Abstract
Description
当該技術分野の現状では、冷媒の温度に応じて速度を変化するモータを備えた冷却装置が、欧州特許第EP1119732号明細書に記載されている。
当該技術分野の現状では、低温室及び高温室を持つ冷蔵庫の冷却サイクルで「蒸気閉塞」が発生し、及びかくして二つの室の各々が独立して制御される実施例が、英国特許第GB844272号明細書に記載されている。
冷却装置(1)は、冷却されるべき物品を収容する一つ又はそれ以上の冷却キャビネット(7)と、冷媒を圧縮できる圧縮器(2)と、圧縮器(2)を出る過熱蒸気を凝縮により第1液体−蒸気相に変化した後、全体を液相にできる凝縮器(3)と、冷却キャビネット(7)から離して位置決めされた、圧縮器(2)及び凝縮器(3)が配置される圧縮器キャビネット(8)と、凝縮した液体が送出され、媒体の熱を吸収し、媒体の冷却を可能にし、冷媒が熱を吸収して冷却キャビネット(7)を冷却する一つ又はそれ以上の気化器(4)と、圧縮器キャビネット(8)と気化器(4)との間に配置された、冷媒を加圧して全体を液相に変化できる一つ又はそれ以上の毛管(5)と、圧縮器キャビネット(8)及び/又は冷却キャビネット(7)内の温度を検出する少なくとも二つの温度センサ(10、11)と、温度センサ(10、11)が検出した温度の値の差に従って賦勢されたり消勢されたりする、凝縮器(3)及び/又は圧縮器(2)に空気流を提供するファン(9)と、凝縮器(3)内及び/又は圧縮器キャビネット(8)内に位置決めされた、温度センサ(10、11)が検出した温度の値の差に従って賦勢されたり消勢されたりするヒータ(6)と、を備えている(図1及び図2参照)。

Claims (8)
- 冷却装置(1)であって、
冷却されるべき物品を収容する一つ又はそれ以上の冷却キャビネット(7)と、
冷媒を圧縮する圧縮器(2)と、
前記圧縮器(2)を出る過熱蒸気を凝縮により第1液体−蒸気相に変化した後、全体を液相にできる凝縮器(3)と、
前記圧縮器(2)及び前記凝縮器(3)が前記冷却キャビネット(7)から離して位置決めされる圧縮器キャビネット(8)と、
凝縮した液体が送出され、媒体の熱を吸収し、媒体を冷却でき、媒体の熱を吸収する冷媒によって、前記冷却キャビネット(7)を冷却できる一つ又はそれ以上の気化器(4)とを含む冷却装置(1)において、
前記圧縮器キャビネット(8)及び/又は前記冷却キャビネット(7)内の温度を検出する少なくとも二つの温度センサ(10、11)と、
前記凝縮器(3)上及び/又は前記圧縮器キャビネット(8)内に位置決めされ、前記温度センサ(10、11)が検出した温度の値の間の差に従って賦勢されたり消勢されたりするヒータ(6)とを含む、ことを特徴とする冷却装置(1)。 - 請求項1に記載の冷却装置(1)において、
前記凝縮器(3)及び/又は前記圧縮器(2)に空気流を提供する、前記温度センサ(10、11)が検出した温度の値の間の差に従って賦勢されたり消勢されたりする、ファン(9)を含むことを特徴とする冷却装置(1)。 - 請求項1に記載の冷却装置(1)において、
前記温度センサ(10)は前記凝縮器(3)に位置決めされており、前記凝縮器(3)の温度を検出する、ことを特徴とする冷却装置(1)。 - 請求項1に記載の冷却装置(1)において、
前記温度センサ(10)は前記圧縮器(2)に位置決めされており、前記圧縮器(2)の温度を検出する、ことを特徴とする冷却装置(1)。 - 請求項1に記載の冷却装置(1)において、
前記温度センサ(11)は前記気化器(4)の入口及び出口に位置決めされており、前記気化器(4)の入口及び出口の温度を検出する、ことを特徴とする冷却装置(1)。 - 請求項1に記載の冷却装置(1)において、
前記温度センサ(11)は圧送ラインの端部の毛管(5)の前記入口に位置決めされている、ことを特徴とする冷却装置(1)。 - 請求項1に記載の冷却装置(1)を制御するための方法において、
温度センサ(10、11)が検出した温度の値の差が所定値よりも大きい場合、ファン(9)を消勢し、ヒータ(6)を賦勢し、冷媒の凝縮温度及び従って圧力を所望の値にし、冷媒が液相にとどまることができるようにし、冷媒全体が蒸気相に変化して毛管(5)の入口のところで「蒸気閉塞」を生じることがないようにする工程を含む、方法。 - 請求項1に記載の冷却装置(1)を制御するための方法において、
圧縮器(2)の回転速度を上昇する工程と、
このプロセスの終了時に、二相流を達成できなかった場合、気化器(4)の入口温度の値と出口温度の値との間の差が所定値よりも大きい場合、ファン(9)を消勢し、ヒータ(6)を賦勢する工程と、
冷媒の前記二相流を可能にすることによって、オイルに溶解可能な冷媒の量を増大することによって粘度を低下する工程と、
この低粘度のオイルを提供し、前記圧縮器(2)に比較的短時間で再循環する工程とを含む、方法。
