Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の電流センサ用コアは、測定対象の電流に応じて発生する磁界をホール素子5で検出することにより電流を検出するように構成された電流センサに用いられるものであって、磁界の磁路を形成するものにおいて、コア本体1を、粒状の軟磁性材料3を配合した樹脂4で射出成形することにより形成したので、コア本体1ひいては電流センサを小形化することができると共に、大電流を測定するときに、コア本体1の磁気飽和を抑制できる。

Description
請求項3の発明によれば、前記コア本体を環状に構成すると共に、前記コア本体の内外方向に多層成形する場合に、内側の層ほど、前記軟磁性材料の配合割合を増やすように構成したので、コア本体内を流れる磁束を均一にすることができ、特性を向上させることができる。
Claims (8)
- 測定対象の電流に応じて発生する磁界をホール素子で検出することにより電流を検出するように構成された電流センサに用いられるものであって、前記磁界の磁路を形成する電流センサ用コアにおいて、
コア本体を、粒状の軟磁性材料を配合した樹脂で射出成形することにより形成したことを特徴とする電流センサ用コア。 - 前記軟磁性材料の粒子の大きさを調整することにより、前記コア本体の磁気飽和を抑制するように構成したことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の電流センサ用コア。
- 前記コア本体を環状に構成すると共に、前記コア本体の内外方向に多層成形する場合に、
外側の層ほど、前記軟磁性材料の配合割合を増やすことを特徴とする請求項1記載の電流センサ用コア。 - 前記コア本体を環状に構成すると共に、前記コア本体の厚さ方向に多層成形する場合に、
層毎に、前記軟磁性材料の配合割合を調整することを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の電流センサ用コア。 - 前記コア本体の表面に、耐環境性の表面処理を施すことを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の電流センサ用コア。
- 前記コア本体の成形時に、磁界を印加することを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の電流センサ用コア。
- 前記樹脂の中に前記軟磁性材料の他にアルミナ等の非磁性材料を配合し、前記樹脂と前記樹脂以外の材料との重量の割合を固定し、前記軟磁性材料とアルミナ等の非磁性材料の重量の割合を変えることにより、測定レンジを調整することを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載の電流センサ用コア。
- 前記樹脂の中に強度向上用のガラス繊維等を配合するときには、前記ガラス繊維等の重量を前記樹脂側に入れることを特徴とする請求項7記載の電流センサ用コア。
