Description
本發明係有關,在太陽電池之封閉加工時,可高速交聯,不引起膨脹現象之太陽電池封閉材料的適合於工業上之製造方法者。
在近年來環境問題高漲之背景下,作為清淨的能量之水力發電、風力發電及太陽光發電登上舞台。其中太陽光發電,由於太陽電池組件之發電效率等性能顯著的提升,價格逐漸降低,國家或自治體發展住宅用太陽光發電系統導入促進事業,此數年間其普及顯著擴展。以如此之太陽電池的市場推廣為背景,在太陽電池組件製造中,要求更進一步之生產性提高。
太陽電池組件,一般係以上部透明保護材料與下部基板保護材料,保護矽、鎵一砷、銅-銦-硒等太陽電池元件,以封閉材料將太陽電池元件與保護材料固定,成為組裝化者。一般而言,太陽電池組件中之太陽電池元件的封閉材料,係藉由將配合有機過氧化物或矽烷偶合劑之乙烯.乙酸乙烯酯共聚物予以押出成形為薄片狀而製成;使用如此所得之薄片狀封閉材料將太陽電池元件封閉,製造太陽電池組件。此方法中,在製造薄片狀之封閉材料的階段,必要在不使有機過氧化物分解的低溫下成形之故,不能提高押出成形速度;又,在太陽電池元件之封閉階段,必要經由層合機之數分鐘至十數分鐘的假黏著之步驟、與在烘箱內使有機過氧化物分解之高溫下的數十分鐘至1小時之本黏著步驟,所成之2階段的進行交聯及黏著之步驟(專利文獻1)。
關於如上所述之太陽電池組件的製造中,提高生產性的方策之一,係考慮使用分解溫度低之有機過氧化物以提高交聯速度、縮短交聯與黏著之所需時間。使用分解溫度低之有機過氧化物,其另一方面為防止分解,除使上述薄片押出成形中之加工溫度降低別無他法,反而有損失生產性之情況。為改善如此之缺點,預先以押出成形製成乙烯共聚物之薄片,已有藉由在所得薄片中含浸液狀之有機過氧化物的方法,製造封閉材料之方法的提案(專利文獻2)。此提案,具體而言係以在薄片上塗佈有機過氧化物後,於表面乾燥之階段進行交聯處理為例,此例中有機過氧化物未充分分散於薄片內,恐不能獲得均質的交聯物。使用分解溫度低之有機過氧化物的其他缺點,在交聯與黏著之步驟中,由於有機過氧化物之分解產生的分解氣體,確認成為薄片部之膨脹現象的起因。
另一方面,兼備乙烯共聚物之高速交聯與防止如上所述之膨脹現象者,已有在乙烯共聚合物中配合特定之有機過氧化物混合物的配方(專利文獻3)。此提案中,具體而言,於乙烯共聚物中配合有有機過氧化物後,僅有薄片成形之以往的太陽電池封閉材料之製法的揭示。因此,此具體例受薄片狀封閉材料之成形條件的限制,難以達成充分的生產性之提升。

因此本發明之目的,係提供不受封閉材料之成形條件的大限制,可高速交聯,且能避免膨脹現象之太陽電池封閉材料的製造方法。本發明之另一目的為提供可高效率製造均質的太陽電池封閉材料之方法。
本發明提供,於乙烯共聚物之成形體,含浸分解溫度(半衰期為1小時之溫度)為150℃以下,且在常溫下為液狀之有機過氧化物的太陽電池封閉材料之製造方法。
本發明提供,較佳形態之該乙烯共聚物的成形體,為含有交聯助劑之乙烯共聚物的成形體之太陽電池封閉材料的製造方法。
本發明提供,較佳形態之該乙烯共聚物的成形體,為不含交聯助劑之封閉材料的成形體之太陽電池封閉材料的製造方法。
本發明提供,較佳形態之在該乙烯共聚物的成形體,含浸該有機過氧化物與交聯助劑以重量比1/0.1~0.1/1之比例混合的混合物之太陽電池封閉材料的製造方法。
使用兩種以上分解溫度不同之有機過氧化物的該太陽電池封閉材料之製造方法,係本發明之較佳形態。
