Abstract
Description
(1)アイオノマーポリマーである2層の外側ポリマー層と、
(2)少なくとも1つのコア層ユニットと、
を含む、少なくとも3つのポリマー層を含む積層体であって、
各外層は、コア層ユニットの少なくとも1つの面と対向する面と直接接触し、少なくとも1つのコア層ユニットは、少なくとも1つの非アイオノマーポリマー層を含む単層または多層ポリマーフィルムもしくはシートであり、透過率で測定される光学的透明度と積層体の寸法安定性とをそれぞれ、個々の積層体層の上記特性の期待値を超えて向上させる積層体である。
(i)第1のアイオノマーを含む第1の外層と、
(ii)コア層ユニットであって、コア層ユニットの第1の面が第1の外層の少なくとも1つの面と直接接触するように位置付けられた少なくとも1つのポリマー層を含むコア層ユニットと、
(iii)第2の外層であって、コア層ユニットの第2の面が第2の外層の少なくとも1つの面と直接接触するように位置付けられた第2のアイオノマーを含む第2の外層と、
を含む積層体であって、
少なくとも1つのコア層ポリマーは非アイオノマーポリマーであり、第1のアイオノマー層と、第2のアイオノマー層と、コア層ユニットと、積層体のそれぞれに対する、同じ波長での個々の光透過率が、それぞれ測定可能であり、積層体の測定透過率は、積層体における各厚さで加重した、積層されていない状態での3つの個々の層の透過率から算出された透過率の期待値よりも大きい、積層体である。
(i)第1のアイオノマーを含む第1の外層と、
(ii)コア層ユニットであって、コア層ユニットの第1の面が第1の外層の少なくとも1つの面と直接接触するように位置付けられた少なくとも1つのポリマー層を含むコア層ユニットと、
(iii)第2の外層であって、コア層ユニットの第2の面が第2の外層の少なくとも1つの面と直接接触するように位置付けられた第2のアイオノマーを含む第2の外層と、
を含む封止材を含む太陽電池モジュールであって、
少なくとも1つのコア層ポリマーは非アイオノマーポリマーであり、第1のアイオノマー層と、第2のアイオノマー層と、コア層ユニットと、積層体のそれぞれに対する、同じ波長での個々の光透過率が、それぞれ測定可能であり、積層体の測定透過率は、積層体における各厚さで加重した、積層されていない状態での3つの個々の層の透過率から算出された透過率の期待値よりも大きい、太陽電池モジュールである。
(i)第1のアイオノマーを含む第1の外層と、
(ii)コア層ユニットであって、コア層ユニットの第1の面が第1の外層の少なくとも1つの面と直接接触するように位置付けられた少なくとも1つのポリマー層を含むコア層ユニットと、
(iii)第2の外層であって、コア層ユニットの第2の面が第2の外層の少なくとも1つの面と直接接触するように位置付けられた第2のアイオノマーを含む第2の外層と、
を含む封止材を含む、相互接続された複数の太陽電池であって、
少なくとも1つのコア層ポリマーは非アイオノマーポリマーであり、第1のアイオノマー層と、第2のアイオノマー層と、コア層ユニットと、積層体のそれぞれに対する、同じ波長での個々の光透過率が、それぞれ測定可能であり、積層体の測定透過率は、積層体における各厚さで加重した、積層されていない状態での3つの個々の層の透過率から算出された透過率の期待値よりも大きい、太陽電池である。
(i)第1のアイオノマーを含む第1の外層と、
(ii)コア層ユニットであって、コア層ユニットの第1の面が、第1の外層の少なくとも1つの面と直接接触するように位置付けられた少なくとも1つのポリマー層を含むコア層ユニットと、
(iii)第2の外層であって、コア層ユニットの第2の面が、第2の外層の少なくとも1つの面と直接接触するように位置付けられた第2のアイオノマーを含む第2の外層と、
