Abstract
【解決手段】
被測定回転体の回転角度を検出する回転角度検出装置であって、被測定回転体に取り付けられたリング状の磁石10の被測定回転体の回転に応じて発生する磁束密度を磁気検出素子で検出する回転センサ1において、リング状の磁石10と被測定回転体との間に軟磁性部材20を介在させることで、被測定回転体の材質や径の大きさ、回転センサの被測定回転体への取り付け状態によって影響を受けることなく被測定回転体の回転角度を正確に測定できる回転を測定する。

被測定回転体の回転角度を検出する回転角度検出装置であって、前記被測定回転体に取り付けられたリング状の磁石の当該被測定回転体の回転に応じて発生する磁束密度を磁気検出素子で検出する回転センサにおいて、
前記リング状の磁石と前記被測定回転体との間に軟磁性部材を介在させたことを特徴としている。
前記軟磁性部材がリング状の磁石の内側に固定されたことを特徴としている。

Claims (2)
- 被測定回転体の回転角度を検出する回転角度検出装置であって、前記被測定回転体に取り付けられたリング状の磁石の当該被測定回転体の回転に応じて発生する磁束密度を磁気検出素子で検出する回転センサにおいて、
前記リング状の磁石と前記被測定回転体との間に軟磁性部材を介在させたことを特徴とする回転センサ。 - 前記軟磁性部材がリング状の磁石の内側に固定されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の回転センサ。
