Abstract
【解決手段】ブレーキ液の流路1aを内包する基体1と、流路1aと連通するように基体1に形成された取付穴10Aに組み付けられた組付部品である電磁弁2とを備える車両用ブレーキ液圧制御装置であって、取付穴10Aの穴壁は、当該穴壁を取付穴10Aの下方向に押圧することにより形成した塑性変形部18を有し、電磁弁2の外周面には、塑性変形部18が入り込む係止溝214が形成されており、係止溝214の上側における電磁弁2の外径が、係止溝214の下側における電磁弁2の外径よりも小さくなっていることを特徴とする。

Description
図1に示すように、第一の実施形態に係る車両用ブレーキ液圧制御装置Uは、ブレーキ液の流路を内包する基体1や、この基体1に形成された取付穴10Aに組み付けられる組付部品である常開型の電磁弁2などを備えて構成されている。なお、車両用ブレーキ液圧制御装置Uは、常閉型の電磁弁3、リザーバ4、ポンプ5、圧力センサ6といった他の組付部品のほか、モータ7、電子制御ユニット8、ハウジング9、などを備えているが、従来のものと同様であるので、その詳細な説明は省略する。
図5の(a)に示すように、まず、所定の形状に成形した基体1に、取付穴10Aおよび凹部10Bを形成する(穴あけ工程)。取付穴10Aおよび凹部10Bは、段付きの穴あけ工具Dを用いて一工程で一体的に形成する。穴あけ工具Dは、取付穴10Aを形成するための切削刃を有する下段部D1と、凹部10Bを形成するための切削刃を有する上段部D2とを備えている。そして、図5の(b)および(c)に示すように、穴あけ工具Dを回転させつつ基体1の表面に押し付けると、下段部D1によって取付穴10Aが形成され、次いで、上段部D2によって凹部10Bが形成される。
第二の実施形態では、組付部品がポンプ5である場合を例示する。なお、図1に示すように、基体1には、ポンプ5が装着される取付穴10Cと、この取付穴10Cの開口部を取り囲むように形成された凹部10Dとが形成されている。
図12に示すように、まず、所定の形状に成形した基体1に、取付穴10Cおよび凹部10Dを形成する(穴あけ工程)。取付穴10Cおよび凹部10Dは、段付きの穴あけ工具(図示略)を用いて一工程で一体的に形成する。
第三の実施形態では、組付部品が圧力センサ6である場合を例示する。なお、図1に示す基体1には、圧力センサ6が装着される取付穴10Eと、この取付穴10Eの開口部を取り囲むように形成された凹部10Fとが形成されている。

Claims (5)
- ブレーキ液の流路を内包する基体と、前記流路と連通するように前記基体に形成された取付穴に組み付けられた組付部品とを備える車両用ブレーキ液圧制御装置であって、
前記取付穴の穴壁は、当該穴壁を下方向に押圧することにより形成した塑性変形部を有し、
前記組付部品の外周面には、前記塑性変形部が入り込む係止溝が形成されており、
前記係止溝の上側における前記組付部品の外径が、前記係止溝の下側における前記組付部品の外径よりも小さくなっていることを特徴とする車両用ブレーキ液圧制御装置。 - ブレーキ液の流路を内包する基体に、前記流路と連通するように有底の取付穴を形成する穴あけ工程と、
外周面に係止溝を有し、前記係止溝の上側における外径が、前記係止溝の下側における外径よりも小さくなっている組付部品を前記取付穴に挿入し、前記組付部品の下端面を前記取付穴の底面に当接させる挿入工程と、
前記取付穴の穴壁を前記取付穴の底面方向に押圧して前記取付穴の穴壁に塑性変形部を形成し、当該塑性変形部を前記係止溝に係止させることで、前記組付部品を固定する固定工程と、を備えることを特徴とする車両用ブレーキ液圧制御装置の製造方法。 - 前記穴あけ工程では、段付きの穴あけ工具の下段部にて前記取付穴を形成するとともに、前記穴あけ工具の上段部にて前記取付穴の開口部を取り囲むように凹部を形成し、
前記固定工程では、前記凹部の底面を前記取付穴の底面方向に押圧することで、前記塑性変形部を形成することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車両用ブレーキ液圧制御装置の製造方法。 - 前記固定工程では、前記取付穴の穴壁を加熱しつつ下方向に押圧することで、前記塑性変形部を形成することを特徴とする請求項2又は請求項3に記載の車両用ブレーキ液圧制御装置の製造方法。
- 前記固定工程では、前記基体に一方の電極を電気的に接続するとともに、前記取付穴の穴壁を押圧するためのかしめ治具に他方の電極を電気的に接続し、前記かしめ治具で前記取付穴の穴壁を底面方向に押圧する際に前記両電極間に通電することで前記取付穴の穴壁を加熱することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の車両用ブレーキ液圧制御装置の製造方法。
