【解決手段】シフトレバー81が駐車ポジションにある状態でエンジン22の始動指示がなされたときには、モータMG2の温度とバッテリ50からの放電電力とに基づく回転制限制御用トルク以下の大きさの範囲内で回転軸32aに作用するトルクに対して回転軸32aの回転を制限できる程度をもってモータMG2のステータ46bに固定磁界を形成させると共に回転軸32aに作用するトルクが回転制限制御用トルク以下となるトルクをモータMG1から出力してエンジン22をモータリングし、そのモータリングに伴ってエンジン22を始動する。

Description
内燃機関と、
前記内燃機関の出力軸と回転軸とに接続され、該回転軸への駆動力の出力を伴って前記内燃機関をモータリングするモータリング手段と、
前記回転軸に回転子が接続され、固定子の回転磁界により該回転子を回転駆動させて該回転軸に動力を入出力可能な電動機と、
前記モータリング手段と前記電動機と電力をやりとり可能な蓄電手段と、
前記回転軸と車軸側との間の変速段の変更を伴う動力の伝達および伝達の解除が可能な変速手段と、
シフトポジションが駐車ポジションにある状態で前記内燃機関の始動指示がなされたとき、前記電動機を含む電動機系の状態および前記蓄電手段の状態のうちの少なくとも一方に基づいて設定される駆動力範囲内で前記回転軸に作用する駆動力である軸駆動力に対して該回転軸の回転を制限できる程度をもって前記固定子の磁界の向きが固定されるよう前記電動機を制御すると共に該軸駆動力が該駆動力範囲内となる駆動力が前記モータリング手段から出力されて前記内燃機関がモータリングされるよう該モータリング手段を制御し、該モータリングに伴って前記内燃機関が始動されるよう該内燃機関を制御する制御手段と、
を備えることを要旨とする。
内燃機関と、前記内燃機関の出力軸と回転軸とに接続され該回転軸への駆動力の出力を伴って前記内燃機関をモータリングするモータリング手段と、前記回転軸に回転子が接続され、固定子の回転磁界により該回転子を回転駆動させて該回転軸に動力を入出力可能な電動機と、前記モータリング手段と前記電動機と電力をやりとり可能な蓄電手段と、前記回転軸と車軸側との間の変速段の変更を伴う動力の伝達および伝達の解除が可能な変速手段と、を備える車両の制御方法であって、
シフトポジションが駐車ポジションにある状態で前記内燃機関の始動指示がなされたとき、前記電動機を含む電動機系の状態および前記蓄電手段の状態のうちの少なくとも一方に基づいて設定される駆動力範囲内で前記回転軸に作用する駆動力である軸駆動力に対して該回転軸の回転を制限できる程度をもって前記固定子の磁界の向きが固定されるよう前記電動機を制御すると共に該軸駆動力が該駆動力範囲内となる駆動力が前記モータリング手段から出力されて前記内燃機関がモータリングされるよう該モータリング手段を制御し、該モータリングに伴って前記内燃機関が始動されるよう該内燃機関を制御する、
ことを要旨とする。

Claims (10)
- 内燃機関と、
前記内燃機関の出力軸と回転軸とに接続され、該回転軸への駆動力の出力を伴って前記内燃機関をモータリングするモータリング手段と、
前記回転軸に回転子が接続され、固定子の回転磁界により該回転子を回転駆動させて該回転軸に動力を入出力可能な電動機と、
前記モータリング手段と前記電動機と電力をやりとり可能な蓄電手段と、
前記回転軸と車軸側との間の変速段の変更を伴う動力の伝達および伝達の解除が可能な変速手段と、
シフトポジションが駐車ポジションにある状態で前記内燃機関の始動指示がなされたとき、前記電動機を含む電動機系の状態および前記蓄電手段の状態のうちの少なくとも一方に基づいて設定される駆動力範囲内で前記回転軸に作用する駆動力である軸駆動力に対して該回転軸の回転を制限できる程度をもって前記固定子の磁界の向きが固定されるよう前記電動機を制御すると共に該軸駆動力が該駆動力範囲内となる駆動力が前記モータリング手段から出力されて前記内燃機関がモータリングされるよう該モータリング手段を制御し、該モータリングに伴って前記内燃機関が始動されるよう該内燃機関を制御する制御手段と、
