Abstract
【解決手段】 LiVOPO4粒子4と、金属とを含み、前記金属は、前記LiVOPO4粒子4の表面の少なくとも一部に担持されて金属被覆層6を形成している、電極用複合粒子。

Description
Li源としてLi2CO3、V源としてV2O5、及び、PO4源としてNH4H2PO4をLiVOPO4の化学量論比で混合し、600℃で12時間焼成して、LiVOPO4粒子(平均粒径4.2μm)を得た。得られたLiVOPO4粒子を0.01mol/LのHAuCL4が溶解した水溶液に分散させ、LiVOPO4/Au前駆体を得た。この前駆体から溶媒を除去し、300℃で熱処理することにより、LiVOPO4粒子の表面の少なくとも一部に金属被覆層(Au被覆層)が形成されてなるLiVOPO4/Au複合粒子を得た。
実施例1と同様にして、LiVOPO4粒子(平均粒径4.5μm)を得た。得られたLiVOPO4粒子80質量部、導電助剤としてのアセチレンブラック15質量部、及び、バインダーとしてのポリフッ化ビニリデン(PVDF)5質量部を混合し、N−メチル−2−ピロリドン(NMP)中に分散させて活物質含有層形成用スラリーを調製した。このスラリーを集電体であるアルミニウム箔上に塗布し、乾燥させた後、圧延を行い、厚さ20μmの集電体上に厚さ40μmの活物質含有層が形成された電極を得た。活物質含有層は、該活物質含有層全量を基準とした炭素含有量が15質量%であった。
Li源としてLi2CO3、Fe源としてFeSO4、及び、PO4源としてNH4H2PO4をLiFePO4の化学量論比で混合し、アセチレンブラックとともに600℃で12時間焼成して、LiFePO4粒子(平均粒径3.9μm)を得た。
Claims (9)
- LiVOPO4粒子と、金属とを含み、前記金属は、前記LiVOPO4粒子の表面の少なくとも一部に担持されて金属被覆層を形成している、電極用複合粒子。
- 前記電極用複合粒子の断面において、前記LiVOPO4粒子の外周の長さをL、前記LiVOPO4粒子の外周のうち前記金属被覆層が形成されている部分の長さをL’として、(L’/L)で表される被覆率が0.2以上である、請求項1記載の電極用複合粒子。
- BET比表面積が0.5〜10.0m2/gである、請求項1又は2記載の電極用複合粒子。
- 前記金属が、Al、Au、Ag及びPtからなる群より選択される少なくとも一種を含むものである、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の電極用複合粒子。
- 前記金属被覆層の厚さが10〜300nmである、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の電極用複合粒子。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の電極用複合粒子を含む電極を備える、電気化学デバイス。
- LiVOPO4粒子と、金属とを含み、前記金属は、前記LiVOPO4粒子の表面の少なくとも一部に担持されて金属被覆層を形成している電極用複合粒子の製造方法であって、
気流を発生させた流動槽内に前記LiVOPO4粒子と金属粒子とを投入して流動層化させることで、前記LiVOPO4粒子の表面の少なくとも一部に前記金属被覆層を形成する流動層化工程を含む、電極用複合粒子の製造方法。 - LiVOPO4粒子と、金属とを含み、前記金属は、前記LiVOPO4粒子の表面の少なくとも一部に担持されて金属被覆層を形成している電極用複合粒子の製造方法であって、
前記LiVOPO4粒子を、金属イオン含有溶液中に投入してLiVOPO4分散液を得る分散工程と、
前記LiVOPO4分散液を還元処理する還元工程と、
を含む、電極用複合粒子の製造方法。 - 前記金属が、Al、Au、Ag及びPtからなる群より選択される少なくとも一種を含むものである、請求項7又は8記載の電極用複合粒子の製造方法。
