・成形品の離型
型開き、型締め及び離型に1サイクルの約35%、注入に5%並びに保圧に10%の時間を要し、冷却には50%もの時間が必要である。現在は絶えずサイクルの短縮の要望があるので、この時間短縮の進展が注目されている。

s = 成形品の断面厚さ [mm]
aeff = 熱伝導度
TM = 樹脂の溶融温度
TE = 樹脂成形品の離型温度
TW = 金型壁温度
成形に先立って、成形品の冷却時間はこの式又は類似の式が用いて概算されることが多い。この概算に基づいて射出成形工程の制御が行なわれる。

Claims (11)
- 射出成形品を製造するために、ゲートを通って溶融物が注入される少なくとも1つのキャビティが形成された射出成形金型を有する射出成形機において、
金型壁温度の時間経過が測定され、その時間経過に基づいて射出成形工程が制御されることを特徴とする射出成形工程を制御する方法。 - 温度変化の時間制御は、温度曲線を所定の限界値まで積分した形で間接的に実行されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の射出成形工程を制御する方法。
- 金型内圧が測定され、最大圧又は切換え圧の特性値が積分値を算出する制御パラメータ(初期値)として用いられることを特徴とする請求項1又はセ請求項2に記載の射出成形工程を制御する方法。
- 金型壁温度を介して自動的に測定された切換え点が、積分値を算出する制御パラメータとして用いられることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の射出成形工程を制御する方法。
- ゲート近傍の金型内圧が測定されることを特徴とする請求項3又はセ請求項4に記載の射出成形工程を制御する方法。
- 金型内圧は大気圧に達するまで測定され、大気圧に達した時点が制御パラペータとして用いられることを特徴とする請求項3ないし請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の射出成形工程を制御する方法。
- 最適な冷却時間後の型開きは大気圧に達する前又は後に行なわれることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の射出成形工程を制御する方法。
- キャビティ内の流路近傍の任意の位置における金型温度が測定されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の射出成形工程を制御する方法。
- 金型温度の時間経過の初期値として金型壁温度の最大値が用いられることを特徴とすることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項8のいずれか1項に記載の射出成形工程を制御する方法。
- 複数のキャビティを有する金型において、金型壁温度の時間経過を制御できるように、個々のキャビティにおける温度調整用媒体のそれぞれの制御が等しくなるように操作されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項9のいずれか1項に記載の射出成形工程を制御する方法。
- 金型壁温度の時間経過を制御するために複数の温度調節ゾーン又は温度調節サイクルは、個々のゾーン又は個々のサイクルにおける温度調節用媒体が等しくなるように制御されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項10のいずれか1項に記載の射出成形工程を制御する方法。
