Abstract
【解決手段】装着される圧砕装置またはブレーカの仕様に応じて油圧アクチュエータ回路のリリーフ圧を切換える油圧作業機械のリリーフ圧切換装置において、リリーフ圧を決める電磁可変式のリリーフ19,20弁を設け、コントローラ18により、予め流量との組み合わせにおいて設定・記憶された複数通りのリリーフ圧のうちからオペレータにより作業装置に適合するものとして選択されたリリーフ圧をリリーフ弁19,20に指令するように構成した。

Description
(i) コントロールバルブ5によって圧砕シリンダ8またはブレーカシリンダ9の作動が制御される点、
(ii) 圧砕装置とブレーカとに応じて回路状態を切換える切換弁11を有する点、
(iii) この切換弁11が、パイロット切換式の主弁12と、作業切換スイッチ15の操作に基づくコントローラ18からの指令信号(電気信号)に基づいてこの主弁12を切換制御する電磁弁13とによって構成される点
は従来の回路と同じである。
図2の右側に圧砕装置用の設定操作手順、左側にブレーカ用の設定操作手順をそれぞれ示す。なお、ブレーカ用の設定操作手順は圧砕装置用のそれと基本的に同じのため一部のみを示している。
作業装置の交換時に、その作業装置が圧砕装置かブレーカかが選択され、表示/操作部23の画面に、選択された作業装置の流量と圧力の暫定値(たとえばその直前の作業装置の流量と圧力)が表示される。

Claims (5)
- 装着される作業装置に応じて油圧アクチュエータ回路のリリーフ圧を切換える油圧作業機械のリリーフ圧切換装置において、上記リリーフ圧を決める電磁可変式のリリーフ弁と、コントローラとを具備し、このコントローラは、予め流量との組み合わせにおいて設定された複数通りのリリーフ圧を記憶し、この記憶されたリリーフ圧のうちからオペレータにより作業装置に適合するものとして選択されたリリーフ圧を上記リリーフ弁に指令するように構成されたことを特徴とする油圧作業機械のリリーフ圧切換装置。
- コントローラは、複数通りのリリーフ圧を設定する設定モードと、リリーフ圧をこの設定モードで設定された複数通りのうちから選択する選択モードとの間で切換えられ、設定モードにおいて、対象となる作業装置について組み合わされる流量のもとで実際に油圧アクチュエータを作動させたときに発生した圧力に基づいてリリーフ圧を設定するように構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の油圧作業機械のリリーフ圧切換装置。
- 設定モード及び選択モードにおいてリリーフ圧を画面で表示する表示部と、設定モードにおけるリリーフ圧の設定及び選択モードにおけるリリーフ圧の選択を行う操作部とが設けられたことを特徴とする請求項2記載の油圧作業機械のリリーフ圧切換装置。
- 作業装置として開閉式の圧砕装置と振動式のブレーカとが選択的に装着され、コントローラは、予めこの両者について流量との組み合わせにおいて設定された複数通りのリリーフ圧を記憶し、装着された作業装置について選択されたリリーフ圧をリリーフ弁に指令するように構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の油圧作業機械のリリーフ圧切換装置。
- コントローラは、圧砕装置については油圧アクチュエータに対する油の供給/排出の両側、ブレーカについては油圧アクチュエータに対する油の供給側のみのリリーフ圧をそれぞれ複数通り記憶し、かつ、選択されるように構成されたことを特徴とする請求項4記載の油圧作業機械のリリーフ圧切換装置。
