Abstract
【解決手段】注入ユニット(40)は注入シリンダ(42)を含み、この注入シリンダ(42)は、可塑化ユニット(30)の供給チャンネルに連結されており、垂直方向に往復動するプランジャー(41)が注入シリンダ(42)に設けられており、垂直方向に往復動するプランジャー(41)の上方への前進により、空気を注入シリンダ(42)内の溶融材料の上方に追い出すことができ、次いで溶融材料を射出成形金型(60)に押し込む。本発明による垂直マイクロ射出成形機は、バルブに対する必要をなくすことができ、溶融プラスチック中に空気が捕捉されないようにし、注入を非常に高速で行い、材料を捕捉したり材料の品質を劣化する射出成形プロセスのデッドゾーンをなくす。

Claims (11)
- 供給−溶融チャンネルが設けられており、この供給チャンネルに溶融材料を輸送するためのスクリュー又はプランジャー(31)が設けられた可塑化ユニット(30)と、
前記可塑化ユニット(30)から計量された量の溶融材料を受け入れるようになった注入ユニット(40)と、
前記計量された量の溶融材料を注入ユニット(40)から受け入れるようになった射出成形金型(60)と、
注入前に前記射出成形金型(60)を閉鎖し、注入した材料の凝固後に前記射出成形金型(60)を開放するようになった少なくとも二つのスラストシリンダ(20)とを含む、マイクロ部品を成形するための垂直マイクロ射出成形機において、
前記注入ユニット(40)は、注入シリンダ(42)を含み、該注入シリンダ(42)は、前記可塑化ユニット(30)の前記供給チャンネルに連結されており、垂直方向に往復動するプランジャー(41)が前記注入シリンダ(42)に設けられており、前記垂直方向に往復動するプランジャー(41)の上方への前進により、空気を前記注入シリンダ(42)内の前記溶融材料の上方に追い出すことができ、次いで前記溶融材料を前記射出成形金型(60)に押し込む、ことを特徴とするマイクロ部品を成形する垂直マイクロ射出成形機。 - 請求項1に記載の垂直マイクロ射出成形機において、
前記供給チャンネル及び前記注入シリンダ(42)は所定の角度をなす、ことを特徴とする垂直マイクロ射出成形機。 - 請求項2に記載の垂直マイクロ射出成形機において、
水平入口チャンネル(46)が前記注入シリンダ(42)及び前記可塑化ユニット(30)の前記供給チャンネルの夫々に連結されており、これらの間に配置されている、ことを特徴とする垂直マイクロ射出成形機。 - 請求項1に記載の垂直マイクロ射出成形機において、
注入されるべき溶融材料の圧力を計測するため、圧力感知装置(80)が前記注入シリンダ(42)の頂部近くに設けられている、ことを特徴とする垂直マイクロ射出成形機。 - 請求項4に記載の垂直マイクロ射出成形機において、
前記圧力感知装置(80)は、前記プランジャー(41)の上方への前進中、前記溶融材料の圧力プロファイルを計測し、この圧力プロファイルは、前記プランジャー(41)の移動を実時間で制御し、従って、前記射出成形金型(60)内に正確な量の前記溶融材料を注入するため、前記プランジャー(41)の上方への移動量を実時間で計算するのに使用される、ことを特徴とする垂直マイクロ射出成形機。 - 請求項1に記載の垂直マイクロ射出成形機において、
前記スクリュー又はプランジャー(31)にはサーボモータが連結されている、ことを特徴とする垂直マイクロ射出成形機。 - 請求項1に記載の垂直マイクロ射出成形機において、
プランジャーアクチュエータ(52)が前記プランジャー(41)に連結されており、モータによって駆動され、該モータはリニアサーボモータである、ことを特徴とする垂直マイクロ射出成形機。 - 請求項1に記載の垂直マイクロ射出成形機において、
供給されるべき溶融材料の圧力及び/又は温度を計測するため、前記可塑化ユニット(30)の前記供給チャンネルの端部の近くに圧力/温度感知装置(81)が設けられている、ことを特徴とする垂直マイクロ射出成形機。 - 請求項1に記載の垂直マイクロ射出成形機において、
断熱のため、ウォータージャケット(33)が前記可塑化ユニット(30)の周囲に設けられている、ことを特徴とする垂直マイクロ射出成形機。 - 請求項1に記載の垂直マイクロ射出成形機において、
前記射出成形金型(60)は、少なくとも二つの電動式スラストシリンダ(20)の移動を同期することによって開閉される、ことを特徴とする垂直マイクロ射出成形機。 - 請求項10に記載の垂直マイクロ射出成形機において、
前記射出成形金型(60)の様々な領域及び/又は側部でクランプ力を等しくするために、前記電動式スラストシリンダ(20)の各々のクランプ力を最終的に調節するため、前記射出成形金型(60)の閉鎖後、前記電動式スラストシリンダ(20)を独立して作動できる、ことを特徴とする垂直マイクロ射出成形機。
