Claims (8)
- ゲル化物であるゼリーと2Pa・sから12Pa・sの粘度を有する液状物を容器内に充填してストローによる吸引飲食用とした容器入り食品であって、上記液状物を容器内壁に沿って上下連続、又は、上下断続の形状に上記ゼリーに対して独立配置してなることを特徴とする容器入り食品。
- 上記容器内内壁に沿った液状物の独立配置を、相互に分離した容器内の複数箇所としてなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の容器入り食品。
- 上記ゼリー及び/又は液状物に、果実、野菜等のプレパレーションを混合配置してなることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の容器入り食品。
- 上記液状物をヨーグルトとしてなることを特徴とする請求項1、2又は3に記載の容器入り食品。
- ゲル化物であるゼリーと2Pa・sから12Pa・sの粘度を有する液状物を容器内に充填してストローによる吸引飲食用とした容器入り食品の生産方法であって、容器に先行して容器内ゲル化開始用のゲル化物溶液を充填する先行充填工程と、後続して冷却液状物を充填する後続充填工程を備え、該後続充填工程を、容器内壁に向けて冷却液状物を加圧充填することによって該冷却液状物を容器内壁に沿って上下連続、又は、上下断続の形状に上記ゼリーに対して独立配置することを特徴とする容器入り食品の生産方法。
- 上記後続充填工程の冷却液状物の加圧充填を、容器内周面に向けた傾斜吐出口を備えたノズルを用いて行うことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の容器入り食品の生産方法。
- 上記後続充填工程の冷却液状物の加圧充填を、上記ノズルが前記容器の上端よりも相対的に上に位置するように規制して行うことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の容器入り食品の生産方法。
- 上記ノズルの傾斜吐出口が前記容器の上端よりも相対的に上に位置するように、前記容器を保持したまま前記容器を上昇させることにより規制することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の容器入り食品の生産方法。
