Abstract
【解決手段】内輪1bに回転軸5を固着したベアリング1と、ベアリング1を収納するハウジング4と、ハウジング4の底部4bに当接する波形の予圧バネ2と、ベアリングの外輪1aの端面と予圧バネ2に当接するワッシャ3とを備え、ワッシャ3は、ベアリング1の外周よりも外側に突出した複数の突出部3aを有し、ベアリング1の外輪1aに固定され、突出部3aに対応する溝部4aをハウジング4の内周面の軸方向に設けることで、予圧を保持した状態で外輪のクリープを防止する。

、外輪に対して弾性体の付勢力が印加されるため軸方向に負荷となり、安定した予圧をかけることができず、騒音や信頼性の面で課題があった。
面図であり、ワッシャの外周に突起部として切り起し部を設けたものである。
で、内輪38bの端面を押しながらロータ35の反出力軸側の回転軸35aに圧入する。

Claims (5)
- 内輪に回転軸を固着したベアリングと、前記ベアリングを収納するハウジングと、前記ハウジングの底部に当接する波形の予圧バネと、ベアリングの外輪の端面と波形の予圧バネに当接するワッシャとを備え、前記ワッシャは、ベアリング外周よりも外側に突出した複数の突出部を有し、ベアリング外輪に固定され、前記突出部に対応する溝部を前記ハウジング内周面の軸方向に設けたことを特徴とする軸受構造。
- 前記突出部を、ワッシャの外周部に設けた複数の切り起し部で構成した請求項1に記載の軸受構造。
- 前記予圧バネとワッシャとを一体化し、前記突出部を予圧バネの底部に切り起し部で構成した請求項1に記載の軸受構造。
- 前記切り起し部を、ベアリング外輪に圧入固定した請求項2または請求項3に記載の軸受構造。
- 両持ち軸受構造のモータにおいて、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の軸受構造を片方に用いたモータ。
