Abstract
【解決手段】ガスタービンエンジン(10)は、ファン組立体(12)と、ファン組立体を実質的に囲むファンケーシング(42)と、コアガスタービンエンジン(13)と、ファンケーシングとの間にバイパスダクト(40)が形成されるようにコアガスタービンエンジンを実質的に囲むスプリッタ(44)とを含み、本熱交換器組立体(130)は、弓形半径方向内側プレート(360)と、弓形半径方向内側プレートとの間に空洞(364)が形成されるように該半径方向内側プレートに結合された弓形半径方向外側プレート(270)と、それがファンケーシングに結合されかつファン組立体の上流又は下流に位置するように少なくとも部分的に空洞内に結合された弓形熱交換器(300)とを含む。

Claims (10)
- ファン組立体(12)、前記ファン組立体を実質的に囲むファンケーシング(42)、コアガスタービンエンジン(13)、及び前記ファンケーシングとの間にバイパスダクト(40)が形成されるように前記コアガスタービンエンジンを実質的に囲むスプリッタ(44)を含むガスタービンエンジン(10)用の熱交換器組立体(130)であって、
弓形半径方向内側プレート(360)と、
前記弓形半径方向内側プレートとの間に空洞(364)が形成されるように該半径方向内側プレートに結合された弓形半径方向外側プレート(270)と、
前記ファンケーシングに結合されかつ前記ファン組立体の上流又は下流に位置するように少なくとも部分的に前記空洞内に結合された弓形熱交換器(300)と、
を含む熱交換器組立体(130)。 - 前記半径方向内側プレートが、
前記空洞(364)内に冷却空気流を流すのを可能にする第1の開口部(366)と、
前記空洞から空気流を吐出するのを可能にする前記第1の開口部の下流の第2の開口部(368)と、
を含む、請求項1記載の熱交換器組立体(130)。 - 前記熱交換器(300)が、
それを貫通して延びる複数のほぼ矩形の開口部(232、236)を有するマニホルド部分(202)と、
前記マニホルド部分と単体構造に形成されかつ前記開口部に対してほぼ垂直に配置された複数の冷却フィン(238)と、
をさらに含む、請求項1記載の熱交換器組立体(130)。 - 前記外側プレート(270)と前記熱交換器(300)との間に結合されて該熱交換器を相対的に一定の位置に固定するのを可能にする複数のスタンドオフ(274)をさらに含む、請求項1記載の熱交換器組立体(130)。
- ファン組立体(12)と、
前記ファン組立体の下流のブースタと、
前記ファン組立体を実質的に囲むファンケーシング(42)と、
前記ファンケーシングとの間にバイパスダクト(40)が形成されるように前記ブースタを実質的に囲むブースタケーシングと、
前記ファン組立体の上流で前記ファンケーシングに結合された弓形熱交換器組立体(300)と、
を含むガスタービンエンジン(10)。 - 前記弓形熱交換器(300)が、前記ファンケーシング(42)の輪郭と実質的に同じ輪郭を有する、請求項5記載のガスタービンエンジン(10)。
- 前記弓形熱交換器(300)が、
それを貫通して延びる複数の開口部(232、236)を含む熱交換器と、
前記熱交換器に結合された複数の冷却フィン(238)と、
前記バイパスダクトを通って流れる空気流が前記冷却フィン上を流れて前記開口部を通って流れる流体の作動温度を低下させるのを可能にするように前記熱交換器に結合された少なくとも1つのカバープレート(360、270)と、
を含む、請求項5記載のガスタービンエンジン(10)。 - 前記熱交換器(300)が、前記冷却フィン(238)と単体構造に形成される、請求項7記載のガスタービンエンジン(10)。
- 前記熱交換器(300)が、ほぼ矩形の断面輪郭を有し、
前記熱交換器を貫通して延びる各前記開口部(232、236)が、ほぼ矩形の断面輪郭を有する、
請求項7記載のガスタービンエンジン(10)。 - 前記弓形熱交換器(300)が、該熱交換器と単体構造に形成された少なくとも1つの取付け部分(244、246)をさらに含み、
前記熱交換器が、第1の厚さ(248)を有し、
前記取付け部分が、該取付け部分の半径方向内側に凹部(252、254)が形成されるように前記第1の厚さよりも小さい第2の厚さ(250)を有する、
