Abstract
Description
a.プラントに加圧CO2含有ガスを供給し、および/または供給に際してCO2含有ガスを圧縮し、
b.工程aで得られた圧縮ガスを冷却し、
c. 工程bで得られたガスを凝縮操作の使用により分離し、それにより該ガスがCO2に富む液体(L1)およびCO2含有ガス(G1)に分離され、
d.工程cで得られたガスG1を物理的吸収剤により吸収し、それによりガスG1が液体(L2)およびCO2に乏しいガス(G2)に分離され、
e.CO2含有ガス(G3)および液体(L3)を得られるように、工程dで得られた液体L2を分離し、
f.CO2含有ガス(G4)を得られるように、工程eで得られたガスG3を圧縮し、および
g.液体CO 2 (L5)と実質的にCO 2 を含まないガス(G5)とを回収するために、工程cで得られた液体L1を蒸留する
工程を含んでなる。
Claims (22)
- CO2含有ガスからCO2を回収する方法であって、
a.プラントに加圧CO2含有ガスを供給し、および/または供給に際してCO2含有ガスを圧縮し、
b.工程aで得られた圧縮ガスを冷却し、
c.工程bで得られたガスを凝縮操作の使用により分離し、それにより該ガスがCO2に富む液体(L1)およびCO2含有ガス(G1)に分離され、
d.工程cで得られたガスG1を吸収剤により吸収し、それによりガスG1が液体(L2)およびCO2に乏しいガス(G2)に分離され、
e.CO2含有ガス(G3)および液体(L3)を得られるように、工程dで得られた液体L2を分離し、および
f.CO2含有ガス(G4)を得られるように、工程eで得られたガスG3を圧縮する
工程を含んでなる、方法。 - 工程aにおける前記CO2含有ガスが、少なくとも20バールの圧力を有する加圧ガスとしてプラントへ供給されるか、または圧力が少なくとも20バールとなるように、供給に際して圧縮される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 工程bの圧縮ガスが、−20℃より低い温度に達するまで冷却される、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 工程cにおける凝縮操作が、フラッシュ蒸留である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 工程cで得られたCO2含有ガスG1の温度が、−30℃〜−70℃、更に好ましくは−44.1℃〜−56℃、更に一層好ましくは−46.1℃〜−50.1℃、最も好ましくは−47.6℃〜−48.6℃の範囲内であり、該ガスの圧力が、10バール〜200バール、更に好ましくは12バール〜50バール、更に一層好ましくは20バール〜40バール、最も好ましくは28バール〜32バールの範囲内であり、工程cで得られた液体L1の温度が、−30℃〜−55℃、更に好ましくは−45℃〜−53℃、更に一層好ましくは−47℃〜−51℃、最も好ましくは−48.5℃〜−49.5℃の範囲内であり、該液体の圧力が、10バール〜200バール、更に好ましくは14バール〜27バール、更に一層好ましくは16バール〜22バール、最も好ましくは17.5バール〜18.5バールの範囲内である、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 工程dにおける吸収剤が、SELEXOL、メタノール、およびプロピレンカーボネートを含んでなる群から選択される液剤である、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 工程eにおける液体L2の分離が、フラッシュ蒸留プロセスである、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 液体L2が、一つ以上の連続フラッシュ蒸留工程でフラッシュ蒸留され、各フラッシュ蒸留工程から得られたガスが該ガスの混合前および/または後に圧縮される、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 工程bでガスの冷却前に、該ガスから水を除去する工程を更に含んでなる、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 工程eで得られた液体L3が、再循環されて、工程dでガスG1を吸収するために用いられる吸収剤と混合される、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 工程fで得られたガスG4を濾過する工程を更に含んでなる、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 液体CO2(L5)と実質的にCO2を含まないガス(G5)とを回収するために、工程cで得られた液体L1と工程fで得られたガスG4とを蒸留する工程を更に含んでなる、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 液体流L1およびガス流G4が、別々に蒸留されるか、または蒸留カラムで合わせられる、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 工程dで得られたガスG2とガスG5とが、再使用のために処理されるか、または燃焼により廃棄される、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- ガスG2およびG5が、エネルギーを回収するために、燃焼前に膨脹される、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 生成された液体CO2(L5)が、好ましくは少なくとも99.5%純度である、請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記CO2含有ガスが、水素の製造からの廃ガスであり、ガスG2およびG5が、水素製造用のプラントにリサイクルされる、請求項1〜16のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- CO2含有ガスからCO2を回収するプラントであって、任意により冷却ユニット(B)に接続された圧縮機(A)を備えてなり、該冷却ユニットが、ガス出口および液体出口を備えた凝縮ユニット(C)に接続され、該凝縮ユニット(C)のガス出口が、ガス出口および液体出口を備えた吸収カラム(D)に接続され、液体用の該出口が、それぞれガス出口および液体出口を備えた一つ以上の連続フラッシュ蒸留カラム(E)に接続され、該フラッシュ蒸留カラム(E)のガス出口が、一つ以上の圧縮機(F)に接続され、該圧縮機(F)の出口と凝縮ユニット(C)からの液体排出の出口が、任意により一つ以上の蒸留カラム(G)に接続されている、プラント。
- 冷却ユニット(B)の前に置かれた脱水機を更に備えてなる、請求項18に記載のプラント。
- 圧縮機(F)と蒸留カラム(G)との間に置かれた、圧縮機(F)を出たガスから微量の吸収剤の除去のためのフィルターを更に備えてなる、請求項18または19に記載のプラント。
- エネルギーを回収するために、吸収カラム(D)を出たガスG2と蒸留カラム(G)を出たガスG5とを膨脹させるための膨脹機を更に備えてなる、請求項18〜20のいずれか一項に記載のプラント。
- 水素の製造用または合成ガスの製造用のプラントから出たガスからCO2を回収するための、請求項1〜17のいずれか一項に記載された方法の使用。
