Abstract
Description
本発明は、特に工作機械の回転可能な円テーブルに用いられる回転支承装置であって、回転可能に支承したいエレメント、特に円テーブルに結合することができる第1の装置部分と、位置固定された第2の装置部分とが設けられており、両装置部分が、少なくとも1つの転がり軸受けを介して結合されており、該転がり軸受けに軸方向力が作用するようになっている形式のものに関する。
したがって、本発明の課題は、少なくとも1つの転がり軸受けに作用する軸方向力に基づき結果的に生ぜしめられる問題を少なくとも部分的に補償することができる回転支承装置を提供することである。
図1には、本発明による回転支承装置1が示してある。この回転支承装置1は、組み付けられた状態で回転可能な第1の装置部分2と、取り外された状況で位置固定された第2の装置部分3とから成っている。図1に示した実施例では、第1の装置部分に円テーブル4が配置されている。この円テーブル4には、たとえばワークピースまたはこれに類するものを保持するための種々異なるクランプ装置を載着することができる。第1の装置部分2と第2の装置部分3とは、2つの部分から成る組み合わされた転がり軸受け装置5を介して互いに回転結合されている。この場合、この転がり軸受け装置5は、1つのラジアル軸受け6と2つのスラスト軸受け7とから成っている。すなわち、組み合わされたラジアル・スラスト円筒ころ軸受けである。
Claims (8)
- 特に工作機械の回転可能な円テーブルに用いられる回転支承装置であって、回転可能に支承したいエレメント、特に円テーブルに結合することができる第1の装置部分と、位置固定された第2の装置部分とが設けられており、両装置部分が、少なくとも1つの転がり軸受けを介して結合されており、該転がり軸受けに軸方向力が作用するようになっている形式のものにおいて、第1の装置部分(2)と第2の装置部分(3)との間に作用する、軸方向力(Fa)とほぼ逆方向に向けられた補償力(Fk)を発生させるための磁石装置(21)が設けられていることを特徴とする、回転支承装置。
- 磁石装置(21)が、複数の永久磁石エレメント(20)を有しており、該永久磁石エレメント(20)が、第1の装置部分(2)または第2の装置部分(3)に配置されていて、反対の側に位置する他方の装置部分(3,2)と協働するようになっている、請求項1記載の回転支承装置。
- 磁石装置(21)が、複数の永久磁石エレメント(20)を有しており、該永久磁石エレメント(20)が、第1の装置部分(2)と第2の装置部分(3)とに互いに向かい合って配置されている、請求項1記載の回転支承装置。
- 永久磁石エレメント(20)が、少なくとも第1の装置部分(2)に配置されており、永久磁石エレメント(20)を有する第1の装置部分(2)が、該第1の装置部分(2)を駆動するモータ(13)のロータ(12)を同時に形成しているかまたは有しており、第2の装置部分(3)が、モータ(13)のステータ(19)を同時に形成しているかまたは有している、請求項2または3記載の回転支承装置。
- モータ(13)が、ディスク状のトルクモータである、請求項4記載の回転支承装置。
- 第1の装置部分(2)が、モータ、特にウォーム伝動装置を備えた電動モータの回転駆動装置に連結可能であるかまたは連結されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の回転支承装置。
- 転がり軸受け(5)として、特に円筒ころ軸受けの形の組み合わされたラジアル・スラスト軸受け(6,7)または二列のまたは複列のアンギュラ玉軸受けが設けられている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の回転支承装置。
- 工作機械において、回転可能な円テーブルが設けられており、該円テーブルが、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の回転支承装置(1)を介して支承されていることを特徴とする、工作機械。
