Description
空気/オイル熱交換器と、
空気/オイル熱交換器の入口を空気/オイル熱交換器の出口に接続し且つ空気/オイル熱交換器と熱交換するように空気/オイル熱交換器を囲む一次バイパス管と、
一次バイパス管の上流端を一次バイパス管の下流に接続する一次管の二次バイパス管と、
を含むオイル回路を備え、
回路がまた、
一次および二次バイパス管を通るオイルの流れの通過を制御するための少なくとも1つの弁と、閾値温度よりも低い温度に対して前記少なくとも1つの弁の開度を制御する手段と、
を備える、タービンエンジン用のアセンブリを提案する。
Claims (7)
- タービンエンジン(36)用のアセンブリ(44)であって、
空気/オイル熱交換器(31)と、
空気/オイル熱交換器(31)の入口を空気/オイル熱交換器(31)の出口に接続し且つ空気/オイル熱交換器(31)と熱交換するように空気/オイル熱交換器(31)を囲む一次バイパス管(26)と、
一次バイパス管(26)の上流端を一次バイパス管(26)の下流端に接続する一次管(26)の二次バイパス管(28)と、
を含む、オイル回路(24)を備え、
回路(24)がまた、一次バイパス管(26)および二次バイパス管(28)内へのオイルの流れの通過を制御するための少なくとも1つの弁(22)と、閾値温度よりも低い温度に対して前記少なくとも1つの弁(22)の開度を制御する手段(35)と、を備え、
前記二次バイパス管(28)が、一次バイパス管(26)の長さよりも少なくとも10倍短い長さを有する、アセンブリ。 - 回路が、一次バイパス管(26)の出口および二次バイパス管(28)の出口の下流に配置された単一の弁(22)を含む、請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。
- 制御弁(22)が、少なくとも2つの位置をとることができる弁であり、その第1の開放位置がオイルの通過を可能にし、第2の閉鎖位置が弁(22)を通るオイルの通過を遮断する、請求項1から2のいずれか一項に記載のアセンブリ。
- 閾値温度が70℃である、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のアセンブリ。
- 制御弁(22)が一方向二方弁(22)である、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のアセンブリ。
- 二次バイパス管(28)が、一次バイパス管(26)の直径よりも少なくとも3倍小さい直径を有する、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のアセンブリ。
- オイル/空気熱交換器が、二次空気流の放出面を半径方向外側に画定する、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のアセンブリを備えるタービンエンジン。
