Abstract
【解決手段】コンテナ2内を大気圧未満の状態にして純水を封入したヒートパイプ1において、コンテナ2の内壁2Aに複数のリブ4と複数の溝5からなるグルーブ型ウィック6を形成する。そして、リブ4の中心線22または溝5の中心線23を、コンテナ2の内壁2Aに垂直な仮想線21に対して傾斜させ、薄型に加工し、電子機器の部品を冷却する。

Claims (4)
- コンテナ内を大気圧未満の状態にして作動媒体を封入したヒートパイプにおいて、前記コンテナの内壁に複数のリブと複数の溝からなるグルーブ型ウィックを形成し、前記リブまたは前記溝の中心線を、前記コンテナの内壁に垂直な仮想線に対して傾斜させ、薄型に加工し、電子機器の部品を冷却することを特徴とするヒートパイプ。
- 前記リブの底部の幅よりも、前記リブの先端部の幅が狭く、前記溝の底部の幅よりも、前記溝の先端部の幅が広いことを特徴とする請求項1記載のヒートパイプ。
- 前記リブの根元部と前記溝の底部が交わる角度が、鋭角であることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のヒートパイプ。
- 熱を放散する放熱部と、熱を受ける受熱部とを備え、前記放熱部よりも前記受熱部が高い位置で、電子機器等に使用されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか一つに記載のヒートパイプ。
