Abstract

Claims (22)
- 複数の層を備えた耐圧搾ホースであって、層の一つは、ポリエステル、アラミド、ナイロン、及びレイヨンの少なくとも一つを含む、マルチフィラメント繊維の混合物から形成された補強カーカスを備えるホース。
- 繊維の前記混合物は、ポリエステル、アラミド、ナイロン、及びレイヨンのうち少なくとも二つを含む、請求項1記載のホース。
- 繊維の前記混合物は、少なくとも一つのポリエステルと少なくとも一つのアラミドとを含む、請求項2記載のホース。
- 前記混合物は、ポリエステルより高い割合のアラミドを含む、請求項3記載のホース。
- 前記混合物は、ポリエステルに対するアラミドのプライの比が1:1乃至4:1である、請求項4記載のホース。
- 前記混合物は、ポリエステルに対するアラミドのプライの比が1.5:1乃至3:1である、請求項5記載のホース。
- 前記混合物は、1プライのポリエステルに対して2プライのアラミドとなる比を備える、請求項6記載のホース。
- 前記補強層は、複数の前記繊維を含むコードから形成される、請求項1〜7の何れかに記載のホース。
- 前記補強層は、前記コードを織った繊維を含む、請求項8記載のホース。
- 前記繊維の前記コードは、前記ホースの長手軸に対して30°乃至55°の角度で位置する、請求項9記載のホース。
- 前記繊維の前記コードは、前記ホースの長手軸に対して約43°の角度で位置する、請求項10記載のホース。
- 前記補強層は、実質的に連続する層を形成するためにライニング層に巻き付けたコードを含む、請求項8記載のホース。
- 前記複数の繊維は、第二の材料より第一の材料を高い割合で含む、請求項6乃至10の何れかに記載のホース。
- 前記複数の繊維は、ポリエステルよりアラミドを高い割合で含む、請求項13記載のホース。
- 前記コードは、互いに撚り合わせた2プライのアラミドと1プライのポリエステルを含む、請求項14記載のホース。
- 各アラミドプライは、撚り合わせた3プライのマルチフィラメント糸を含む、請求項15記載のホース。
- 各ポリエステルプライは、撚り合わせた3プライのマルチフィラメント糸を含む、請求項15記載のホース。
- 各プライは、1メートル当たり160乃至200回転である、請求項15乃至17の何れかに記載のホース。
- 前記補強層は、ゴムでコーティングされる、上記請求項の何れかに記載のホース。
- 繊維の前記混合物の破壊靭性は、800mN/tex乃至1300mN/texである、請求項1〜19の何れかに記載のホース。
- 繊維の前記混合物の破壊点での伸張度は、5.5%乃至13%である、請求項1〜20の何れかに記載のホース。
- 実質的に添付図面を参照して以上説明したようなホース。
