Claims (9)
- 水銀、チタン、銅ならびに錫、クロムおよびケイ素の少なくとも1種を含み、各元素が以下の重量%に従って存在する組成物であって、この組成物がTi、Cu、そしてSn、CrおよびSiから選ばれる少なくとも1種の元素からなる粉末化した前−合金を形成し、これをHgと反応させることによって得られるものである水銀配合組成物:
- チタン 10%〜42%;
- 銅 14%〜50%;
- 錫、クロムおよびケイ素から選ばれる少なくとも1種の元素 1%〜20%;
- 水銀 20%〜50%。 - 水銀、チタン、銅およびクロムを含み、各元素が以下の重量%に従って存在する水銀配合組成物:
- チタン 10%〜42%;
- 銅 14%〜50%;
- クロム 1%〜20%;
- 水銀 20%〜50%。 - 125μm未満の粒径を持つ粉末の形である請求項1あるいは2に記載の組成物。
- 請求項3に記載の粉末(12、22)を含有する水銀配合装置。
- 前記粉末からなる少なくとも1つの軌道(12)が少なくとも1つの面に堆積される、金属ストリップ(11)の形をした請求項4に記載の装置(10)。
- 先端部(21)が開口していて中に前記粉末(22)が存在する、環状容器の形をした請求項4に記載の装置(20)。
- 内側に前記粉末(32)が入りかつ単一のスリットの形をした開口(33)を有する、ワイヤ−状容器(31)の形をした請求項4に記載の装置(30)。
- 以下の工程:
- チタン、銅、そして錫、クロムおよびケイ素のうちの少なくとも1種の元素からなる合金であって、この3元素が最終組成物に目的とするものに対応した重量比を有する合金の調製;
- 当該合金の粉末化;
- 当該合金の粉末と液状の水銀との、合金と水銀との重量比が約2:1〜1:1で変えられる混合;
- こうして得られた混合物の耐圧密閉容器中、約650〜750℃の温度内で1〜10時間の熱処理;
を含む、請求項1あるいは2の組成物の製造法。 - 約500℃で少なくとも1分間の熱処理を少なくとも1回含む熱サイクルの間にポンプ使用による過剰な水銀の除去からなる追加の最終工程がさらに含まれる請求項8に記載の製造法。
