Abstract
【解決手段】同心状に配置した弾性材料からなる外周輪3と内周輪4との間を多数の周方向に間欠的に配置した弾性材料からなるスポーク5,5′で連結した構造体からなる非空気式タイヤにおいて、周方向に対をなす2本づつの前記スポーク5,5′を互いに凸面同士が周方向に対向するように屈曲させると共に、該凸面同士の間を周方向に延びる少なくとも一つの弾性材料からなる連結部6で連結したことを特徴とする。

Claims (7)
- 同心状に配置した弾性材料からなる外周輪と内周輪との間を多数の周方向に間欠的に配置した弾性材料からなるスポークで連結した構造体からなる非空気式タイヤにおいて、
周方向に対をなす2本づつの前記スポークを互いに凸面同士が周方向に対向するように屈曲させると共に、該凸面同士の間を周方向に延びる少なくとも一つの弾性材料からなる連結部で連結した非空気式タイヤ。 - タイヤ軸に直交する断面において、前記スポークの厚み中心を通る中心線と、前記外周輪の内周面の延長線及び内周輪の外周面の延長線との交点をa及びb、前記スポークの中心線と前記連結部の厚み中心を通る中心線との交点をc、前記交点a,b間を結ぶ直線に対し前記交点cから下ろした垂線との交点をd、前記交点a,d間及びb,d間の距離のうち大きい方をL、前記交点c,d間の距離をtとするとき、該距離tと前記距離Lの比t/Lを0.08〜1.73にした請求項1に記載の非空気式タイヤ。
- タイヤ軸に直交する断面において、前記スポークの厚み中心を通る中心線と、前記外周輪の内周面の延長線及び内周輪の外周面の延長線との交点をa及びb、前記スポークの中心線と前記連結部の厚み中心を通る中心線との交点をc、前記交点a,b間を結ぶ直線に対し前記交点cから下ろした垂線との交点をd、前記交点a,d間及びb,d間の距離のうち大きい方をL、前記連結部の両端の交点c,c間の距離をkとするとき、該距離kと前記距離Lの比k/Lを0.08〜1.73にした請求項1又は2に記載の非空気式タイヤ。
- 前記外周輪及び内周輪を構成する弾性材料がゴム、熱可塑性樹脂又は熱硬化性樹脂である請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の非空気式タイヤ。
- 前記弾性材料が金属コード又は有機繊維コードで補強されている請求項4に記載の非空気式タイヤ。
- 前記スポーク及び連結部を構成する弾性材料が熱硬化性樹脂である請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の非空気式タイヤ。
- 前記熱硬化性樹脂が架橋構造を有し、引張り弾性率が10〜70MPaである請求項6に記載の非空気式タイヤ。
