Claims (4)
- 真空吸引可能な加熱筒内にて前側に逆流防止装置が設けられ回転可能かつ前後進可能なスクリュを用いて材料の可塑化工程を行う射出成形機の作動方法において、
可塑化工程時には逆流防止装置よりも後方側の加熱筒内の空間が真空状態に保持されるとともに溶融材料をスクリュ前方に供給するスクリュ回転の終了より後にスクリュを前進させ、可塑化工程の後には射出工程を行うことを特徴とする射出成形機の作動方法。 - 前記スクリュには内部に溶融材料の流路が形成され、前記流路を閉鎖部材により閉鎖する逆流防止装置が設けられたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の射出成形機の作動方法。
- スクリュ回転の終了より後にスクリュを前進させ、その後に後退させて可塑化工程を終了することを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の射出成形機の作動方法。
- 真空吸引可能な加熱筒内にて前側に逆流防止装置が設けられ回転可能かつ前後進可能なスクリュを用いて材料の可塑化工程を行う射出成形機において、
可塑化工程時には逆流防止装置よりも後方側の加熱筒内の空間が真空状態に保持されるとともに溶融材料をスクリュ前方に供給するスクリュ回転の終了より後にスクリュを前進させ、可塑化工程の後には射出工程を行う制御手段が設けられたことを特徴とする射出成形機。