をさらに含み、
少なくとも1つのコア層ポリマーは非アイオノマーポリマーであり、第1のアイオノマー層と、第2のアイオノマー層と、コア層ユニットと、積層体のそれぞれに対する、同じ波長での個々の光透過率が、それぞれ測定可能であり、積層体の測定透過率は、積層体における各厚さで加重した、積層されていない状態での3つの個々の層の透過率から算出された透過率の期待値よりも大きい。
Claims (29)
- (i)第1のアイオノマーを含む第1の外層と、
(ii)コア層ユニットであって、前記コア層ユニットの第1の面が前記第1の外層の少なくとも1つの面と直接接触するように位置付けられた少なくとも1つのポリマー層を含むコア層ユニットと、
(iii)第2の外層であって、前記コア層ユニットの第2の面が前記第2の外層の少なくとも1つの面と直接接触するように位置付けられた第2のアイオノマーを含む第2の外層と、
を含む積層物品であって、
前記少なくとも1つのコア層ポリマーが非アイオノマーポリマーであり、
前記第1のアイオノマー層と、前記第2のアイオノマー層と、前記コア層ユニットと、前記積層体のそれぞれに対する、同じ波長での個々の光透過率が、それぞれ測定可能であり、
前記積層体の前記測定透過率が、前記積層体における各厚さで加重した、積層されていない状態での前記3つの個々の層の前記透過率から算出された前記透過率の期待値よりも大きい積層物品。 - 前記第1および第2のアイオノマーが同一の組成を含む、請求項1に記載の積層物品。
- 波長500nmの光の前記積層材料の前記光学透過率が85%より大きい、請求項1に記載の積層物品。
- 1Hzで65℃より高いDMA転移温度を示す、請求項1に記載の積層物品。
- 前記コア層ポリマーが、前記外層に積層されていない場合には、1Hzで40℃未満のDMA転移温度を示す、請求項5に記載の積層物品。
- 前記コア層ポリマーが積層体である、請求項1に記載の積層物品。
- 前記コア層ポリマーが、ポリウレタン、エチレン酢酸ビニル(EVA)、ポリ塩化ビニル(PVC)、ポリエステル、ポリアセタール、(エチレン酸ターポリマーまたはより高次のコポリマーを含み得る)エチレン酸コポリマー、(ターポリマーまたはより高次のコポリマーを含み得る)エチレンアクリル酸コポリマー、およびそれらのブレンド、積層体または組み合わせよりなる群から選択されるポリマーを含む、請求項1に記載の積層物品。
- 前記第1および第2のアイオノマーが、独立して、エチレンとエチレン性不飽和C3〜C8カルボン酸との共重合によって得られたコポリマーを含む、請求項1に記載の積層物品。
- 前記第1および第2のアイオノマーが、独立して、コポリマーの総重量を基準にして、約8重量%〜約25重量%の酸を含む酸性コポリマーを含む、請求項1に記載の積層物品。
- 前記第1および第2のアイオノマーが、独立して、コポリマーの総重量を基準にして、約11重量%〜約25重量%の酸を含む酸性コポリマーを含む、請求項9に記載の積層物品。
- 前記第1および第2のアイオノマーが、独立して、コポリマーの総重量を基準にして、約14重量%〜約19重量%の酸を含む酸性コポリマーを含む、請求項10に記載の積層物品。
- 前記第1および第2のアイオノマーが、独立して、コポリマーの総重量を基準にして、約15重量%〜約19重量%の酸を含む酸性コポリマーを含む、請求項11に記載の積層物品。
- 少なくとも3層のフィルムを含む光学的に透明な積層フィルムであって、
(a)前記少なくとも3層のうちの少なくとも2層が、アイオノマーフィルムを含み、
(b)独立して非積層状態にある、前記積層体の少なくとも1層が、(i)入射可視光の約85%未満を透過し、および/または(ii)厚さが約40ミル以下の前記少なくとも1層を、ASTM規格D1003−00に従って測定したところ、ヘイズ値が約6%以上であり、