在乙烯共聚物之成形體,含浸二烷基過氧化物(A)、與選自過氧碳酸酯及過氧縮酮之有機過氧化物(B),且在液狀下(A)與(B)之重量比為10/90~90/10的比例之該太陽電池封閉材料的製造方法,係本發明之較佳形態。
在乙烯共聚物之成形體表面上,塗佈或撒佈該液狀過氧化物而含浸之該太陽電池封閉材料的製造方法,係本發明之較佳形態。
在乙烯共聚物之成形體含浸於該液狀過氧化物後,以進行熟化至少一天以上為特徵之該太陽電池封閉材料的製造方法,係本發明之較佳形態。
依本發明,在封閉材料之成形中可選擇廣大的溫度範圍,能提高成形速度,同時可進行精密的成形。又,不僅押出成形,亦可進行射出成形或壓縮成形而得之故,不但薄片狀亦可使用於複雜形狀之封閉材料的製造方法。又,在使用較高分解溫度之有機過氧化物的情況,亦可高速交聯之故,可輕易防止交聯時之封閉材料的膨脹,同時能形成高膠凝分率之封閉層。又,在使用分解溫度相異之2種以上的有機過氧化物之情況,將其配合比例設定於適當範圍時,可進一步提高交聯速度,同時能抑制膨脹現象。又,即使降低交聯溫度,高速交聯性並不隨之下降,能更進一步抑制膨脹現象之故,可充分對應於使用易受溫度影響之塑料製保護材料的太陽電池組件之製造。
本發明提供,於乙烯共聚物之成形體,含浸分解溫度(半衰期為1小時之溫度)為150℃以下,且在常溫下為液狀之有機過氧化物的太陽電池封閉材料之製造方法。
製造本發明的太陽電池封閉材料之際,使用將乙烯共聚物成形為所期望之形狀的成形體。該乙烯共聚物,可為選自乙烯與極性單體之共聚物、及乙烯與碳數3以上之α-烯烴的共聚物之一種或兩種以上。此等之中,考量透明性,相對於保護材料或太陽電池元件之黏著性等時,以使用乙烯與極性單體之共聚物為佳。乙烯.極性單體共聚物之極性單體的具體例有,乙酸乙烯酯、丙烯乙烯酯等乙烯酯;丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸異丙酯、丙烯酸異丁酯、丙烯酸正丁酯、丙烯酸異辛酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸異丁酯、順丁烯二酸二甲酯等不飽和羧酸酯;丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸、反丁烯二酸、衣康酸、順丁烯二酸單甲酯、順丁烯二酸單乙酯、順丁烯二酸酐、衣康酸酐等不飽和羧酸;此等不飽和羧酸之鹽、一氧化碳、二氧化硫等之一種或兩種以上。不飽和羧酸之鹽有,鋰、鈉、鉀等1價金屬,鎂、鈣、鋅等多價金屬之鹽等。又,上述乙烯與碳數3以上之α-烯烴的共聚物中,碳數為3以上,較佳為碳數3~20,更佳為碳數3~8。α-烯烴的較佳之例有,丙烯、1-丁烯、1-己烯、1-辛烯、4-甲基-1-戊烯等。
上述乙烯.極性單體共聚物,考量透明性、柔軟性、耐結塊性、有機過氧化物之含浸性等時,以使用乙烯單位含量為60~85重量%,尤其65~80重量%者為佳。乙烯.極性單體共聚物,考量成形性、機械物性等時,在190℃,荷重2,160g中之熔融流動率(JIS K-7210-1999,以下均同)為0.1~100g/l0分鐘,以使用0.5~50g/10分鐘者更佳。