を備える車両。 - 前記駆動力範囲は、前記電動機系の温度が所定温度より高いときには、該電動機系の温度が該所定温度以下のときに比して狭くなる傾向に設定される範囲である請求項1記載の車両。
- 請求項2記載の車両であって、
前記電動機系の温度が前記所定温度より高くなるのを予測する温度上昇予測手段を備え、
前記駆動力範囲は、前記温度上昇予測手段により前記電動機系の温度が前記所定温度より高くなると予測されたときには、前記温度上昇予測手段により前記電動機系の温度が前記所定温度より高くなると予測されないときに比して狭くなる傾向に設定される範囲である
車両。 - 前記駆動力範囲は、前記蓄電手段からの放電電力が前記蓄電手段の出力制限に基づく所定電力を超えているときには、該蓄電手段からの放電電力が該所定電力を超えていないときに比して狭くなる傾向に設定される範囲である請求項1ないし3いずれか記載の車両。
- 請求項4記載の車両であって、
前記蓄電手段からの放電電力が前記所定電力を超えるのを予測する電力超過予測手段を備え、
前記駆動力範囲は、前記電力超過予測手段により前記蓄電手段からの放電電力が前記所定電力を超えると予測されたときには、前記電力超過予測手段により前記蓄電手段からの放電電力が前記所定電力を超えると予測されないときに比して狭くなる傾向に設定される範囲である
車両。 - 前記制御手段は、前記モータリング手段から出力すべき目標駆動力を設定し、該目標駆動力に基づいて前記回転軸に作用すると推定される推定軸駆動力を計算し、該推定軸駆動力と前記電動機系の状態および前記蓄電手段の状態のうちの少なくとも一方とに基づいて前記駆動力範囲を設定する手段である請求項1ないし5いずれか記載の車両。
- 前記制御手段は、前記回転軸に作用する駆動力が前記駆動力範囲よりも狭い第2の駆動力範囲内となる駆動力が前記モータリング手段から出力されるよう制御する手段である請求項1ないし6いずれか記載の車両。
- 前記モータリング手段は、前記回転軸に接続されると共に該回転軸とは独立に回転可能に前記内燃機関の出力軸に接続され、電力と動力の入出力を伴って前記回転軸と前記出力軸とに動力を入出力する電力動力入出力手段である請求項1ないし7いずれか記載の車両。
- 前記電力動力入出力手段は、前記回転軸と前記出力軸と第3の軸との3軸を有し該3軸のうちのいずれか2軸に入出力される動力に基づいて残余の軸に動力を入出力する3軸式動力入出力手段と、前記第3の軸に動力を入出力可能な発電機と、を備える手段である請求項8記載の車両。
- 内燃機関と、前記内燃機関の出力軸と回転軸とに接続され該回転軸への駆動力の出力を伴って前記内燃機関をモータリングするモータリング手段と、前記回転軸に回転子が接続され、固定子の回転磁界により該回転子を回転駆動させて該回転軸に動力を入出力可能な電動機と、前記モータリング手段と前記電動機と電力をやりとり可能な蓄電手段と、前記回転軸と車軸側との間の変速段の変更を伴う動力の伝達および伝達の解除が可能な変速手段と、を備える車両の制御方法であって、
シフトポジションが駐車ポジションにある状態で前記内燃機関の始動指示がなされたとき、前記電動機を含む電動機系の状態および前記蓄電手段の状態のうちの少なくとも一方に基づいて設定される駆動力範囲内で前記回転軸に作用する駆動力である軸駆動力に対して該回転軸の回転を制限できる程度をもって前記固定子の磁界の向きが固定されるよう前記電動機を制御すると共に該軸駆動力が該駆動力範囲内となる駆動力が前記モータリング手段から出力されて前記内燃機関がモータリングされるよう該モータリング手段を制御し、該モータリングに伴って前記内燃機関が始動されるよう該内燃機関を制御する、
