Abstract
PURPOSE:To decrease coils, and to reduce cogging torque by specifying the ratio of the number of magnetic poles and the number of rotor coils, arranging with equal spacing each armature coil so as not to be mutually overlapped and each connecting the first and second phase induced voltage so as to reach the sum of specified vector. CONSTITUTION:The armature coils 62 are each wound on an armature core 61, a ceentral angle theta corresponding to the tooth width of the core and the central angle of one magnetic pole of a magnet are selected so as to be approximately equalized, and the armature coils are disposed so as not to be mutually stacked. One phase induced voltage is formed by the sum of the vectors of two voltage; for example, U phase voltage EU is the sum of the vectors of the first induced voltage 71 as the sum of voltage E1, E4 induced to the coils 1, 4 and the second induced voltage E2 induced to the coil 2 having a 60 deg. lag phase angle to the induced voltage 71. V phase induced voltage is similarly the sum of voltage E3, E6 induced to the coils 3, 6, and is the sum EV of the vectors of the third induced voltage 72 having a 120 deg. lag phase angle to the first induced voltage and the second induced voltage of the coil 5.