適合之乙烯.極性單體共聚物,具體而言有乙烯.乙酸乙烯酯共聚物等乙烯.乙烯酯共聚物;乙烯.丙烯酸甲酯共聚物、乙烯.丙烯酸乙酯共聚物、乙烯.甲基丙烯酸甲酯共聚物、乙烯.丙烯酸異丁酯共聚物、乙烯.丙烯酸正丁酯共聚物等乙烯.不飽和羧酸酯共聚物;乙烯.丙烯酸共聚物、乙烯.甲基丙烯酸共聚物、乙烯.丙烯酸異丁酯.甲基丙烯酸共聚物等乙烯.不飽和羧酸共聚物及其離子鍵聚合物為代表例者。其中,考量相對於成形性、透明性、柔軟性、黏著性、耐光性等太陽電池封閉材料之要求物性的適合性、或有機過氧化物之含浸性時,以使用乙烯.乙酸乙烯酯共聚物、乙烯.丙烯酸酯共聚物、乙烯.丙烯酸酯.(甲基)丙烯酸共聚物為佳,尤其以使用乙烯.乙酸乙烯酯共聚物更佳。
上述乙烯共聚物的其他例之乙烯.α-烯烴共聚物,考量透明性、柔軟性、耐結塊性、有機過氧化物之含浸性等時,有乙烯聚合單位為70~85莫耳%,乙烯以外之α-烯烴聚合單位為30~15莫耳%,因應需求之二烯單體聚合單位為2莫耳%以下,較佳為含有1莫耳%以下者。如此之乙烯共聚物,有乙烯.丙烯共聚物、乙烯.1-丁烯共聚物、乙烯.4-甲基-1-戊烯共聚物、乙烯.1-己烯共聚物、乙烯.1-辛烯共聚物、乙烯.丙烯.二環戊二烯共聚物、乙烯.丙烯.5-亞乙基-2-冰片烯共聚物、乙烯.丙烯.1,6-己二烯共聚物等。考量乙烯.α-烯烴共聚物之成形性、機械物性等時,在190℃,荷重2,160g中之熔融流動率為0.1~100g/10分鐘,以使用0.5~50g/10分鐘者更佳。
本發明,係在由上述乙烯共聚物所成之所期望形狀的成形體,含浸液狀之有機過氧化物,製造封閉材料者。藉由如此之方法,可避免有機過氧化物之損失,同時於硬化後能獲得高膠凝分率之封閉層。
乙烯共聚物之成形體,可為未配合交聯助劑之成形體,亦可為預先配合交聯助劑者。
本發明中,在不含交聯助劑之乙烯共聚物的成形體,含浸分解溫度(半衰期為1小時之溫度)為150℃以下,且在常溫下為液狀之有機過氧化物,可製造太陽電池封閉材料。本發明中使用交聯助劑時,能更迅速交聯之故,以使用交聯助劑為較佳形態。使用交聯助劑時,可預先配合於乙烯共聚物之成形體而使用,亦可含浸於該成形體而使用。又,亦可使交聯助劑含浸於經配合交聯助劑之乙烯共聚物的成形體使用。
本發明中,在含有交聯助劑之乙烯共聚物的成形體,含浸分解溫度(半衰期為1小時之溫度)為150℃以下,且在常溫下為液狀之有機過氧化物,的太陽電池封閉材料之製造方法為較佳形態。
又,在不含交聯助劑之乙烯共聚物的成形體,含浸分解溫度(半衰期為1小時之溫度)為150℃以下,且在常溫下為液體之有機過氧化物、與交聯助劑,的太陽電池封閉材料之製造方法為其他之較佳形態。
本發明中,在乙烯共聚物之成形體,含浸上述的有機過氧化物與交聯助劑之故,可含浸兩者之混合物。採用如此之混合物含浸的方法時,該液狀有機過氧化物與交聯助劑之比例,以重量比計,以1/0.1~0.1/1為佳。
成形體,通常使用厚度為0.1~1mm程度之薄片狀者,當然可使用附合於太陽電池組件形狀之薄片以外的形狀者。薄片狀之成形體,可使用T-模頭押出機、壓延成形機等,藉由眾所周知的薄片成形法製造。如此之成形體中,可預先配合因應需求添加之矽烷偶合劑、吸收紫外線劑、抗氧化劑、光穩定劑等後述之添加劑。
