Abstract
【解決手段】加熱面4を平滑面にしながら、加熱面と反対側の面に凹部5を形成したことを特徴とするヒータ1である。好ましくは、加熱面と反対側の面において、断面両側部を残して該両側部に挟まれた中央部を凹設することにより凹部5を形成し、該両側部が長さ方向に連続的に延長するリブ6,6を形成する。凹部を形成することによりヒータの電気抵抗が増大する。また、リブを形成することにより強度が増大し、高温時の変形を防止する。さらに、端子接続穴3を有する端子部以外の部分に凹部が形成されることで、凹部が形成されない端子部の断面積が相対的に大きくなり、電気抵抗が小さくなって発熱が防止されるので、端子部を含めてヒータ全体を略同幅に形成することができ、ヒータパターンを自在に設計することが可能となる。

Claims (3)
- 加熱面を平滑面にしながら、加熱面と反対側の面に凹部を形成したことを特徴とするヒータ。
- 加熱面と反対側の面において、断面両側部を残して該両側部に挟まれた中央部を凹設することにより前記凹部を形成し、該両側部が長さ方向に連続的に延長するリブを形成することを特徴とする、請求項1記載のヒータ。
- 端子接続穴を有する端子部を含めて略同幅に形成され、該端子部を除く部分の加熱面と反対側の面に凹部が形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載のヒータ。
