【物品用途】;本設計係與一種電子式後煞車卡鉗設計有關，特別是指一種設置於車輛作為煞車制動用途之煞車裝置。;【設計說明】;本設計係為一種電子式煞車卡鉗之部分外觀設計，由立體圖配合其他視圖觀之，其係包含有一概呈半月狀之本體，且該本體之底側係設有一長條槽，而該本體之頂側則開設有連通該長條槽之複數矩形孔，同時該本體之右側有一開口，且於該開口兩側有穿透之複數個圓孔，藉此，使本設計之電子式煞車卡鉗外觀充滿立體、簡單、創新及大方之美感，而能給予使用者強烈之印象，不僅突破習知電子式煞車卡鉗之造型，且使本設計可產生一特別而又獨具風格者。;其中，圖式所揭露之虛線係為本設計不主張之部分。;綜上所述，本設計確為新穎獨特之設計，確具巧思與創意，且已突破習知電子式煞車卡鉗之泛用造型，將現代設計美學發揮地淋漓盡致，獨具意匠創作，同時本設計在申請前並未見公開確具新穎性乃毋庸置疑，爰依法提請設計專利者。