配合於於該乙烯共聚物之交聯助劑,有聚烯丙基化合物或聚(甲基)丙烯氧基化合物等多不飽和化合物。更具體而言有,三烯丙基三聚異氰酸酯、三烯丙基三聚氰酸酯、二烯丙基苯二甲酸酯、二烯丙基反丁烯二酸酯、二烯丙基順丁烯二酸酯等聚烯丙基化合物;乙二醇二丙烯酸酯、乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯、三羥甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯等聚(甲基)丙烯氧基化合物;二乙烯基苯等。交聯助劑,以相對於乙烯聚合物100重量份為0.5~5重量份之比例使用更為適合。
含浸於上述成形體之有機過氧化物,使用分解溫度(半衰期為1小時之溫度)為150℃以下,且在常溫下為液狀者。有機過氧化物有,叔丁基異丙苯基過氧化物(142℃)、二異丙苯基過氧化物(135℃)、2,5-二甲基-2,5-雙(叔丁基過氧)己烷(140℃)、2,5-二甲基-2,5-雙(叔丁基過氧)己炔-3、1,3-雙(2-叔丁基過氧異丙基)苯(137℃)、二叔丁基過氧化物(149℃)等二烷基過氧化物;叔丁基過氧異丁酸酯(102℃)、叔丁基過氧順丁烯二酸(110℃)、叔丁基過異壬酸酯(123℃)、叔丁基過氧異丙基碳酸酯(119℃)、叔丁基過氧-2-乙基己基碳酸酯(121℃)、叔丁基過氧乙酸酯(123℃)、叔丁基過氧苯甲酸酯(125℃)、2,5-二甲基-2,5-雙(苯甲醯基過氧)己烷(118℃)、2,5-二甲基己基-2,5-雙過氧苯甲酸酯等烷基過氧酯、1,1-雙(叔丁基過氧)-3,3,5-三甲基環己烷(112℃)、1,1-雙(叔丁基過氧)環己烷(112℃)、1,1-雙(叔戊基過氧)環己烷(112℃)、2,2-雙(叔丁基過氧)丁烷(112℃)、正丁基-4,4-雙(叔丁基過氧)戊酸酯(129℃)、乙基-3,3-雙(叔丁基過氧)丁酸酯(135℃)等過氧縮酮等(括弧內均為半衰期1小時之溫度)。其中,考量對乙烯共聚物之成形體的含浸容易性時,以常溫下呈液狀者為佳。
有機過氧化物,可單獨或兩種以上混合使用。使用兩種以上之混合物時,以混合物在常溫下呈液狀者為佳。
本發明中所謂在常溫下呈液狀之有機過氧化物,不僅指單獨物質在常溫下為液狀者,亦包含將兩種以上之有機過氧化物混合時的混合物成為液狀之有機過氧化物。
上述二烷基過氧化物,考量太陽電池封閉材料之高速交聯性及交聯時防止膨脹效果之平衡時,以使用分解溫度(半衰期為1小時之溫度)為130~150℃,較佳為135~150℃者更適合。又,上述烷基過氧酯或過氧縮酮,考量封閉材料之高速交聯性時,以使用分解溫度(半衰期為1小時之溫度)為90~135℃,較佳為100~130℃之有機過氧化物更適合。使用上述性狀之二烷基過氧化物時,在封閉加工時有難以產生膨脹現象之優點。另一方面,使用上述性狀之烷基過氧酯或過氧縮酮時,有更進一步提高交聯速度之優點,容易產生膨脹現象之故,有必要將交聯時之溫度設定於較低的情況。此情況亦能獲得充分的交聯速度。
本發明之更佳形態為,以適當之比例混合(A)二烷基過氧化物至少一種、與(B)選自烷基過氧酯及過氧縮酮之至少一種而使用。此情況,(B)之烷基過氧酯以使用烷基過氧碳酸酯為佳。藉此,可獲得提高交聯速度,且抑制膨脹現象之封閉材料。二烷基過氧化物、與選自烷基過氧酯及過氧縮酮之有機過氧化物的適合之使用比例,相對於前者之0.05~5重量份,較佳為0.1~3重量份,後者為0.05~5重量%,較佳為0.1~3重量份。
