Abstract
【解決手段】ダブルクラッチ変速機20では、出力軸と同期回転していない入力軸のクラッチを接続し同入力軸をエンジン10の回転と同期させ、同入力軸の回転数を計測することでエンジン回転数を検出する。

Claims (3)
- 2つのグループに分けた複数の変速段のうちの第1の変速段グループの駆動ギヤと、前記第1の変速段グループの駆動ギヤが設けられる第1の入力軸と、他方の第2の変速段グループの駆動ギヤと、前記第2の変速段グループの駆動ギヤが設けられる第2の入力軸と、前記第1の入力軸にエンジンの回転力を伝達する第1のクラッチと、前記第2の入力軸に前記エンジンの回転力を伝達する第2のクラッチと、を備える入力系と、
前記第1の変速段グループの駆動ギヤと係合する第1の変速段グループの被駆動ギヤと、前記第2の変速段グループの駆動ギヤと係合する第2の変速段グループの被駆動ギヤと、前記第1の変速段グループの被駆動ギヤと前記第2の変速段グループの被駆動ギヤが回転自在に支持される出力軸と、前記出力軸に設けられ前記第1の変速段グループの被駆動ギヤと係合して前記第1の入力軸と前記出力軸を同期回転可能とする第1のシンクロメッシュ機構と、前記出力軸に設けられ前記第2の変速段グループの被駆動ギヤと係合して前記第2の入力軸と前記出力軸を同期回転可能とする第2のシンクロメッシュ機構と、を備える出力系と、
前記第1の入力軸の回転数を計測する第1の検出部と、
前記第2の入力軸の回転数を計測する第2の検出部と、
を具備し、
前記出力軸と同期回転していない入力軸のクラッチを接続し同入力軸をエンジンの回転と同期させ、同入力軸の回転数を計測することでエンジン回転数を検出することを特徴とするダブルクラッチ変速機。 - 前記エンジンに設けられエンジン回転数を計測するエンジンセンサと、
前記エンジンセンサにて計測されたエンジン回転数と前記第1の入力軸の回転数とに基づいて前記第1のクラッチの制御と、前記エンジン回転数と前記第2の入力軸の回転数とに基づいて前記第2のクラッチの制御とを行う制御手段と、
を具備し、
前記エンジンセンサがフェイルしたとき、前記出力軸と同期回転していない入力軸の回転数により検出されるエンジン回転数を用いて、前記出力軸と同期回転している入力軸のクラッチの制御を行うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のダブルクラッチ変速機。 - 前記第1の変速段グループの駆動ギヤと同期回転するとともに前記出力軸を逆方向に回転させる後退用の被駆動ギヤを備え、
前記エンジンセンサがフェイルしたとき、前記第2の入力軸の回転数によりエンジン回転数を検出して、前記第1のクラッチの制御を可能としたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のダブルクラッチ変速機。
