Abstract
【解決手段】排気マニホルド一体型シリンダヘッド3の排気出口開口12に排気管13が接続され、排気管13の排気入口部に水分の付着により破損する危険性のある検出部15aを有するセンサ15が配置される。中央に位置する気筒#2の排気ポート9a、9bの排気集合部11への開口Xa、Xbの延長筒状面Ya、Yb内にセンサ15の検出部15aが含まれないように中央に位置する気筒#2の排気ポート9a、9bが形成される。

Description
本発明は、排気マニホルド一体型シリンダヘッドを用いた場合に、センサの検出部に水滴が飛散しないように中央気筒の排気ポートを形成するようにした内燃機関の排気装置を提供することにある。

Claims (4)
- 一直線状に配列された複数の気筒を具備しており、両端に位置する一対の気筒の排気ポートと、これら一対の気筒間に位置する中央気筒の排気ポートとがシリンダヘッド内に形成された排気集合部において互いに集合せしめられており、該排気集合部の外側に位置するシリンダヘッド側壁面上に該排気集合部の排気出口開口が形成されている内燃機関の排気装置において、該排気出口開口に接続された排気流通路の排気入口部に水分の付着により破損する危険性のある検出部を有するセンサを配置し、上記中央気筒の排気ポートの上記排気集合部への開口部の延長筒状面内に該センサの検出部が含まれないように上記中央気筒の排気ポートを形成した内燃機関の排気装置。
- 上記中央気筒の排気ポートの上記排気集合部への開口部の延長筒状面が上記排気出口開口に指向しないように上記中央気筒の排気ポートを形成した請求項1に記載の内燃機関の排気装置。
- 上記中央気筒の排気ポートの上記排気集合部への開口部の延長筒状面が上記排気出口開口に隣接する上記排気集合部の内壁面に指向されている請求項2に記載の内燃機関の排気装置。
- 上記の各気筒から排出された排気ガスが順次流通する上記排気流通路の排気入口部に上記センサの検出部が配置されている請求項1に記載の内燃機関の排気装置。
