背景技术
高压罐作为收容气体、液体等流体的容器来被广泛使用。例如,作为收容用于向燃料电池系统供给的氢气的容器来搭载于燃料电池车。
作为这种高压罐,已知如下一种高压罐,该高压罐具备:树脂制的内胆,其将流体收容在中空内部;纤维强化树脂制的增强层,其覆盖该内胆的外表面以增强该内胆;以及罐口,其形成有用于向该内胆的中空内部供给流体和从该内胆的中空内部排出流体的给排孔。在该给排孔例如设置有阀等。通过对该阀进行操作等,能够经由给排孔来向内胆的内部供给流体、或者反之经由给排孔来排出在内胆的内部收容的流体。
在日本特开2017-166535号公报中公开了一种高压罐,该高压罐具备罐口,该罐口具有:凸缘部,其夹在内胆与增强层之间;以及露出部,其从增强层露出。在该情况下,凸缘部被内胆和增强层夹持,由此防止罐口脱出,并且,露出部从增强层露出,由此能够容易地进行上述的流体的给排。

发明内容

罐口18例如由金属形成,具有凸缘部30和露出部32,该凸缘部30夹在内胆12与增强层14之间,该露出部32与该凸缘部30连为一体,并且该露出部32的直径比该凸缘部30的直径小。罐口18构成为:凸缘部30与内胆12一起被增强层14覆盖,露出部32以从增强层14的开口露出的方式突出。
因而,如图2中示出详情那样,凸缘部30具有:内胆侧抵接端面34,其与内胆12的陷入部22的外表面抵接;以及增强层覆盖端面36,其与内胆12一起被增强层14覆盖。凸缘部30的外周缘部呈从内胆侧抵接端面34到增强层覆盖端面36沿着露出部32的轴线方向切出缺口的形状。因此,平坦侧面38夹在内胆侧抵接端面34与增强层覆盖端面36之间。平坦侧面38沿着露出部32的轴线方向具有规定的长度。
通过内胆侧抵接端面34与平坦侧面38的交叉来形成第一角落部40,并且通过平坦侧面38与增强层覆盖端面36的交叉来形成第二角落部42。第一角落部40面向内胆12,第二角落部42面向增强层14。该第一角落部40和第二角落部42、换言之内胆侧抵接端面34与平坦侧面38的交叉角θ1、平坦侧面38与增强层覆盖端面36的交叉角θ2均为钝角。
通过形成平坦侧面38,作为被该平坦侧面38、内胆12以及增强层14围绕的空间,划定出环状空隙44。如后所述,保护构件50的一部分被填充到环状空隙44。
给排孔16从凸缘部30延伸至露出部32。在给排孔16的内周壁形成有内螺纹52,所述外螺纹26与该内螺纹52螺纹结合。通过该螺纹结合,罐口18被安装在筒状部24之外。
在比内螺纹52靠流体供给方向上游侧的位置,形成有呈环状地陷入的密封槽54。在该密封槽54的内部配设有由O型圈形成的密封构件56。利用该密封构件56将筒状部24的外周面与给排孔16的内周面之间密封。
在罐口18还形成有截面形状分别呈圆形的插入孔60和罐口侧通路62。插入孔60从凸缘部30的内胆侧抵接端面34朝向露出部32侧延伸规定的长度,并与罐口侧通路62的一端侧连通。沿罐口18的周向隔开固定的间隔地设置有多个插入孔60和罐口侧通路62。
在插入孔60插入有塞子64。塞子64例如是由与罐口18同样的金属形成的圆筒体,沿轴向贯通形成有塞子侧通路66。塞子侧通路66由小径路68和大径路70构成,该小径路68形成在塞子64的轴向一端侧,该大径路70与该小径路68相连,并且该大径路70的内径比该小径路68的内径大少许。大径路70的直径被设定成与罐口侧通路62的直径大致相同。
多个罐口侧通路62在罐口18的内部以随着从插入孔60去向露出部32而会聚的方式相对于高压罐10的轴线方向倾斜少许地延伸,之后以朝向给排孔16的内周面的方式弯曲。
如以上那样形成的塞子侧通路66和罐口侧通路62作为将进入到内胆12与罐口18之间的流体引导到给排孔16的流体引导路来发挥功能。
在给排孔16的内部还配设有套圈72。套圈72例如是金属制的,具有圆环状的头部74和筒状的圆筒部76,该圆筒部76与该头部74设置为一体,并且该圆筒部76的直径比该头部74的直径小。筒状部24被圆筒部76的外周面和凸缘部30的给排孔16的内周面夹住,由此被牢固地支承。另外,在套圈72,沿着圆筒部76的轴线方向贯通形成有与给排孔16连通的通过孔80。
还有,在凸缘部30与增强层14之间配设有保护构件50。保护构件50具有:圆环主体部84,其形成为大致圆环形状;以及环状突部86,其从该圆环主体部84突出,截面呈大致三角形状。根据图2可以了解,环状突部86从圆环主体部84的面向内胆12的一侧的端面指向内胆12地突出。
环状突部86进入到环状空隙44,与罐口18的平坦侧面38及内胆12抵接。即,环状突部86被填充到该环状空隙44。
一方的圆环主体部84比环状突部86宽。因此,圆环主体部84具有夹在罐口18的凸缘部30与增强层14之间的第一被夹持部位88以及夹在内胆12与增强层14之间的第二被夹持部位90。换言之,第一被夹持部位88被填充到凸缘部30与增强层14之间的微小的空隙,第二被夹持部位90被填充到内胆12与增强层14之间的微小的空隙。因此,保护构件50被内胆12、增强层14以及罐口18牢固地定位固定。
虽然在图2中以夸张的方式来表示,但是圆环主体部84的厚度极小。因此,由第二被夹持部位90和内胆12形成的台阶非常微小。因而,能够避免以下情况:在为了形成增强层14而将强化纤维卷绕于内胆12时,应力作用于强化纤维。
例如能够通过对熔融聚乙烯进行注塑成型来制作这样构成的保护构件50。
本实施方式所涉及的高压罐10基本上是如以上那样构成的,然后,说明其作用效果。
当在高压罐10的内部贮存氢等流体时,该流体通过凸缘部30的给排孔16以及套圈72的通过孔80并被供给到内胆12的中空内部。此时,内胆12因其内压上升而膨胀少许。另一方面,在放出所贮存的流体时,流体通过套圈72的通过孔80以及凸缘部30的给排孔16并从内胆12的中空内部排出。与此相伴,内胆12的内压下降,由此收缩少许。
内胆12被供给流体而膨胀,随之罐口18的凸缘部30被赋予载荷。在流体被排出时内胆12收缩,由此该载荷被去除。因而,通过重复对高压罐10供给流体和从高压罐10排出流体,重复对凸缘部30赋予和去除载荷。
这里,在本实施方式中,如图2所示,在凸缘部30的外周缘部形成延伸规定的长度的平坦侧面38,并且,钝角的第一角落部40夹在内胆侧抵接端面34与平坦侧面38之间,钝角的第二角落部42夹在平坦侧面38与增强层覆盖端面36之间。即,凸缘部30的外周缘部不存在锐利的边缘形状部。
换言之,凸缘部30的外周缘部厚。因此,即使重复赋予和去除载荷,也难以蓄积疲劳。因而,凸缘部30难以发生疲劳破坏。即,能够消除凸缘部30的外周缘部发生疲劳破坏的担忧。
如图3所示,在使用不存在环状突部86的保护构件100的情况下,在由平坦侧面38、内胆12以及增强层14划定出的环状空隙44内,第一角落部40抵接内胆12。因此,应力集中于内胆12的与第一角落部40抵接的部位。因而,当重复对高压罐10供给流体和从高压罐10排出流体时,存在所述抵接部位蓄积疲劳的担忧。
与之相对,在本实施方式中,在环状空隙44填充有保护构件50的环状突部86(参照图2)。因此,环状突部86的顶部也抵接于内胆12的与第一角落部40抵接的部位。因而,在内胆12膨胀时,从内胆12赋予的载荷被分散到凸缘部30和保护构件50。即,避免应力集中于该抵接部位,因此避免所述抵接部位蓄积疲劳而发生疲劳破坏。
这样,在本实施方式中,保护构件50夹在凸缘部30与增强层14之间而被填充到两者之间的空隙(包括环状空隙44),因此能够消除内胆12发生疲劳破坏的担忧。
另外,保护构件50由树脂形成,因此呈现充分的弹性。因此,在内胆12膨胀而罐口18被挤压时,保护构件50被压溃少许。通过该压溃,从罐口18向增强层14的挤压力(载荷)被缓解。因此,作用于罐口18的来自增强层14的反作用力变小。由此,作用于罐口18和增强层14的载荷变小,因此能避免该罐口18、增强层14损伤。
此外,环状突部86也被压溃,因此在内胆12以及增强层14的与环状突部86抵接的部位处,来自内胆12的挤压力、来自增强层14的反作用力也被缓解。因此,也能保护内胆12。
结果是,通过将具有环状突部86的保护构件50夹装在凸缘部30与增强层14之间,内胆12、增强层14、罐口18难以损伤。即,能够将高压罐10构成为耐久性优异的高压罐。
本发明并不特别地限定于上述的实施方式,能够在不脱离其主旨的范围内进行各种变形。
例如,也可以不设置第一被夹持部位88和第二被夹持部位90中的任一个来构成保护构件。

