Abstract

Claims (9)
- 車両に固定されている部材、特にブレーキ支持部材と、浮動キャリパー(2)と、車両に固定されている部材に浮動キャリパー(2)を移動可能に配置するための少なくとも2つのピンガイド(10,20)と、を具備し、これらピンガイド(10,20)では、夫々、車両に固定されている部材あるいは浮動キャリパー(2)に配置されている、キャリアーピン(11)又はガイドピン(21,21’,41)の第1の端部(12)が形成されており、これらは、第2の端部(13)に設けられているガイド部(15,29,39)により、車両に固定されている部材あるいは浮動キャリパー(2)のボア(4)に移動可能に配置されており、第1のピンガイド(10)は他のピンガイドの内で特に周方向へのブレーキ力を伝達するためのものであり、第2のピンガイド(20)は浮動キャリパー(2)をその移動方向に直交するように位置決めするためのものである、車両の浮動キャリパーディスクブレーキにおいて、
第2のピンガイド(20)は、ピン(22,22’,42)、ピン(22,22’,42)を取り囲んでいる弾性スリーブ(23,45,50,55)、及び、弾性スリーブ(23,45,50,55)を取り囲んでいる摺動ブッシュ(28,28’,38)を備える多部品ガイドピン(21,21’,41)を有することを特徴とするディスクブレーキ。 - 第1のピンガイド(10)は、単部品のキャリアーピン(11)を有する、

ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のピンガイド(10,20)を有する浮動キャリパーディスクブレーキ。 - キャリアーピン(11)の第1の端部(12)には、車両に固定されている部材あるいは浮動キャリパー(2)に配置されている円錐状面(17)が形成されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のピンガイド(10,20)を有する浮動キャリパーディスクブレーキ。 - 多部品のガイドピン(21,21’,41)の第1の端部(12)には、車両に固定されている部材あるいは浮動キャリパー(2)に配置されている円錐状面(27,27’,37)が形成されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載のピンガイド(10,20)を有する浮動キャリパーディスクブレーキ。 - 弾性スリーブ(23,45,50,55)の内面及び/あるいは外面には、移動の方向に直交する弾性作用を目的を達成するように調節する適切な外形(25,47,51,57)が設けられている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載のピンガイド(10,20)を有する浮動キャリパーディスクブレーキ。 - 弾性スリーブ(23)の少なくとも複数の部分は、弾性材料、特にゴム材料によって形成されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載のピンガイド(10,20)を有する浮動キャリパーディスクブレーキ。 - 弾性スリーブは、少なくとも複数の部分が低弾性特性の材料により形成されている公差スリーブ(45,50,55)として形成され、その適切な形態により径方向への制限された弾性変形を可能とする、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載のピンガイド(10,20)を有する浮動キャリパーディスクブレーキ。 - 弾性スリーブ(23,45,50,55)は、ピンの軸に対する径方向への制限された弾性変形を可能とし、径方向ストッパを有する、
