本发明涉及一种包括空气通道(6)的冷却装置(1),并防止该空气通道(6)被冰霜堵塞。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种包括空气通道的冷却装置,并防止该空气通道由于结霜而堵塞。
背景技术
在现有技术中,存在包括两个储存室的冷却装置,一个是保鲜室,另一个是冷冻室,在风扇的帮助下通过蒸发器冷却的空气,一部分在冷冻室中循环,其余的在保鲜室中循环。完成在保鲜室中的循环之后的空气,通过一空气通道,再次到达冷冻室。
在特别低的储存室温度下,当风扇停止时,蒸发器室中的冷空气流向该空气通道,将此处的温度降至水的凝固点之下。当风扇再次开始运转时,保鲜室中相对湿热的空气开始通过该空气通道导向蒸发器。然而,当在蒸发器的非运转期间,热空气通过变冷的通道时,潮湿的空气在冷表面上凝结并结霜,一段时间之后,空气通道中积累的霜的量增加。从而导致从保鲜室到蒸发器室携带的空气的量减少,因而保鲜室没有得到充分冷却。
在美国专利NOS.3826103,US5255536和EP644385中,公开了在空气通道中包括加热器的冷却装置。
发明目的和内容
本发明的目的是发明一种冷却装置,消除空气通道中的结霜问题。

具体实施方式
本发明的冷却装置1包括:
压缩机4,其压缩冷却液并使其在冷却循环中流动,
保鲜室3,用于冷却存储于其中的食物,
冷冻室2,用于冷冻存储于其中的食物,并保持比保鲜室3更低的温度,
至少一个蒸发器5,用于将热量从介质转移到冷却液,
至少一个空气通道6,用于空气在保鲜室3和蒸发器5之间通过,和
抗结霜装置7,其当储存室温度T处于某一确定值Tset之下,在压缩机4停止运转期间,防止空气通道6的温度降至水的凝固点之下,从而防止在空气通道6内形成冰霜(图1)。
在本发明的优选实施例中,冷却装置1包括蒸发器室10,蒸发器5设置在其中,该蒸发器室10通过一壁与冷冻室2隔开,并通过空气通道6连接到保鲜室3。
该冷却装置1包括控制装置9,其直接或间接地收集储存室温度信息。
在本发明的一个实施例中,控制装置9包括直接测量储存室温度的热传感器。当温度T降至某一确定值Tset之下时,例如1-5℃,该控制装置9确定空气通道6中存在结霜的风险。
在本发明的另一实施例中,控制装置9测量压缩机4的停机时间toff和运转时间ton,当运转时间比ton/ton+toff,即运转时间ton与总时间ton+toff的比率低于某一确定值时,例如30-40%,确定储存室温度较低可能导致空气通道6中结霜。
在本发明的一个实施例中,抗结霜装置7包括至少一个风扇8,其在压缩机4停止运转期间,当控制装置9确定储存室温度可能导致空气通道6中结霜时运行,从而防止蒸发器室10中的冷空气流入空气通道6中。风扇8在压缩机4运转期间也可提供空气流通。在压缩机4运转或停止运转时风扇8都可以相同的转速运行,或在压缩机4停止后以较低转速运行。
如果储存室温度低于某一确定值T<Tset,在压缩机4停止运转后抗结霜装置7接通。抗结霜装置7在压缩机4停机期间启动风扇8,从而防止冷冻室2中的空气流入空气通道6,并导致该通道的温度下降。风扇8使空气从保鲜室3流通到空气通道6,再从这里流通到蒸发器5。这样,当压缩机4和风扇8一起重新开始运转时,可以防止来自保鲜室的热空气中的湿气凝结和结霜。
在本发明的又一实施例中,抗结霜装置7包括加热器11,其在压缩机4停机后,在控制装置9已经确定储存室温度可能导致空气通道6中结霜的情况下开始运转。加热器11设置在空气通道6中。加热器11可独立启动或与风扇8一起启动。
当储存室温度降至某一确定值之下时T<Tset,抗结霜装置7在压缩机4停机之后开始运转,在压缩机4停止运转期间加热空气通道6,从而防止从蒸发器室10流出的空气冷却空气通道6。这样,当压缩机4和风扇8一起重新开始运转时,就可以防止空气通道6的温度降至水的凝固点之下,并防止从保鲜室3流出的热空气的湿气凝结和结霜。
在本发明的冷却装置1中,通过在压缩机4停机期间使风扇8或加热器11运转,可以防止在较低储存室温度下空气通道6中结霜。从而解决了堵塞空气通道6的问题。
Claims (5)
1.一种冷却装置(1),包括压缩机(4),其压缩冷却液并使其在冷却循环中流动;保鲜室(3),用于冷却存储于其中的食物;冷冻室(2),用于冷冻存储于其中的食物,并保持比保鲜室(3)更低的温度;至少一个蒸发器(5),用于将热量从介质转移到冷却液;和至少一个空气通道(6),用于空气在保鲜室(3)和蒸发器(5)之间通过;抗结霜装置(7),其防止空气通道(6)的温度降至水的凝固点之下,
其特征在于,
控制装置(9),当储存室温度(T)处于某一确定值(Tset)之下,在压缩机(4)停止运转期间,该控制装置()9直接或间接地收集储存室温度信息。
2、根据权利要求1所述的冷却装置(1),其特征在于:蒸发器室(10),蒸发器(5)设置在该蒸发器室(10)中,抗结霜装置(7)包括风扇(8),其在压缩机(4)停机期间运转,使空气从保鲜室(3)流通到空气通道(6),再从这里流向蒸发器(5),从而当压缩机(4)停止运转时,防止蒸发器室(10)内的冷空气流入空气通道(6)。
3、根据权利要求2所述的冷却装置(1),其特征在于:抗结霜装置(7)包括风扇(8),其在压缩机(4)停止运转后转速降低。
4、根据权利要求1所述的冷却装置(1),其特征在于:抗结霜装置(7)包括加热器(11),其在压缩机(4)停机后开始运转,加热空气通道(6)。
5、根据前述权利要求的任意一项所述的冷却装置(1),其特征在于:包括控制装置(9),其测量压缩机(4)的停机时间(toff)和运转时间(ton),当运转时间比(ton/(ton+toff)),即运转时间(ton)与总时间(ton+toff)的比率低于某一确定值时,确定储存室温度较低可能导致空气通道(6)中结霜。