上述乙烯共聚物之成形體,含浸有機過氧化物(A)及(B)之際,可將兩者逐次或同時含浸,以使用兩者之混合物同時含浸為佳。有機過氧化物之含浸,可藉由將液狀之有機過氧化物塗佈或撒佈於成形體表面、或使成形體浸漬於液狀之有機過氧化物而進行。工業上以將液狀之有機過氧化物塗佈或撒佈於成形體表面的方法較適合。因此,以使用有機過氧化物(A)及(B)均於常溫度下呈液狀者為佳。不過,即使有機過氧化物(A)在常溫下為固體、有機過氧化物(B)在常溫下呈液狀、兩者之混合物在常溫下呈液狀時,亦可使用。使用有機過氧化物(A)及(B)之混合物時,有機過氧化物(A)及(B)之使用比率(重量比)(A)/(B),沒有特別的限制,以在10/90~90/10之範圍改變為佳。考量交聯速度及對成形體內之分散速度等時,以在可防止膨脹之範圍儘可能提高有機過氧化物(B)之使用比例為佳。以(A)/(B)(重量比)最佳的10/90~80/20之比例為佳。有機過氧化物(A)及(B)之含浸量,依此等之種類而異,相對於乙烯聚合物100重量份,(A)、(B)之合計量為0.1~5重量份,以0.5~3重量份更為適合。
以如上所述之操作使有機過氧化物含浸於成形體內,在成形體表面成為乾燥狀態後,有機過氧化物亦均勻分散於成形體內之故,在使用於製造太陽電池組件之前,予以熟化至少一天以上,以三天以上更適合。熟化適合在常溫下進行,亦可在加溫下進行。
在配合交聯助劑或未配合之乙烯共聚物的成形體,含浸有機過氧化物、或有機過氧化物與交聯助劑之混合物時,可藉由將液狀有機過氧化物、或有機過氧化物與交聯助劑之混合物塗佈或撒佈於成形體表面、或將成形體浸漬於有機過氧化物、或有機過氧化物與交聯助劑之混合物而進行。工業上以將液狀之有機過氧化物、或有機過氧化物與交聯助劑之混合物塗佈或撒佈於成形體表面的方法,較為適合。
本發明中,以如上所述之操作使有機過氧化物含浸於成形體內,在成形體表面成為乾燥狀態後,有機過氧化物亦均勻分散於成形體內之故,在使用於製造太陽電池組件之前,予以熟化至少一天以上,以三天以上更適合。熟化適合在常溫下進行,亦可在加溫下進行。
本發明之太陽電池封閉材料中,因應需求可含有其他各種添加劑。如此之添加劑具體而言有,交聯助劑、矽烷偶合劑、吸收紫外線劑、受阻酚系或磷酸酯系之抗氧化劑、受阻胺系之光穩定劑、光擴散劑、阻燃劑、防變色劑等。
矽烷偶合,適合於提升對保護材料或太陽電池元件之黏著性;其例有,具有乙烯基、丙烯氧基、甲基丙烯氧基等不飽和基,胺基、環氧基等,同時具有烷氧基等可水解之基的化合物。矽烷偶合劑具體而言有,N-(β-胺基乙基)-γ-胺基丙基三甲氧基矽烷、N-(β-胺基乙基)-γ-胺基丙基甲基二甲氧基矽烷、γ-胺基丙基三乙氧基矽烷、γ-環氧丙氧基丙基三甲氧基矽烷、γ-甲基丙烯氧基丙基三甲氧基矽烷等。矽烷偶合劑,相對於乙烯共聚物(a)100重量份,以配合0.1~5重量份之程度為佳。
可添加於本發明之太陽電池封閉材料的吸收紫外線劑,有二苯甲酮系、苯并三唑系、三嗪系、水楊酸酯系等各種型式者。二苯甲酮系吸收紫外線劑有,例如2-羥基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮、2-羥基-4-甲氧基-2'-羧基二苯甲酮、2-羥基-4-辛氧基二苯甲酮、2-羥基-4-正(十二)氧基二苯甲酮、2-羥基-4-正(十八)氧基二苯甲酮、2-羥基-4-苄氧基二苯甲酮、2-羥基-4-甲氧基-5-磺基二苯甲酮、2-羥基-5-氯二苯甲酮、2,4-二羥基二苯甲酮、2,2'-二羥基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮、2,2'-二羥基-4,4'-二甲氧基二苯甲酮、、2,2',4,4'-四羥基二苯甲酮等。
