Abstract
【解決手段】第1、第2の端部と中央部とを有し、回転軸線を画定するシャフトと、第1の円錐面を形成するための表面を有し、第1の端部に配置された第1の磁石と、第2の円錐面を形成するための表面を有し、第2の端部に配置された第2の磁石と、シャフトに同軸に配置された複数の界磁極部材と、複数の界磁極部材の周囲に巻かれたコイルとを備えるロータ・スタータ構造である。そして、複数の界磁極部材は、他の積層体及び回転軸線に平行に配置された複数の積層体を備え、第1の磁束相互作用領域を形成するため第1の円錐面近傍に第1の磁極片が配置され、第2の磁束相互作用領域を形成するため第2の円錐面近傍に第2の磁極片が配置されている。

Description
以下の定義は、本発明の以下の実施形態に関して述べられた要素に適用されるが、これらの定義は本明細書全体にも同様に適用される。
図2は、本発明の特定の実施形態に基づくロータ・ステータ構造の一例を示す分解図である。この例において、ロータ・ステータ構造200は、電気モータの具現化にあたって少なくとも界磁極部材を通じた磁束経路の長さを最小化することによって、単位サイズ当たりに(或いは単位重量当たりに)発生するトルクを増大させるように構成されている。いくつかの実施形態において、界磁極部材204は直線状或いは略直線状の磁束経路(或いはその部分)を提供し、磁束の直線性偏差を最小化する。典型的には、前記経路部分は回転軸線に対してほぼ平行である。従って、直線状或いは略直線状の経路を具現化することによって、これらの各界磁極部材は、磁束が周辺で、例えば界磁極間で90度(或いはその前後)の角度で鋭角的に曲がるように構成する必要がある従来の強磁性リターン経路設計と比べて、相対的に低リラクタンスである磁束経路を提供する。従って、本発明の種々の実施形態のロータ・ステータ構造は、直線状或いは略直線状の経路を具現化することによって、磁気損失を低減させ、かつ効率を高めて電気機械が作動できるようにする。以下の説明は、円錐形磁石の形状以外の形状或いは円錐形磁石と同じ形状を有する磁石に適用することができる。
Claims (20)
- 電気機械用のロータ・ステータ構造であって、
第1の端部と中央部と第2の端部とを有し、回転軸線を画定するシャフトと、
第1の円錐面を形成するため円錐体の少なくとも一部分として形作られた表面を有し、前記シャフトの軸線方向における前記第1の端部に配置された第1の磁石と、
前記第1の円錐面に面する第2の円錐面を形成するため円錐体の少なくとも一部分として形作られた表面を有し、前記シャフトの軸線方向における前記第2の端部に配置された第2の磁石と、
前記シャフトに実質的に同軸に配置された複数の界磁極部材と、
能動界磁極部材を形成するため前記複数の界磁極部材のうち少なくとも一つの界磁極部材の周囲に巻かれた少なくとも一つのコイルとを備え、
前記複数の界磁極部材のそれぞれは、他の積層体及び前記回転軸線に対して略平行に配置された複数の積層体を備えると共に、第1の界磁極部材端部に第1の磁極片を有し、第2の界磁極部材端部に第2の磁極片を有しており、
前記第1の磁極片は、第1の磁束相互作用領域を形成するため前記第1の円錐面の一部分の近傍に配置されており、前記第2の磁極片は、第2の磁束相互作用領域を形成するため前記第2の円錐面の一部分の近傍に配置されている、ロータ・ステータ構造。 - 前記複数の界磁極部材は、異方性材料から形成された略直線状の積層体を含む界磁極部材を少なくとも備える、請求項1に記載のロータ・ステータ構造。
- 前記複数の界磁極部材のそれぞれは、幅寸法より長い軸方向の長さ寸法を有する細長の界磁極部材である、請求項1に記載のロータ・ステータ構造。
- 前記第1の磁石及び前記第2の磁石は、固定状態である前記複数の界磁極部材に対して前記回転軸線の周りを回転する、請求項1に記載のロータ・ステータ構造。
- 前記第1の磁石及び前記第2の磁石は、ネオジム―鉄(NdFe)を含んだ永久磁石である、請求項1に記載のロータ・ステータ構造。
- 前記第1の磁束相互作用領域、前記第2の磁束相互作用領域、前記第1の磁石、前記第2の磁石及び前記界磁極部材は、閉じられた磁束経路を形成するのに十分である、請求項1に記載のロータ・ステータ構造。
- 前記閉じられた磁束経路は、少なくとも2つの前記界磁極部材を異なった方向に通過する、請求項6に記載のロータ・ステータ構造。
- 前記閉じられた磁束経路は、前記第1の磁石及び前記第2の磁石を略反対方向に通過する、請求項6に記載のロータ・ステータ構造。
- 前記複数の界磁極部材のための前記第1の磁極片は、前記第1の磁石と多くのエアギャップを形成する、請求項1に記載のロータ・ステータ構造。
- 前記第1の磁石及び前記第2の磁石は、前記界磁極部材のそれぞれと少なくとも1つのエアギャップを設ける、請求項1に記載のロータ・ステータ構造。
- 前記第1の磁石は第1の極性方向を含み、前記第2の磁石は第2の極性方向を含み、前記第1の極性方向は前記第2の極性方向と略反対である、請求項1に記載のロータ・ステータ構造。
- 前記第1の極性方向及び前記第2の極性方向は、前記回転軸線に対して平行である方向を除外する、請求項11に記載のロータ・ステータ構造。
- 前記第1の極性方向及び前記第2の極性方向は、前記回転軸線に対して略直角である、請求項11に記載のロータ・ステータ構造。
- 前記第1の極性方向及び前記第2の極性方向は、前記回転軸線に対して直角である、請求項13に記載のロータ・ステータ構造。
- 前記第1の極性方向及び前記第2の極性方向は、前記第1の磁石と前記第2の磁石との内部にそれぞれ閉じられた磁束経路の磁束経路部分を形成するように形作られており、前記磁束経路部分それぞれは前記回転軸線を含む面を貫いて延びている、請求項11に記載のロータ・ステータ構造。
- 前記磁束経路部分のうち少なくとも1つの部分は、前記第1の円錐面の一の部分から前記第1の円錐面の他の部分へ延びている、請求項15に記載のロータ・ステータ構造。
- 前記第1の極性方向及び前記第2の極性方向は、150度〜180度の範囲の角度で異なっている、請求項11に記載のロータ・ステータ構造。
- 前記第1の磁石及び前記第2の磁石が双極子磁石である、請求項1に記載のロータ・ステータ構造。
- 電気モータを構成するために前記少なくとも1つのコイルに電流として電力を受けるように構成されている、請求項1に記載のロータ・ステータ構造。
- 発電機を構成するために前記シャフトを中心とした回転運動として機械力を受けるように構成されている、請求項1に記載のロータ・ステータ構造。
