Abstract
【解決手段】 容器20に冷却原料液11を充填した後に,加温ゲル化剤溶液を充填して,ゲル化開始温度以下としたゲル化物溶液12を形成する。その後にゲル化物溶液12に対して,その上部からノズルを用いて液状乃至泡状物13を加圧充填する。ゲル化物溶液12の未ゲル化部位に液状乃至泡状物13が選択的に入って該未ゲル化部位に残留することによって,容器20の全体に大小適宜の独立し又は連続した液状乃至泡状物を封入分布させることができる。コーヒーゼリーにクリーム,ヨーグルト中に液状のジャムソースのように,ゲル化物10と液状乃至泡状物13の味覚を同時に味わう嗜好性に優れた商品とすることができる。

Claims (2)
- ゲル化物と液状乃至泡状物の双方を容器に充填した食品であって,上記液状乃至泡状物をゲル化物中に独立又は連続した大小適宜の塊状に封入配置してなることを特徴とする容器入食品。
- 上記食品を,ストローによる吸引飲食用の食品としてなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の容器入食品。