苯并三唑系吸收紫外線劑,係羥基苯基取代苯并三唑化合物,有例如2-(2-羥基-5-甲基苯基)苯并三唑、2-(2-羥基-5-叔丁基苯基)苯并三唑、2-(2-羥基-3,5-二甲基苯基)苯并三唑、2-(2-甲基-4-羥基苯基)苯并三唑、2-(2-羥基-3-甲基-5-叔丁基苯基)苯并三唑、2-(2-羥基-3,5-二叔丁基苯基)苯并三唑、2-(2-羥基-3,5-二甲基苯基)-5-甲氧基苯并三唑、2-(2-羥基-3-叔丁基-5-甲基苯基)-5-氯苯并三唑、2-(2-羥基-5-叔丁基苯基)-5-苯并三唑等。又,三嗪系吸收紫外線劑有,2-[4,6-雙(2,4-二甲基苯基)-1,3,5-三嗪-2-基]-5-(辛氧基)酚、2-(4,6-二苯基-1,3,5-三嗪-2-基)-5-(己氧基)酚等。水楊酸酯系有,水楊酸苯基酯、水楊酸對-辛基苯基酯等。
此等添加劑,在有機過氧化物之含浸前,可藉由乾摻合於乙烯共聚物或熔融混合成形,而含有成形體。又,在成形為所定形狀之乙烯共聚物的成形體含浸有機過氧化物時,可與有機過氧化物一起含浸。
採用藉由在所定形狀之成形體含浸有機過氧化物而得的本發明之封閉材料,以上下之保護材料使太陽電池元件固定,可製作太陽電池組件。如此之太陽電池組件有各種型式者。有例如上部透明保護材料/封閉材料/太陽電池元件/封閉材料/下部保護材料等,以封閉材料自太陽電池元件之兩側挾持的構成者;在經於下部基板保護材料之內周面上形成的太陽電池元件上,形成封閉材料與上部透明保護材料之構成者;在經於上部透明保護材料之內周面上形成的太陽電池元件,例如以濺鍍等在氟樹脂系透明保護材料上製成非晶性太陽電池元件者之上,形成封閉材料與下部保護材料之構成者等。
太陽電池元件,可採用單晶矽、多結晶矽、非晶性矽等矽系,鎵-砷、銅-銦-硒、鎘-鍗等III-V族或II-VI族化合物半導體系等各種太陽電池元件。
構成太陽電池組件之上部保護材料有,玻璃、丙烯酸系樹脂、聚碳酸酯、聚酯、含氟樹脂等。下部保護材料有,金屬或各種熱塑性樹脂薄膜等單體或多層之薄片,例如錫、鋁、不銹鋼等金屬,玻璃等無機材料、聚酯、無機物蒸鍍聚酯,含氟樹脂、聚烯烴等單層或多層之保護材料。本發明所得之太陽電池封閉材料,相對於此等之上部或下部保護材料,顯現良好的黏著性。
太陽電池組件之製造,係在有機過氧化物實質上不分解,且該封閉材料熔融之溫度,使該封閉材料假黏著於太陽電池元件或保護材料;接著升溫,以進行充分的黏著與封閉材料之交聯為佳。黏著及交聯之溫度,以獲得滿足之交聯速度,且不產生膨脹的溫度,例如100~180℃程度之溫度範圍,較適合。為獲得最終之耐熱性良好的太陽電池組件,以封閉材料層中之膠凝分率(將試料1g浸漬於100ml二甲苯中,於110℃加熱24小時後,以20篩目金屬網過濾,測定未熔融份之質量分率)達到較佳為70~98質量%,更佳為80~95質量%的程度,進行乙烯聚合物之交聯為佳。因此,以選擇可滿足此等條件之添加劑配方較適合,例如以選擇本發明之有機過氧化物等之種類及含浸量為佳。
以實施例更詳細說明本發明如下。還有,實施例及比較例所使用之原料及評估方法如下述所示。
