Abstract
【解決手段】圧力容器のライナー部11にボスシール部112を設け、ボスシール部112によって口金2のボス部20の内周面を覆う。さらに、外周方向に突起するボス側鍔部114をボスシール部112に設け、ボスシール部112の内周面とバルブ3の外周面との間隙に弾性体からなるシール部材4を介在させる。

Description
(1)上記フランジ部は底面側に開口するフランジ溝を持ち、上記フランジシール部はフランジ溝の内部に入り込むフランジ側鍔部を持つ。
(2)上記シール部材は2つのOリングからなり、2つのOリングは、上記ボス側鍔部を挟んで軸方向に対称に配置されている。
(3)(2)の場合、上記2つのOリングの軸方向中心間の距離は、上記ボス側鍔部の肉厚の2〜5倍である。
(4)上記ボスシール部は上記ボス部の内周面のなかで軸方向の一部のみを覆い、上記ボス部のなかで上記ボスシール部に覆われていない部分の内周面と、上記バルブの外周面と、の間隙にはリング状の副シール部材が介在している。
実施例1の圧力容器は、自動車用の燃料タンクであり、上記(1)を備える。実施例1の圧力容器を模式的に表す切り欠き分解図を図1に示す。実施例1の圧力容器を軸方向に切断した様子を模式的に表す要部拡大断面図を図2に示す。以下、実施例1において、上、下とは図1に示す上、下を指す。
実施例2の圧力容器は、上記(1)〜(3)を備える。実施例2の圧力容器は、シール部が2つのOリングからなること、およびバルブに2つのOリング保持溝が形成されていること以外は、実施例1の圧力容器と同じである。実施例2の圧力容器を軸方向に切断した様子を模式的に表す要部拡大断面図を図3に示す。実施例2の圧力容器を模式的に表す説明図を図4に示す。以下、実施例2において、上、下とは、図3に示す上、下を指す。
実施例3の圧力容器は、上記(1)および(4)を備える。実施例3の圧力容器は、副シール部材を持つこと以外は、実施例1の圧力容器と同じである。実施例3の圧力容器を軸方向に切断した様子を模式的に表す要部拡大断面図を図5に示す。以下、実施例3において、上、下とは、図5に示す上、下を指す。

Claims (5)
- 中空の補強部と該補強部の内周面を覆う樹脂製のライナー部とを持つ容器本体と、該容器本体に一体化され該容器本体の内外を連通する口金と、該口金の内周側に挿入されるバルブと、を持ち、
該口金は、筒状のボス部と、該ボス部の外周面から外周方向に突出するフランジ部と、を持ち、
該ライナー部は、該口金部に一体成形され、該フランジ部の底面を覆うフランジシール部と該フランジシール部に連続し該ボス部の内周面のなかで軸方向の少なくとも一部を覆うボスシール部とを持ち、
該ボスシール部は、外周方向に突出するボス側鍔部を持ち、
該ボスシール部の内周面と該バルブの外周面との間隙には弾性体からなるシール部材が介在していることを特徴とする圧力容器。 - 前記フランジ部は底面側に開口するフランジ溝を持ち、
前記フランジシール部は該フランジ溝の内部に入り込むフランジ側鍔部を持つ請求項1に記載の圧力容器。 - 前記シール部材は2つのOリングからなり、
該2つのOリングは、前記ボス側鍔部を挟んで軸方向に対称に配置されている請求項1に記載の圧力容器。 - 前記2つのOリングの軸方向中心間の距離は、前記ボス側鍔部の肉厚の2〜5倍である請求項3に記載の圧力容器。
- 前記ボスシール部は前記ボス部の内周面のなかで軸方向の一部のみを覆い、
前記ボス部のなかで前記ボスシール部に覆われていない部分の内周面と、前記バルブの外周面と、の間隙にはリング状の副シール部材が介在している請求項1に記載の圧力容器。
