Abstract
【解決手段】 シアンイオンを含む水溶液の剥離液で、廃電子部品の金属部を溶解する。得られた溶液1を回収槽2に供給し、次亜塩素酸ソーダを加えて酸化還元電位(ORP)を+350mV(銀/塩化銀電極)以上に維持しつつ、鉱酸を加えてpHを6〜8とする。ORP及びpHを調整した溶液1に、更に活性炭を投入して撹拌し、貴金属を活性炭に吸着させる。その後、溶液1から活性炭を濾別し、得られた活性炭を通常の分銀工程に供給して貴金属を回収する。

Description
図1に示した回収槽に、シアンイオンを含む剥離液で廃電子部品の金属部を溶解した溶液1m3を供給した。この溶液に含まれる有価金属は、Au:2.71g/l、Cu:2.8g/l、Ni:0.364g/lである。また、この溶液のpHは12.5である。

Claims (1)
- シアンイオンを含む水溶液の剥離液で廃電子部品の金属部を溶解し、その溶液から貴金属を回収する方法において、該溶液に次亜塩素酸ソーダを添加して酸化還元電位を+350mV(銀/塩化銀電極)以上に維持しつつ、更に鉱酸を加えてpHを6〜8とした後、活性炭を投入撹拌して貴金属を活性炭に吸着させ、濾別した活性炭から貴金属を回収することを特徴とする貴金属の分離回収方法。