(1)EVA:乙烯.乙酸乙烯酯共聚物(乙酸乙烯酯含量:28重量%、MFR:15g/10分鐘)、(2)有機過氧化物A:2,5-二甲基-2,5-雙(叔丁基過氧)己烷,商品名:魯帕若魯101,阿多凱姆.吉富股份有限公司製,1小時半衰期溫度:140℃、(3)有機過氧化物B:叔丁基過氧-2-乙基己基碳酸酯,商品名:魯帕若魯TBEC,阿多凱姆.吉富股份有限公司製,1小時半衰期溫度:121℃、(4)交聯助劑:三烯丙基三聚異氰酸酯(TAIC)、(5)矽烷偶合劑:γ-甲基丙烯氧基丙基三甲氧基矽烷,商品名:KBM503,信越化學工業股份有限公司製。
(1)膨脹性在兩枚聚對苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜(100 μ m)之間挾持0.5mm厚之薄片試料,使用真空貼合機,以溫度150℃ 5分鐘貼合後,在150℃之烘箱中硬化小時,觀測交聯之薄片的情況(氣泡之產生狀況)並評估。
(2)交聯速度將薄片試料截斷製成粒狀試料,採用MDR(扭轉平板模頭加硫試驗機),讀取於150℃ 10分鐘後之轉矩。轉矩愈高表示交聯進行愈充分。
(3)有機過氧化物之含浸速度由上述EVA成形為厚度100 μ m之吹塑薄膜,捲取於滾筒上。由其捲取之薄膜製成6枚重疊狀態的試料,在一方之面上,塗佈有機過氧化物至成為6.8g/m2
。一星期後,由上剝取第1、3、5枚之薄膜,藉由氣相色譜儀分別測定各有機過氧化物濃度,評估其分散程度。
[實施例1]將上述之EVA顆粒5,000g、交聯助劑TAIC 100g、及矽烷偶合劑25g混合,為含浸放置一天一夜。將所得含浸顆粒,以40mmΦ薄片成形機,成形為厚度0.5mm。相對於此薄片100g,以棒桿塗佈機均勻塗佈1.5g之液狀有機過氧化物A後,經兩星期之熟化。所得的薄片試料使用於膨脹性及交聯速度之評估。結果如表1所示。
[實施例2]除使用有機過氧化物A及有機過氧化物B之2對8的混合溶液,替代液狀有機過氧化物A以外,進行與實施例1同樣的評估。結果如表1所示。
[比較例1]除使用實施例1中之未使用交聯助劑TAIC的薄片化者以外,進行與實施例1同樣的評估。結果如表1所示。
[比較例2]除使用液狀有機過氧化物B,替代比較例1中之有機過氧化物A以外,進行與比較例1同樣的評估。結果如表1所示。
[參考例]實施例2中,使用交聯助劑、矽烷偶合劑、顆粒、同時有機過氧化物A及B之2對8的混合溶液,以40mmΦ薄片成形機混合,進行薄片化。結果如表1所示。
由表1之結果可知,實施例1者與比較例1者比較,顯著改善交聯速度。又,實施例2與比較例2相比較,藉由使用交聯助劑及併用少量之有機過氧化物,交聯速度有所改善,且消除使用有機過氧化物B時所產生之膨脹現象。
[實施例3]將上述EVA之顆粒5,000g與矽烷偶合劑25g混合,為含浸放置一天一夜。將所得含浸顆粒,以40mmΦ薄片成形機成形為0.5mm厚。相對於此薄片100g,以棒桿塗佈機均勻塗佈1.5g之有機過氧化物A及有機過氧化物B的2對8之混合溶液後,經兩星期之熟化。所得的薄片使用於膨脹性及交聯速度之評估。又,由上述EVA成形為厚度100 μ m之吹塑薄膜,使用有機過氧化物A及有機過氧化物B之2對8的混合溶液,進行有機過氧化物之含浸速度的評估。結果如表2所示。
[比較例3]除使用液狀有機過氧化物B,替代有機過氧化物A及有機過氧化物B之2對8的混合溶液以外,進行與實施例3同樣的評估。結果如表2所示。
