Abstract
【解決手段】携帯電子装置用カバーは、表面を含む基板と、前記基板の表面に形成されるインク層と、前記基板の表面と前記インク層の上に形成される上塗布層と、を含む。この製造方法は、基板を準備するステップと、立体印刷を実施して前記基板の表面にインク層を形成するステップと、塗布工程を実施して前記基板の表面と前記インク層との上に上塗布層を形成するステップと、を含む。

Claims (9)
- 表面を含む基板と、前記基板の表面に形成されるインク層と、前記基板の表面と前記インク層との上に形成される上塗布層と、を含むことを特徴とする携帯電子装置用カバー。
- 前記インク層は、立体印刷技術によって形成され、且つ厚さが0.15mmより大きいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の携帯電子装置用カバー。
- 前記基板の表面と前記インク層との間に形成される下塗布層をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の携帯電子装置用カバー。
- 前記上塗布層は、前記インク層が脱落することを防ぐ透明層であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の携帯電子装置用カバー。
- 基板を準備するステップと、
立体印刷を実施して前記基板の表面にインク層を形成するステップと、
塗布工程を実施して前記基板の表面と前記インク層との上に上塗布層を形成するステップと、を含むことを特徴とする携帯電子装置用カバーの製造方法。 - 前記インク層の厚さを0.15mmより大きいように形成することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の携帯電子装置用カバーの製造方法。
- スクリーン印刷装置又は印刷マスクを使用して前記立体印刷を実施することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の携帯電子装置用カバーの製造方法。
- 前記インク層は、前記基板の表面に形成され、且つ所定のイメージを有するインク層であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の携帯電子装置用カバーの製造方法。
- 前記基板の表面に前記インク層を形成する前に、前記基板の表面と前記インク層との間に下塗布層をさらに形成することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の携帯電子装置用カバーの製造方法。
