Claims (10)
- リンペプチドまたはリンタンパク質(PP)によって安定化された無定形リン酸カルシウムまたは無定形リン酸フッ化カルシウムの複合体であって、PP1モル当たりのカルシウムが約30モルよりも高いカルシウムイオン含量を有する、複合体。
- 前記PPがカゼインホスホペプチド(CPP)である、請求項1に記載の複合体。
- 前記カルシウムイオン含量が、PP1モル当たりカルシウム30〜50モルの範囲内にある、請求項1に記載の複合体。
- 請求項1に記載の複合体を含む、口腔ケア配合物。
- リンペプチドまたはリンタンパク質(PP)によって安定化された無定形リン酸カルシウム(ACP)および/または無定形リン酸フッ化カルシウム(ACFP)の複合体であってPP1モル当たりのカルシウムが約30モルよりも高いカルシウムイオン含量を有する複合体を生成するための方法であって、
(i)PP−ACPおよび/またはPP−ACFPの複合体を含む溶液を得る工程;ならびに
(ii)該溶液のpHを7未満に保持しながらカルシウムイオンおよびリン酸イオンと混合する工程
を包含する、方法。 - PPによって安定化されたACPおよび/またはACFPの複合体を少なくとも等重量のリン酸カルシウムと一緒にした配合物。
- 前記リン酸カルシウムがCaHPO4の形態にある、請求項6に記載の配合物。
- 請求項7に記載の配合物を含む、口腔ケア配合物。
- 歯の表面または表層下を再石灰化するための医薬の製造における、リンペプチドまたはリンタンパク質(PP)によって安定化された無定形リン酸カルシウムまたは無定形リン酸フッ化カルシウムの複合体の使用であって、該複合体がPP1モル当たりカルシウム約30モルより高いカルシウムイオン含量を有する、使用。
- 齲蝕、歯の侵食/腐食、象牙質知覚過敏および歯石の1つ以上を処置および/または予防するための医薬の製造における、リンペプチドまたはリンタンパク質(PP)によって安定化された無定形リン酸カルシウムまたは無定形リン酸フッ化カルシウムの複合体の使用であって、該複合体がPP1モル当たりカルシウム約30モルより高いカルシウムイオン含量を有する、使用。