[比較例4]除使用液狀有機過氧化物A,替代有機過氧化物A及有機過氧化物B之2對8的混合溶液以外,進行與實施例3同樣的評估。結果如表2所示。
由表2之結果可知,實施例3者,與使用交聯劑B之情況相同,有機過氧化物之分散速度及交聯速度均於可容許下儘量快速,在另一方面消除使用交聯劑B時所產生的膨脹現象。
藉由本發明,提供不受封閉材料之成形條件的大限制,可高速交聯,且能避免膨脹現象之太陽電池封閉材料的製造方法。
以本發明所提供之太陽電池封閉材料的製造方法,係能高效率製造均質的太陽電池封閉材料之方法。
依本發明,在封閉材料之成形中可選擇廣大的溫度範圍之故,能提供可提高成形速度,同時可進行精密的成形之太陽電池封閉材料的製造方法。
又,由本發明所提供的太陽電池封閉材料之製造方法中所使用的乙烯共聚物之成形體,不僅押出成形,亦可進行射出成形或壓縮成形而得之故,不但薄片狀,亦可使用於複雜形狀之封閉材料的製造。
又,本發明之太陽電池封閉材料的製造方法中,在使用較高分解溫度之有機過氧化物的情況,亦可高速交聯之故,可輕易防止交聯時之封閉材料的膨脹,同時能形成高膠凝分率之封閉層。
於本發明之太陽電池封閉材料的製造方法中,使用分解溫度相異之2種以上的有機過氧化物之情況,將其配合比例設定於適當範圍時,可進一步提高交聯速度,同時能抑制膨脹現象。
進而,本發明之太陽電池封閉材料的製造方法中,即使降低交聯溫度、高速交聯性並不隨之下降,能更進一步抑制膨脹現象之故,可充分對應於使用易受溫度影響的塑料製保護材料的太陽電池組件之製造。
Claims (8)
- 一種太陽電池封閉材料之製造方法,其特徵為使分解溫度(半衰期為1小時之溫度)為150℃以下之二烷基過氧化物(A)與選自過氧碳酸酯及過氧縮酮之有機過氧化物(B)以在液狀下(A)與(B)之重量比為10/90~90/10之比例含浸於乙烯與極性單體之共聚物之乙烯共聚物之成形體後,熟化3日以上。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之太陽電池封閉材料之製造方法,其中該乙烯共聚物之成形體為含有交聯助劑之乙烯共聚物成形體。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之太陽電池封閉材料之製造方法,其中該乙烯共聚物之成形體為不含交聯助劑之乙烯共聚物成形體。
- 如申請專利範圍第2項之太陽電池封閉材料之製造方法,其中於該乙烯共聚物成形體,含浸該有機過氧化物與交聯助劑以重量比1/0.1~0.1/1之比例混合之混合物。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之太陽電池封閉材料之製造方法,其中使用兩種以上分解溫度不同之有機過氧化物。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之太陽電池封閉材料之製造方法,其係在乙烯共聚物之成形體表面上,塗佈或撒佈該有機過氧化物而含浸。
- 如申請專利範圍第1~6項中任一項之太陽電池封閉材料之製造方法,其中成形體為薄片。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之太陽電池封閉材料之製造方法,其中乙烯共聚物為至少一種選自乙烯.乙烯基酯共聚物、乙烯.不飽和羧酸酯共聚物、乙烯.不飽和羧酸酯共聚物及其離子聚合物之共聚物。
