Description

Claims (10)
- 少なくとも1つのロールスタンド(2)と、前に配設された巻上げ装置(3)と、後に配設された巻上げ装置(4)とを備え、前に配設された巻上げ装置(3)とロールスタンド(2)間及び/又はロールスタンド(2)と後に配設された巻上げ装置(4)間に、ストリップ(1)をS字形に案内する2つのローラ(7,8;9,10)を備えるS字ローラユニット(5,6)が配設されている、金属のストリップ(1)、特にスチールストリップを圧延するための圧延機において、
S字ローラユニット(5,6)の第1のローラ(7,9)が位置不動に配設されており、S字ローラユニット(5,6)の第2のローラ(8,10)が、第1のローラ(7,9)に対して相対的に可動に配設されていることを特徴とする圧延機。 - 第1のローラ(7,9)に対して相対的に可動に配設された第2のローラ(8,10)が、片側を位置不動の軸(12)に支承されているスイングアーム(11)に回転可能に配設されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧延機。
- 位置不動の軸(12)が、第1のローラ(7,9)の回転軸に相当することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の圧延機。
- 位置不動の軸(12)から離れた回転点(13)において、リニアアクチュエータ(14)がスイングアーム(11)にジョイント式に配設されていることを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の圧延機。
- リニアアクチュエータ(14)が、油圧式のピストン−シリンダシステムであることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の圧延機。
- S字ローラユニット(5,6)のローラ(7,8,9,10)の少なくとも1つを駆動するための手段が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載の圧延機。
- 圧延機が冷間圧延機として形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1つに記載の圧延機。
- ロールスタンド(2)が個別スタンドとして設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1つに記載の圧延機。
- ロールスタンド(2)が、ロール間隙を柔軟に調整するための手段を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1つに記載の圧延機。
- 巻上げ装置(3,4)の少なくとも1つが、回転数をコントロールするための手段を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1つに記載の圧延機。
