とする可動機構を有する請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の溶融金属めっき鋼帯の製造装置。
- 前記バッフルプレートは、熱伝導率が1W・m-1・K-1以下の材料からなる請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の溶融金属めっき鋼帯の製造装置。
- 前記バッフルプレートと前記温度センサとの間に断熱材を配置した請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の溶融金属めっき鋼帯の製造装置。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の溶融金属めっき鋼帯の製造装置を用いる溶融金属めっき鋼帯の製造方法であって、
前記温度センサの出力に基づき、前記ガスワイピングノズルに供給されるガスの温度を制御しつつ、前記溶融金属浴から連続的に引き上げられる鋼帯に、前記一対のガスワイピングノズルから前記ガスを吹き付け、前記鋼帯の両面のめっき付着量を調整することを特徴とする溶融金属めっき鋼帯の製造方法。
