Abstract
【解決手段】筒状移植片と少なくとも一つの筒状部材を具備するステントデバイスであって、筒状部材は、長手方向に延び且つ連絡部材5により相互連結された複数本の長手方向に連続する円筒形ばね部材4を有し、連絡部材5は、筒状部材が大きな直径の非圧縮状態にあるとき、円筒形ばね部材4間を一つの相互距離で保持し、筒状移植片材料は、前記円筒形ばね部材の間の領域に折り畳まれた環状ベローズを有し、筒状部材における筒状移植片材料は、筒状部材の長手方向に変形可能であることを特徴とする。

Description
本発明は、長手方向に延び、且つ連絡部材により相互連結された複数本の長手方向に連続する円筒形ばね部材を備える少なくとも一つの筒状部材を具備するステントデバイスにかかり、該個々の円筒形部材は、肘区分間に延びる腕区分を有するジグザグ配置のエンドレスワイヤであり、該筒状部材は、比較的小さな径の半径方向の圧縮状態から大きな径の状態に自己拡張できるものである。
かかるステントデバイスは、欧州特許EP0480667号に開示されている。ジグザグ配置のエンドレスワイヤから構成される円筒形ばね部材は、通常Z字形ステントまたはジアンタルコ(Gianturco)ステントと呼ばれており,血管に半径方向に圧縮した状態で、径皮径管的(transluminal)に挿入され、次いで開放され、且つ脈管システムの血管内の所望の位置で自己拡張するということについて、非常に実用的であると言うことが証明されている。これらのステントは、非常にコンパクトな状態に圧縮できるが、導入時小さな径であるが、非常に強力な自己拡張効果により留置されると言う利点がある。周知のステントデバイスにおいては、2本の円筒状ばね部材(Z字形ステント)が移植片(graft)の両端に配置され、筒状部材の長手方向に一つのステントの肘部から、他のステントの肘部に平行に延びている単一の強固な桿により相互に接続されている。このステントデバイスは、動脈瘤を切り取るために適切であり、2本のステントは、動脈瘤の両側の健全な血管に配置され、血管壁に対し移植片を押しだすことにより、動脈瘤を血管から切り取ることができる。
高度の曲げに対する柔軟性の要求は、留置状態の特性に対しても適切であり、曲げ剛性があまりにも大きいと、デバイスは血管に損傷を負わせることになる。
かかる見地において、本発明によるステントデバイスは、個々の円筒形部材と引き続く円筒形部材の間の長手方向に、肘部から隔てた前記円筒形部材の腕部に、強固に固定した少なくとも3個の可撓性連絡部材を設けることを特徴とするものである。
以下本発明を図示する実施の形態について詳述する。図1に示す脈管内プロテーゼ(prosthesis)は、ステントデバイスの好ましい実施の形態であって、単一の管として形成されているが、例えば2本の僅かに小さな管に分岐されている比較的大きな管を有するY字形構造のような分岐した構造としても形成できる。後者の設計は、例えばアブドミナル大動脈瘤の最小の侵入治療に使用され、他方単一の管を有する設計では、動脈瘤や瘻孔または何か他の血管の異形における血管プロテーゼとして使用するため、狭窄における血管の内腔(lumen)を再生するためのような、単一の血管内腔の治療のため使用される。
Claims (7)
- 筒状移植片(2)と少なくとも一つの筒状部材(3)を具備するステントデバイス(1)であって、前記筒状部材(3)は、長手方向に延び且つ連絡部材(5)により相互連結された複数本の長手方向に連続する円筒形ばね部材(4)を有する、ステントデバイス(1)において、
前記連絡部材(5)は、前記筒状部材が大きな直径の非圧縮状態にあるとき、前記円筒形ばね部材(4)間を一つの相互距離(c)で保持し、
前記筒状移植片材料は、前記円筒形ばね部材の間の領域(14)に折り畳まれた環状ベローズを有し、
前記筒状部材(3)における前記筒状移植片材料(2)は、前記筒状部材の長手方向(b)に変形可能である
ことを特徴とするステントデバイス。 - 前記円筒移植片材料(2)は、前記円筒形ばね部材において折り畳まれたベローズから実質的に自由である
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載のステントデバイス。 - 前記相互距離(c)は、非圧縮状態にある前記筒状部材の直径の2.5乃至100%の範囲にある
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至2のいずれか一つに記載のステントデバイス。 - 前記相互距離(c)は、非圧縮状態にある前記筒状部材の直径の5乃至30%の範囲にある
ことを特徴とする請求項3記載のステントデバイス。 - 前記筒状部材の長手方向(b)に延びる移植片の糸(11)は、織られた糸であり、一方前記筒状部材の円周方向に延びる糸(10)は、真っ直ぐな糸であり、非圧縮状態においては前記筒状部材の最大の直径を制限する
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか一つに記載のステントデバイス。 - 前記連絡部材(5)は、前記円筒形ばね部材よりもより変形可能なばね部材から成る
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至5いずれか一つに記載のステントデバイス。 - 前記各円筒ばね形部材と長手方向に隣接する円筒ばね形部材(4)の間に少なくとも3個の可撓性連絡部材(5)がある
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか一つに記載のステントデバイス。
