Abstract
処理すべき分散材料のための収容容器(10)と、シャフト(21)で駆動可能な攪拌ディスク(22)と、磨砕媒体を収容すると共に分散材料が攪拌ディスク(22)で引き起こされた流れにより通過可能な多孔ハウジング(34)及び駆動エレメントにより駆動可能で且つハウジング(34)内に配置されて該ハウジングに対して相対回転可能な攪拌具を有する磨砕装置とを備え、ハウジング(34)がシャフト(21)を取り囲むと共にシャフト(21)に対して上昇位置から下降位置へと変位可能であり、この下降位置において互いに作動位置関係となる第1継手要素(47)と第2継手要素(53)とを有する継手によってシャフト(21)と駆動エレメントとが相互に連結可能とされている形式の分散装置において、来たるべき防爆基準に沿うように構成し、しかも構造を単純化するために、継手の第1継手要素をハウジング(34)の下端部に配置すると共に継手の第2継手要素をシャフト(21)の下端部の領域に配置する。

2.凝集体を小凝集体及び一次粒子にまで機械的に分離する磨砕処理
3.一次粒子、凝集体及び凝固体の再凝固(=凝集)を防止する安定化処理

Claims (9)
- 処理すべき分散材料のための収容容器(10)内に配置するための分散装置であって、シャフト(21)によって駆動可能な流動発生装置(22)と、磨砕媒体を収容すると共に分散材料が流動発生装置(22)によって引き起こされた流れにより通過可能な多孔ハウジング(34)及び駆動エレメントにより駆動可能で且つ前記ハウジング(34)内に配置されて該ハウジングに対して相対回転可能な攪拌具を有する磨砕装置とを備え、ハウジング(34)がシャフト(21)を取り囲み、且つハウジング(34)がシャフト(21)に対して上昇位置から下降位置へと変位可能であり、この下降位置において互いに作動位置関係となる第1継手要素(47)と第2継手要素(53)とを有する継手によってシャフト(21)と駆動エレメントとが相互に連結可能とされている形式の分散装置において、第1継手要素が多孔ハウジングの下端部に配置されていると共に第2継手要素がシャフトの下端部の領域に配置されていることを特徴とする分散装置。
- 第2継手要素がシャフトの下端部に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の分散装置。
- 継手が軸方向の伸縮を吸収可能な補償継手からなることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の分散装置。
- 駆動エレメントがベアリングブロック(39)を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の分散装置。
- ベアリングブロック(39)が二重ころ軸受(42)を有することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の分散装置。
- 二重ころ軸受(42)の各軸受の間にコンベアスクリュー(44)が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の分散装置。
- ベアリングブロック(39)が第2継手要素の上部に少なくとも一つの吸引口(48)を有することを特徴とする請求項4〜6のいずれか1項に記載の分散装置。
- ベアリングブロック(39)がハウジング(34)の基部に一体化されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の分散装置。
- シャフト(21)が中間胴部(24)と下端部(25)とを有し、下端部(25)が中間胴部よりも大きな外径を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の分散装置。
流動発生装置が攪拌ディスク(22)で構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の分散装置。
