Abstract
Description
ライナは、樹脂製でなくてもよい。例えば、金属製でもよい。
ライナの径方向内側の端は、傾斜面143上の配置として、錐面部143bに配置されてもよいし、内面接続部143aのうちの曲面上に配置されてもよい。
角部の角度は、90度より大きくてもよい。
環状溝147の充填に液体を用いてもよい。
さらに、傾斜面143と開口側分割ライナ21との間にガスが進入しても、角部145及び環状溝147の構造によって、開口側分割ライナ21が口金100から引き剥がされることがない。
加えて、傾斜面143と開口側分割ライナ21との間に進入したガスは、傾斜面143が開口部113側に傾斜しているため、タンク内部の圧力が低下した場合、速やかにタンク内部に戻る。このため、開口側分割ライナ21が傾斜面143から大きく剥離することがない。
テストピース500は、全体的に径を小さくしてもよい。このようにすれば治具600も小さくできるので、検査がしやすくなる。
テストピース500の径を小さくするために、S410において、金属部材100aを専用設計で製造してもよい。さらに、金属部材100aを専用設計すれば、金属部材100aに貫通孔111を設ける必要がないので、S460を省略できる。
或いは、O−リングを全て廃止して、治具600から漏れ出るガスの量を測定してもよい。この測定のために、治具600全体を筐体に収納し、筐体を密封してもよい。
変形例Bにおける引っ掛け溝3147についても、同様な理由で、環状に形成されていなくてもよい。

Claims (18)
- 流体を密封するための内部空間を形成するライナと、前記ライナに取り付けられた口金とを備える高圧タンクであって、
前記口金は、外部に向けて開口する開口部を有する円筒部と、前記円筒部に接続され、前記円筒部の径方向に張り出すフランジとを備え、
前記フランジの外周面は、前記径方向の外側の端を互いの境界とする上面と底面とを含み、
前記底面は、少なくとも一部が前記内部空間に露出する内面部、前記開口部側に窪む環状溝、前記内面部および前記環状溝を接続する傾斜面、並びに、前記傾斜面および前記環状溝の間に形成された角部を含み、
前記傾斜面は、前記径方向の内側の端から外側の端に向かって、前記開口部側に傾斜しており、
前記環状溝は、前記円筒部の軸線方向について最も窪んだ部位よりも、前記径方向の外側に位置する外側面を含み、
前記角部と前記ライナとの面圧は、前記外側面と前記ライナとの面圧よりも高い
高圧タンク。 - 前記角部表面の最大高さ粗さは、6.3μm以下である
請求項1に記載の高圧タンク。 - 前記ライナは、前記傾斜面の少なくとも一部に接着している
請求項1から請求項2までの何れか一項に記載の高圧タンク。 - 前記ライナの前記径方向の内側の端を封止する封止部材を備える
請求項1から請求項3までの何れか一項に記載の高圧タンク。 - 前記ライナの前記径方向の内側の端は、角部の面圧が保たれるように、前記内面部と前記傾斜面との接続位置から径方向内側に所定の距離離れた位置よりも径方向外側に位置する
請求項1から請求項4までの何れか一項に記載の高圧タンク。 - 前記ライナの前記径方向の内側の端は、前記傾斜面上に位置する
請求項5に記載の高圧タンク。 - 前記底面は、前記環状溝よりも径方向内側において、前記開口部側に窪む引っ掛け溝を備え、
前記引っ掛け溝は、前記径方向の外側の面に、前記径方向の内側に向かって突き出る引っ掛け角部を備え、
前記ライナは、前記引っ掛け角部に接触している
請求項1から請求項4までの何れか一項に記載の高圧タンク。 - 前記軸線を含む切断面における前記角部の角度は、90度以下である
請求項1から請求項7までの何れか一項に記載の高圧タンク。 - 前記ライナは、前記環状溝を充填している
請求項1から請求項8までの何れか一項に記載の高圧タンク。 - 前記ライナと前記環状溝との間に間隙が存在する
請求項1から請求項8までの何れか一項に記載の高圧タンク。 - 前記ライナは、前記内部空間に露出する面において、前記軸線方向について前記環状溝に対応する部位が、前記開口部側に引っ込んでいる
請求項1から請求項9までの何れか一項に記載の高圧タンク。 - 請求項11に記載の高圧タンクを製造する方法であって、
樹脂製の前記ライナを、前記口金に取り付ける工程と、
前記取り付ける工程において生じる前記ライナと前記環状溝との間の間隙を、前記ライナの内周面に接する流体の温度および圧力をそれぞれ所定値以上に保持することによって、前記ライナを流動させて前記間隙を埋める工程と、
を含む製造方法。 - 前記保持の前に、前記ライナを覆う補強層を形成する工程を含む
請求項12に記載の製造方法。 - 請求項1から請求項11までの何れか一項に記載の高圧タンクを製造する方法であって、
インサート成形によって前記ライナを前記口金に取り付ける工程を含み、
前記工程において、前記角部よりも前記径方向の外側を、前記角部よりも前記径方向の内側よりも、先に冷却することによって、前記ライナを前記角部に押し付ける
製造方法。 - 樹脂部材と金属部材との接触面を有するテストピースを用いて、前記接触面におけるシール性を検査する方法であって、
前記金属部材は、前記金属部材の内部側に窪む環状溝、前記環状溝の径方向の内側で前記環状溝に接続する傾斜面、並びに、前記傾斜面および前記環状溝の間に形成された角部を、前記接触面の少なくとも一部として備え、さらに、前記傾斜面に対して前記径方向の内側で接続する内面部を備え、
前記傾斜面は、前記径方向の内側から外側に向かって、前記環状溝に接する仮想平面に近くなるように傾斜しており、
前記樹脂部材は、前記径方向の内側の端が前記傾斜面上に位置し、
前記検査として、前記樹脂部材の前記径方向の内側の端と前記金属部材との境界に存在する流体に圧力を付与し、前記境界から進入して前記傾斜面および前記角部を通過した流体の量を測定する
検査方法。 - 軸線を含む切断面における前記角部の角度は、90度以下であり、
前記軸線は、前記環状溝および前記仮想平面の接線としての円の中心を通り、且つ、前記仮想平面に直交する
請求項15に記載の検査方法。 - 前記金属部材は、前記角部よりも前記径方向の外側に、前記樹脂部材を露出させる孔を有し、
前記孔の径は、前記境界に存在する流体に圧力を付与した場合に、前記樹脂部材が前記孔に進入しないように設定されており、
前記測定は、前記孔から流出する流体を対象に実施する
請求項15から請求項16までの何れか一項に記載の検査方法。 - 前記テストピースを、2つの別部材の間に挟み込み、
同心円上に配置され、軸力が前記径方向との直交方向に作用する複数のボルトによって、前記2つの別部材を締結する
請求項15から請求項17までの何れか一項に記載の検査方法。
