Abstract
【解決手段】電解質層10の両側面にそれぞれ接触形成される燃料極20、及び空気極30からなる固体酸化物燃料電池用セル100において、前記燃料極20に中空部が形成される。前記中空部を有効なガス拡散流路23として活用して、燃料ガスの拡散性を高めて拡散抵抗による損失を低めて燃料電池の性能を向上させることができる。また、前記中空部を強度補強ホール25で活用し、強度補強ホールに強度補強部材26が挿入されて燃料極20及び固体酸化物燃料電池用セル100を支持することができる機械的強度が得られる。さらに、前記中空部を集電ホール27で活用し、前記集電ホールに集電部材28が挿入され集電層29が形成されて集電効率を高めることができる。

Claims (9)
- 電解質層10;前記電解質層10の両側面にそれぞれ接触形成される燃料極20、及び空気極30からなる固体酸化物燃料電池用セル100であって、前記固体酸化物燃料電池用セル100は前記燃料極20に中空部が形成されることを特徴とする固体酸化物燃料電池用セル。
- 前記中空部は燃料ガスが移動されるガス拡散流路23を形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の固体酸化物燃料電池用セル。
- 前記中空部は強度補強ホール25を形成し、前記強度補強ホール25に強度補強部材26が挿入されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の固体酸化物燃料電池用セル。
- 前記中空部は集電ホール27を形成し、前記集電ホール27に集電部材28が挿入されることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の固体酸化物燃料電池用セル。
- 前記燃料極20は外側一面に前記集電部材28と連続される集電層29がさらに形成されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の固体酸化物燃料電池用セル。
- 前記燃料極20は前記ガス拡散流路23の一定領域が拡張形成される拡張部24がさらに形成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の固体酸化物燃料電池用セル。
- 前記中空部は前記燃料極20の縦方向に長く形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の固体酸化物燃料電池用セル。
- 前記中空部は前記燃料極20の横方向に長く形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の固体酸化物燃料電池用セル。
- 前記中空部は互いに連結されて連続的な流路を形成することを特徴とする請求項7または8に記載の固体酸化物燃料電池用セル。
