Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の塗膜保護用シートは、支持基材の少なくとも一方に、ゴム系ポリマーおよびガラス転移温度が30〜100℃であり、重量平均分子量が1000〜2万である脂肪族系の(メタ)アクリル系オリゴマーを含む粘着層を有する粘着シートであって、前記(メタ)アクリル系オリゴマーの配合量が、前記ゴム系ポリマー100重量部に対して0.02〜1重量部であることを特徴としている。

Description
シクロヘキシルメタクリレートオリゴマー(ガラス転移温度:56℃、重量平均分子量4000)の合成
1Lのフラスコに、300重量部のシクロヘキシルメタクリレートと300重量部のトルエンを投入し、約1時間窒素置換を行った。次に、アゾビスイソブチロニトリル(AIBN)を0.6重量部、チオグリコール9重量部を少量のトルエンに溶解して投入した。70℃で2時間重合させた後、さらに80℃で1時間熟成させた。
上記により、GPC(ゲルパーミエーションクロマトグラフィ)によるポリスチレン換算の重量平均分子量(以下、同じ)が4000のシクロヘキシルメタクリレートオリゴマー(ガラス転移温度:56℃)を得た。
シクロヘキシルメタクリレートオリゴマー(ガラス転移温度:56℃、重量平均分子量800)の合成
1Lのフラスコに、300重量部のシクロヘキシルメタクリレートと300重量部のトルエンを投入し、約1時間窒素置換を行った。次に、AIBNを1.5重量部、チオグリコール18重量部を少量のトルエンに溶解して投入した。70℃で2時間重合させた後、さらに80℃で1時間熟成させた。
上記により、GPC(ゲルパーミエーションクロマトグラフィ)によるポリスチレン換算の重量平均分子量が800のシクロヘキシルメタクリレートオリゴマー(ガラス転移温度:56℃)を得た。
シクロヘキシルメタクリレートオリゴマー(ガラス転移温度:56℃、重量平均分子量3万)の合成
1Lのフラスコに、300重量部のシクロヘキシルメタクリレートと300重量部のトルエンを投入し、約1時間窒素置換を行った。次に、AIBNを0.6重量部、チオグリコール3重量部を少量のトルエンに溶解して投入した。70℃で2時間重合させた後、さらに80℃で1時間熟成させた。

n−ブチルアクリレートオリゴマー(ガラス転移温度:−54℃、重量平均分子量4000)の合成
1Lのフラスコに、300重量部のn−ブチルアクリレートと300重量部のトルエンを投入し、約1時間窒素置換を行った。次に、AIBNを0.45重量部、チオグリコール12重量部を少量のトルエンに溶解して投入した。70℃で2時間重合させた後、さらに80℃で1時間熟成させた。
上記により、GPC(ゲルパーミエーションクロマトグラフィ)によるポリスチレン換算の重量平均分子量が4000のn−ブチルアクリレートオリゴマー(ガラス転移温度:−54℃)を得た。
フェニルメタクリレートオリゴマー(ガラス転移温度:110℃、重量平均分子量4000)の合成
1Lのフラスコに、300重量部のフェニルメタクリレートと300重量部のトルエンを投入し、約1時間窒素置換を行った。次に、AIBNを0.6重量部、チオグリコール6重量部を少量のトルエンに溶解して投入した。70℃で2時間重合させた後、さらに80℃で1時間熟成させた。
上記により、GPC(ゲルパーミエーションクロマトグラフィ)によるポリスチレン換算の重量平均分子量が4000のフェニルメタクリレートオリゴマー(ガラス転移温度:110℃)を得た。
重量平均分子量87万のポリイソブチレン90重量部および重量平均分子量3万のポリイソブチレン10重量部をトルエン700重量部に溶解させた溶液に、製造例1で得られたシクロヘキシルメタクリレートオリゴマー0.02重量部を配合して、粘着剤溶液を作製した。同溶液を厚さ40μmのポリオレフィン系フィルム(ポリプロピレン/ポリエチレン(重量比1:9))に塗工して、80℃で3分間乾燥処理し、厚さ10μmの粘着層を有する塗膜保護用シートを得た。
製造例1で得られたシクロヘキシルメタクリレートオリゴマーの配合量を1.0重量部に変更した以外は、実施例1と全く同様にして、塗膜保護用シートを得た。
製造例1で得られたシクロヘキシルメタクリレートオリゴマーの配合量を0.1重量部に変更した以外は、実施例1と全く同様にして、塗膜保護用シートを得た。
製造例1で得られたシクロヘキシルメタクリレートオリゴマーの添加量を0.8重量部に変更した以外は、実施例1と全く同様にして、塗膜保護用シートを得た。
粘着剤として、ポリスチレンブロック−エチレン・ブチレン共重合体ブロック−ポリスチレンブロックからなるA・B・A型ブロックポリマー(シェル化学(株)製、商品名「クレイトンG−1657」)100重量部、水添石油系樹脂(荒川化学工業(株)、商品名「アルコンP−100」)30重量部、および、製造例1で得られたシクロヘキシルメタクリレートオリゴマー0.5重量部の混合物をトルエン500重量部に溶解させた溶液を用い、実施例1と同様にして、塗膜保護用シートを得た。