Claims (4)

1.一种高压罐(10),具备:树脂制的内胆(12);增强层(14),其覆盖所述内胆(12)的外表面;以及罐口(18),其形成有用于向所述内胆(12)供给流体和从所述内胆(12)排出流体的给排孔(16),所述高压罐(10)的特征在于,
所述罐口(18)具有夹在所述内胆(12)与所述增强层(14)之间的凸缘部(30)以及从所述增强层(14)露出的露出部(32),
在所述凸缘部与所述增强层之间配设有保护构件(50),该保护构件(50)被填充到该凸缘部与该增强层之间的空隙,
在所述凸缘部(30)的周缘部设置有面向所述内胆(12)的第一角落部(40)、面向所述增强层(14)的第二角落部(42)、以及从所述第一角落部(40)延伸到所述第二角落部(42)的平坦侧面(38),
所述第一角落部(40)和所述第二角落部(42)两者为钝角,
所述保护构件(50)具有:圆环主体部(84),其形成为大致圆环形状;以及环状突部(86),其从该圆环主体部(84)的面向所述内胆(12)的一侧的端面朝向内胆(12)突出,截面呈大致三角形状,
所述环状突部(86)被填充到由所述平坦侧面(38)、所述内胆(12)、所述增强层(14)围绕而成的环状空隙(44),
所述圆环主体部(84)具有:第一被夹持部位(88),其在所述环状空隙(44)之外,被夹在所述凸缘部(30)与所述增强层(14)之间;以及第二被夹持部位(90),其在所述环状空隙(44)之外,被夹在所述内胆(12)与所述增强层(14)之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高压罐(10),其特征在于,
所述第一被夹持部位(88)与所述第二被夹持部位(90)彼此相连而呈圆环形状。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高压罐(10),其特征在于,
所述保护构件(50)由树脂形成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高压罐(10),其特征在于,
所述罐口(18)由金属形成。
