Description
Claims (16)
- 補聴器用の,特に補聴器の電池室の蓋用のヒンジ・アセンブリであって,
上記ヒンジ・アセンブリは,第1部品,第2部品,およびシャフトを有する第3部品を備え,
上記第1部品は,上記シャフトのそれぞれの端部を収容するようになっている一対の溝を備え,上記両方の溝は,一端においてほぼ上記電池室から離れる向きに開口しており,
上記第2部品は,上記シャフトの上記それぞれの端部の間の部分を収容するようになっている貫通孔を備え,
上記ヒンジ・アセンブリはさらに,上記溝内における上記端部の直線移動を制限する手段を備えている,ヒンジ・アセンブリ。 - 上記第1部品は上記電池室と結合し,上記第2部品は蓋と結合し,第3部品はシャフトを備えている,請求項1に記載のヒンジ・アセンブリ。
- 上記シャフトの上記部分の中央部分は上記端部よりも大きい断面寸法を持ち,上記中央部分は上記貫通孔の断面寸法に実質的に対応する断面寸法を持ち,上記端部は上記溝の幅に実質的に対応する直径を持つ,請求項1または2に記載のヒンジ・アセンブリ。
- テーパ状移行部分が,上記中央部分および上記端部の間に位置している,請求項3に記載のヒンジ・アセンブリ。
- 上記端部および上記中央部分は円筒形であり,上記移行部分は円錐台形である,請求項4に記載のヒンジ・アセンブリ。
- 上記ヒンジ・アセンブリは,蓋を閉じられたオン・ポジションに固定する手段を備えている,上記請求項のいずれか一項に記載のヒンジ・アセンブリ。
- 上記第1部品および上記第2部品は,カム面およびカム・フォロワを備える直線カム構造を備えている,請求項6に記載のヒンジ・アセンブリ。
- 上記ヒンジ・アセンブリは,蓋を開ポジションに固定する手段を備えている,上記請求項のいずれか一項に記載のヒンジ・アセンブリ。
- 上記第1部品および上記第2部品は,カム面および回転カム・フォロワを備える回転カム構造を備えている,請求項8に記載のヒンジ・アセンブリ。
- 端部の移動を制限する上記手段は,上記溝の上記開口端を閉じる手段を備えている,
請求項1に記載のヒンジ・アセンブリ。 - 上記溝を閉じる手段は第4部品を備えている,上記請求項のいずれか一項に記載のヒンジ・アセンブリ。
- 上記第4部品は別体の部品として設けられる,請求項11に記載のヒンジ・アセンブリ。
- 上記第4部品は,上記第1部品と協働するようになっているスナップ動作ロック手段を備えている,上記請求項のいずれか一項に記載のヒンジ・アセンブリ。
- 補聴器用のヒンジ・アセンブリを作製する方法であって,
それぞれの端部を持つシャフトを用意し,
上記シャフトの上記それぞれの端部を収容するようになっている一対の溝を有する第1部品であって,上記両方の溝が,一端においてほぼ上記電池室から離れる向きに開口している第1部品を用意し,
上記シャフトの上記それぞれの端部の間の部分を収容するようになっている貫通孔を備えた第2部品を用意し,
上記溝の上記開口端を閉じる手段を用意し,
上記シャフトの端部が上記貫通孔のそれぞれの端部から延出するように,上記シャフトを第2部品の貫通孔に挿入し,
上記シャフトの上記端部を第1部品内のそれぞれの溝に挿入し,
溝を閉じる上記手段で上記溝を閉じる,
方法。 - 上記閉手段は別体の第4部品として用意され,上記溝は上記第4部品によって閉じられる,請求項14に記載の方法。
- 上記第4部品は上記第1部品と協働するようになっているスナップ動作ロック手段を備え,上記第4部品は上記第1部品にスナップ係合する,請求項15に記載の方法。