粘着剤として、ポリスチレンブロック−エチレン・プロピレン共重合体ブロック−ポリスチレンブロックからなるA・B・A型ブロックポリマー(クラレ(株)製、商品名「セプトン2023」)100重量部、水添石油系樹脂(荒川化学工業(株)、商品名「アルコンP−100」)20重量部、および、製造例1で得られたシクロヘキシルメタクリレートオリゴマー0.5重量部の混合物をトルエン500重量部に溶解させた溶液を用い、実施例1と同様にして、塗膜保護用シートを得た。
シクロヘキシルメタクリレートオリゴマーを配合しなかった以外は、実施例1と全く同様にして、塗膜保護用シートを得た。
製造例1で得られたシクロヘキシルメタクリレートオリゴマーの添加量を5.0重量部に変更した以外は、実施例1と全く同様にして、塗膜保護用シートを得た。
製造例2で得られたシクロヘキシルメタクリレートオリゴマー(重量平均分子量800)を使用した以外は、実施例3と全く同様にして、塗膜保護用シートを得た。
製造例3で得られたシクロヘキシルメタクリレートオリゴマー(重量平均分子量3万)を使用した以外は、実施例3と全く同様にして、塗膜保護用シートを得た。
製造例4で得られたn−ブチルアクリレートオリゴマー(重量平均分子量4000、Tg:−54℃)を使用した以外は、実施例3と全く同様にして、塗膜保護用シートを得た。
製造例5で得られたフェニルメタクリレートオリゴマー(重量平均分子量4000、Tg:110℃)を使用した以外は、実施例3と全く同様にして、塗膜保護用シートを得た。
以下に、本願で用いられる測定方法および効果の評価方法について例示する。
実施例、比較例で得られた塗膜保護用シートを用いて評価を行った。
塗膜保護用シートの粘着層側を、下記塗装板(ガラス転移温度95℃、n−ヘキサデカンの接触角20°であるエポキシ基含有アクリル・多酸系の塗膜)に貼り合わせ、23℃、50%RHの雰囲気下で、2kgのゴムロール(幅45mm)を1往復させて接着し、塗膜保護用シート付き塗装板を得た。該塗膜保護用シート付き塗装板を、同雰囲気下で、30分及び48時間放置した後、塗膜保護用シートの剥離試験(180°ピール、剥離速度300mm/分、サンプル幅25mm)をJIS−Z−0237に準拠して行い、接着力(粘着力)を算出した。
30分放置および48時間放置後の接着力が3.0(N/25mm)以上であれば接着性良好、3.0(N/25mm)未満であれば接着性不良と判断できる。なお、上記接着力が3.0(N/25mm)未満では、自動車の輸送時に塗膜保護用シートが剥がれるなどのトラブルが生じる場合がある。
塗装板は、厚さ0.8mmの鋼板に電着プライマー及び中塗りを工程塗装し、さらに上塗りとして、エポキシ基含有アクリル・多酸系の塗膜(ガラス転移温度:95℃、n−ヘキサデカンの接触角:20°)を形成したものである。
なお、接触角は、23℃、65%RHの雰囲気下、約2μlのn−ヘキサデカンを塗装板片上に滴下し、塗装板片と液滴端部の接線とからなる角度を滴下から1分以内に測定したものである。
上記(1)と全く同様にして塗膜保護用シート付き塗装板を得た。
該塗膜保護用シート付き塗装板を、80℃、10%RHの雰囲気下で48時間保存した後、室温(23℃、50%RH)で3時間放置した。その後、上記(1)と同様に剥離試験を行い粘着力をもって剥離力とした。また、手で塗膜保護用シートを剥離させ、剥離感を判断した。
剥離力が10.0(N/25mm)以下であれば剥離性良好、10.0(N/25mm)を超える場合には剥離性不良と判断できる。
上記(1)、(2)の剥離試験後の塗装板の塗膜面を目視にて観察し、汚染(糊残り)の有無を調べた。
Claims (5)
- 支持基材の少なくとも一方に、ゴム系ポリマーおよびガラス転移温度が30〜100℃であり、重量平均分子量が1000〜2万である脂肪族系の(メタ)アクリル系オリゴマーを含む粘着層を有する粘着シートであって、前記(メタ)アクリル系オリゴマーの配合量が、前記ゴム系ポリマー100重量部に対して0.02〜1重量部であることを特徴とする塗膜保護用シート。
- 前記ゴム系ポリマーが、ポリイソブチレン又はスチレン系A・B・A型ブロックポリマーである請求項1に記載の塗膜保護用シート。
- 前記(メタ)アクリル系オリゴマーが、シクロアルキル(メタ)アクリレートオリゴマーである請求項1または2に記載の塗膜保護用シート。
- 前記シクロアルキル(メタ)アクリル系オリゴマーが、シクロヘキシルメタクリレートオリゴマーである請求項3に記載の塗膜保護用シート。
- 自動車塗膜保護用である請求項1〜4のいずれかの項に記載の塗膜保護用シート。
