Abstract
【解決手段】互いに直列接続された1対のIGBTを3相分互いに並列接続し、各IGBTと並列に第1ダイオードを逆極性で接続してなるコンバータと、互いに直列接続された1対のIGBTを3相分互いに並列接続し、各IGBTと並列に第1ダイオードを逆極性で接続してなるインバータと、コンバータとインバータとの間に接続された平滑用コンデンサと、コンバータの各対のIGBTの接続点と図示しない交流電源の各相出力端子との間に接続されるリアクトルとを基板上に有する構成を基準とし、要求仕様に応じて、一部のコンバータ部品、および/または一部のインバータ部品を省略する。

Description
第3図は定電圧、定周波数の3相AC電源を可変電圧、可変周波数制御システムを伴う3相AC出力電力源に変換する基本的電力変換構築モジュールを示す。この基本的電力変換構築モジュールは、互いに直列接続された1対のIGBTスイッチ1を3相分互いに並列接続し、各IGBTスイッチ1と並列に第1ダイオード2を逆極性で接続してなるAC/DC変換部(コンバータ)10と、互いに直列接続された1対のIGBTスイッチ3を3相分互いに並列接続し、各IGBTスイッチ3と並列にダイオード4を逆極性で接続してなるDC/AC変換部(インバータ)20と、コンバータ10とインバータ20との間に接続された平滑用コンデンサ5と、コンバータ10の各対のIGBTスイッチ1の接続点と図示しない交流電源の各相出力端子との間に接続されるリアクトル6とを有している。そして、必要に応じて入力端子どうしの間にコンデンサ7を接続している。
Claims (6)
- 相互間に交流電圧が印加される複数の入力端子と、
複数の出力端子と、
第1及び第2の直流電源線と、
前記複数の入力端子のうち一つの前記入力端子を、前記第1及び第2の直流電源線のいずれか一方と選択的に導通する複数種類の第1の表面取付デバイスが取り付け可能な第1領域と、
一の前記出力端子を、前記第1及び第2の直流電源線のいずれか一方と選択的に導通する第2の表面取付デバイスが取り付け可能な第2領域と
を備える、基板。 - 前記第1の直流電源線上、第2の直流電源線上に設けられる第1及び第2の端子と、
前記第1及び前記第2の端子の間に設けられる第3の端子と
を更に備え、
前記第1及び前記第3の端子の間、及び前記第2及び前記第3の端子の間の少なくともいずれか一方には平滑用コンデンサが接続され、前記平滑用コンデンサが接続されない他方にはジャンパー手段が接続される、請求項1に記載の基板。 - 前記第1の表面取付デバイスの一種類または前記第2の表面取付デバイスの一種類はダイオードである、請求項1又は2に記載の基板。
- 前記第1の表面取付デバイスの一種類または前記第2の表面取付デバイスの一種類はトランジスタと、前記トランジスタに逆並列接続されたダイオードである、請求項1又は2に記載の基板。
- 2つの前記平滑用コンデンサが前記第1及び前記第3の端子の間、及び前記第2及び前記第3の端子の間に設けられ、
前記第1の表面取付デバイスの一種類は、
前記第1及び前記第2の直流電源線の間で順接続された第1及び第2のダイオードと、
前記第1及び前記第2のダイオードの間に接続されるトランジスタと、
前記第1のダイオードと前記トランジスタの間、前記第2のダイオードと前記トランジスタの間、一の前記入力端子、及び前記2つの前記平滑用コンデンサの間と接続されたダイオードブリッジである、請求項2に記載の基板。 - 前記第1の表面取付デバイスの一種類は、
前記第1及び前記第2の直流電源線の間で順接続された第1及び第2のダイオードと、
前記第1及び前記第2のダイオードの間に接続されるトランジスタと、
アノードが前記第1のダイオードと前記トランジスタとの間と、カソードが一の前記入力端子にそれぞれ接続された第3ダイオードと、
アノードが前記一の前記入力端子と、カソードが前記第2のダイオードと前記トランジスタとの間にそれぞれ接続された第4のダイオードである、請求項1に記載の基板。
