Description
A1.高圧タンクの構成:
図1は、本発明の第1実施形態としての高圧タンクの概略構成を示す断面図である。本実施形態において、高圧タンク100は、例えば、圧縮水素が充填されるためのものである。高圧タンク100は、圧縮水素が充填された状態で、例えば、燃料電池に水素を供給するために、燃料電池車に搭載される。
図3は、タンク本体60の外観構成の一部を示す斜視図である。図3に示すように、口金30は、自身の中心軸がライナ10の中心軸OLと一致するように、ライナ10の一端に設けられている。本実施形態において、口金30は、インサート成形によりライナ10に取り付けられているが、例えば、ライナ10を射出成形により形成した後、口金30を嵌入する等、他の方法により取付けてもよい。以下、口金30の中心軸も、「中心軸OL」と称する。
第1実施形態の高圧タンク100によれば、口金30の鍔部38の外周形状が円形状であるため、口金の鍔部の外周形状がスプライン形状、セレーション形状、および多角形状等の口金を用いる場合と比較して、ライナ10と口金30との境界が短い。そのため、高圧タンク100の内圧が変化して、口金30とライナ10との境界において補強層20に応力が発生しても、補強層20の歪みの発生を抑制することができる。
図7は、第2実施形態のライナの第1の接触面の概略構成を示す平面図である。図8は、第2実施形態のタンク本体の図7におけるA−A断面を拡大して概略的に示す拡大断面図である。図8は、第1実施形態の図1におけるX1部の拡大断面図(図4)に相当する図面である。
