Claims (15)
- 縦方向軸線を有する可撓性の管状本体(1)を含む拡張性血管内ステントであって、その壁体は相互連接された閉鎖フレームセル(2)によって形成され、これらのセルは少なくとも2つのセルが相互に周方向に隣接するように配置され、これらのフレームセル(2)はフィラメントの軸方向に圧縮力を伝達することができる細長いフィラメント状フレーム材料からなるセル辺を有し、前記圧力伝達フレーム材料は縦方向において1つのフレームセルから直接次のフレームセルの中に連続的に延在し、前記各フレームセル(2)のセル辺は少なくとも2つの相互に集中する細長い第1セル辺を有し、前記ステントは放射方向に圧縮された状態からより大きな直径の状態まで拡張する事のできる拡張性血管内ステントにおいて、
前記ステントの拡張状態において、前記2つの第1セル辺に対向する2つの相互に集中するとともに相互に連結された第2セル辺は前記セルの前記2つの相互に集中する第1セル辺の間にある連結点に向かって縦方向に向く連結点を有し、セル内部に向いた前記第1セル辺の間の第1角度(α)が20゜乃至160゜の範囲内、またセル内部に向いた前記第2セル辺の間の第2角度(β)が210゜乃至320゜の範囲内にあり、
前記管状本体(1)はセル開口が形成された薄壁体を有する管または薄い板の壁体部品から成り、
ステント材料は、ニチノール、ステンレス鋼、チタン、銅合金、タンタル、あるいはこれらの材料の混合物のいずれかであり、
前記管状本体がその外周面の少なくとも一部に、血液不透過性の被覆を供える
事を特徴とする拡張性血管内ステント。 - 縦方向に延在するセル辺の部分が砂時計の形状を成すことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の拡張性血管内ステント。
- 点(4)と同一配向の2つの隣接するフレームセル間の間隙は、反対配向の点(4)から成ることを特徴とする請求項1乃至2のいずれかに記載の拡張性血管内ステント。
- 本体の周方向の環状列中のフレームセルの数がミリメートルで測定された本体の半径に実質的に対応する事を特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の拡張性血管内ステント。
- 薄壁体を有する管または板のセル開口はエッチングにより形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の拡張性血管内ステント。
- 前記ステントは放射方向に圧縮された状態から展開された状態に自ら展開することを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の拡張性血管内ステント。
- セル内部に向いた第1セル辺間の第1角度(α)が20゜乃至160゜の範囲内にあることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の拡張性血管内ステント。
- 本体の周方向の環状列中の相互に隣接するフレームセルは、本体の長さに沿って反復するフレームパタンを成す事を特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載の拡張性血管内ステント。
- 2つの第1セル辺が実質的に同一長さを有し、また2つの第2セル辺が実質的に同一長さを有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載の拡張性血管内ステント。
- 第1セル辺が第2セル辺に対して実質的に平行であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至9のいずれかに記載の拡張性血管内ステント。
- 第1セル辺が第2セル辺と実質的に同一長さを有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至10のいずれかに記載の拡張性血管内ステント。
- 第2セル辺と第1セル辺全部が本体の縦方向に対して10゜乃至45゜の角度を成す事を特徴とする請求項1乃至11のいずれかに記載の拡張性血管内ステント。
- フレームセル中の前記第1角度(α)が本体の1つの区域において他の区域におけるよりも小である事を特徴とする請求項1乃至12のいずれかに記載の拡張性血管内ステント。
- フレームセル中の前記第2角度(β)が本体の1つの区域において他の区域におけるよりも大である事を特徴とする請求項1乃至13のいずれかに記載の拡張性血管内ステント。
- 本体の少なくとも一端において、本体の中央部におけるよりも、フレームセルの第1セル辺及び第2セル辺がより大であり、また/あるいはフレームセルがより小さい第2セル辺間角度(β)を有し、従って管状本体が中央におけるよりも末端においてより大きな直径を有する事を特徴とする請求項1乃至14のいずれかに記載の拡張性血管内ステント。