(c)透明の積層体が、(i)入射可視光の少なくとも約85%を透過し、および/または(ii)ASTM規格D1003−00に従って測定したところ、ヘイズ値が約6%以下である積層フィルム。 - 請求項13の前記光学的に透明な積層フィルムを含む物品。
- 前記物品が包装または容器である、請求項14に記載の物品。
- 前記物品が前記アイオノマーフィルムの少なくとも1つに積層された1つまたは複数のガラス層を含む、請求項15に記載の物品。
- (a)少なくとも1つの太陽電池と、
(b)前記太陽電池の少なくとも1つの面に隣接して配置された透明な封止材料であって、請求項1に記載の積層体を含む封止材料と、
を含む太陽電池モジュールであって、
前記太陽電池モジュールが、前記封止材料の前面に隣接して配置された光透過材料で形成された前方支持層と、前記封止材料の背面に隣接して配置されたバックスキン層とをさらに含む太陽電池モジュール。 - 相互接続された複数の太陽電池を備える、請求項17に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- (i)第1のアイオノマーを含む第1の外層と、
(ii)第1の面が前記第1の外層の面の隣になるように位置された、少なくとも1つのコア層ポリマーから構成されるコア層ユニットと、
(iii)前記コア層ユニットの第2の面の隣に位置された、第2のアイオノマーを含む第2の外層と、
を含む積層物品であって、
前記コア層ポリマーがアイオノマーではなく、
前記積層材料と、前記第1および第2アイオノマーと、前記コア層ポリマーとが、引張条件下で1HzでDMAによって測定される各転移温度によって特徴付けられ、前記積層材料に対する前記転移温度の値が、同一条件下で測定された、前記積層体内に無い前記コア層ポリマーの前記転移温度の値よりも大きくなる積層物品。 - 前記第1および第2のアイオノマーが同じものである、請求項19に記載の積層物品。
- 100Hzで65℃よりも高いDMA転移温度を有する、請求項20に記載の積層物品。
- 前記コア層ポリマーのDMA転移温度が、前記外層に積層されていない場合に、100Hzで40℃未満である、請求項21に記載の積層物品。
- 前記コア層ポリマーが積層体である、請求項22に記載の積層物品。
- 前記コア層ポリマーが、ポリウレタン、エチレン酢酸ビニル(EVA)、ポリ塩化ビニル(PVC)、ポリエステル、ポリアセタール、(エチレン酸ターポリマーまたはより高次のコポリマーを含み得る)エチレン酸コポリマー、(ターポリマーまたはより高次のコポリマーを含み得る)エチレンアクリル酸コポリマー、およびそれらのブレンドまたは組み合わせよりなる群から選択されるポリマーを含む、請求項23に記載の積層物品。
- 前記第1および第2のアイオノマーが、独立して、エチレンとエチレン性不飽和C3〜C8カルボン酸との共重合によって得られたコポリマーを含む、請求項24に記載の積層物品。
- 前記第1および第2のアイオノマーが、独立して、コポリマーの総重量を基準にして、約8重量%〜約25重量%の酸を含む酸性コポリマーを含む、請求項25に記載の積層物品。
- 前記第1および第2のアイオノマーが、独立して、コポリマーの総重量を基準にして、約11重量%〜約25重量%の酸を含む酸性コポリマーを含む、請求項26に記載の積層物品。
- 前記第1および第2のアイオノマーが、独立して、コポリマーの総重量を基準にして、約14重量%〜約19重量%の酸を含む酸性コポリマーを含む、請求項27に記載の積層物品。
- 前記第1および第2のアイオノマーが、独立して、コポリマーの総重量を基準にして、約15重量%〜約19重量%の酸を含む酸性コポリマーを含む、請求項28に記載の積層物品。
