Claims (20)
- 出口先端部で収束する複数の同心チューブを備えた、ガス化装置で使用するための供給インジェクタであって、前記複数の同心チューブの少なくとも1つの内部チューブが、外部表面に取付られた螺旋状にねじれた複数の固定混合要素を有する、
ことを特徴とする供給インジェクタ。 - 前記複数の同心チューブが、中心チューブ、半径方向中間チューブ、及び半径方向外側チューブを含む3つのチューブを備えて、半径方向外側及び半径方向中間の環状通路と中心通路とを形成し、前記螺旋方向にねじれた複数の固定混合要素が、前記半径方向中間チューブ及び中心チューブの少なくとも1つの外表面に取付られる、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の供給インジェクタ。 - 前記螺旋方向にねじれた複数の固定混合要素が、前記中心チューブの外表面に取付られる、
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の供給インジェクタ。 - 前記螺旋方向にねじれた複数の固定混合要素が、2つの螺旋方向にねじれたプレートの軸方向に隣接するセットを含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の供給インジェクタ。 - 前記螺旋方向にねじれたプレートの軸方向に隣接するセットが、右巻き方向及び左巻き方向にそれぞれ配置されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の供給インジェクタ。 - 前記螺旋方向にねじれたプレートの各々が前記外部表面の回りで180°延びている、
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の供給インジェクタ。 - 前記螺旋方向にねじれた固定混合要素が、前記外部表面に溶接される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の供給インジェクタ。 - 前記螺旋方向にねじれたプレートの各々が前記外部表面に溶接される、
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の供給インジェクタ。 - 前記半径方向外側通路への一次酸素/蒸気入口と、前記中心通路への二次酸素/蒸気入口と、前記半径方向中間通路への燃料/廃水/蒸気入口とを更に備える、
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の供給インジェクタ。 - 前記出口先端部が冷却コイルにより囲まれる、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の供給インジェクタ。 - 異なる燃料成分流が混合されるガス化装置で使用するための供給インジェクタであって、
前記供給インジェクタが、
前記インジェクタの出口先端部で収束する少なくとも2つの環状通路と1つの中心通路とを定める、複数の同心状に配置されたチューブと、
前記複数の同心状に配置されたチューブの内部側チューブ上に取付られた螺旋方向にねじれた複数の固定混合要素と、
を備え、
前記混合要素は当該要素の左右のペアが交互に配置されている、
ことを特徴とする供給インジェクタ。 - 前記複数の同心チューブが、前記中心通路を定める中心チューブを含む3つのチューブを備える、
ことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の供給インジェクタ。 - 前記螺旋方向にねじれた複数の固定混合要素が、前記中心チューブの外表面に取付られる、
ことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の供給インジェクタ。 - 前記螺旋方向にねじれたプレートの各々が前記外部表面の回りで180°延びている、
ことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の供給インジェクタ。 - 前記螺旋方向にねじれた固定混合要素が、前記外部表面に溶接される、
ことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の供給インジェクタ。 - 前記出口先端部が冷却コイルにより囲まれる、
ことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の供給インジェクタ。 - 供給インジェクタを通して燃料成分を燃焼装置に供給する方法であって、
(a)外側チューブと中間チューブと中心チューブとを含み、出口先端部で収束する2つの環状通路と1つの中心通路とを形成する複数の同心チューブを備えた供給インジェクタを準備する段階と、
(b)螺旋状にねじれた複数の固定混合要素を前記2つの環状通路のうちの半径方向内部側の通路内で前記中心チューブの少なくとも外周面に取り付ける段階と、
(c)前記2つの環状通路及び前記中心通路を介して燃料成分を供給して前記出口先端部を介して排出する段階と、
を含む方法。 - 前記螺旋状にねじれた複数の固定混合要素が2つの螺旋状にねじれたプレートの軸方向に隣接するセットを含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項17に記載の方法。 - 前記螺旋状にねじれたプレートの隣接するセットが、左巻き及び右巻き方向でそれぞれ配置されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項18に記載の方法。 - 前記螺旋状にねじれたプレートの各々が、前記外部表面の回りを180°延びる、
ことを特徴とする請求項18に記載の方法。
